Fantastic experience: I’ve been suffering with dizzy spells & ringing in my ears for quiet sometime. After a lot of doctor appointments & An MRI it showed wear and tear in my neck the doctor prescribed me dizzy tablets . I didn’t want to mask a problem with medication So I decided to go see Dr Quentin. I can honestly say I had no idea what to expect never done anything like this before but from the beginning the team at Clinic Fontana were very professional & polite. Fantastic experience: Quentin & Caoimhe run Clinic Fontana professionally in a friendly manner. I had suffered chronic leg pain for a trapped nerve for 5 months prior to attending the clinic in June 2025. After 3 sessions the.chronic pain has eased. They use many techniques including manipulation, adjustments, laser, traction and dry needling. Quentin and Caoimhe are helping me to get back to normal life again. Negative experience: I booked an appointment here on the recommendation of a person i know who has found them helpful. I booked in Castletroy. The staff are friendly. The seating area is furnished with big deep seated couches i found it difficult to get out of. I found the environment chaotic with people coming in an out of doors. I waited for over 50 minutes initially for a 15 minute appointment. They did not tell me at the time of booking that my assessment would require two appointments. My next appointment (the second half of my assessment) was nearly 30 minutes late. I left without finalising my assessment. The whole experience cost me 80 euro. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: Quentin and Caoimhe are a step ahead of the game in terms of the service they offer. I arrived at the Office in a bad way in terms of my spinal misalignment and how it was effecting my daily life. Quentin set a recovery plan for me and some excercises to do at home. Between the spinal adjustments by Quentin and the Physio with Caoimhe I am now starting to get symptom free and get my life back. Fantastic experience: I initially went to Dr Fontanarava because of severe lower back and neck pain that I’ve endured for some time. Since commencing treatment a few short weeks ago the results are fantastic and I’m already feeling a million times better. Also, my son is an amateur boxer who trains exceptionally hard and at times he feels the strains of excessive training, I made an appointment for him at clinic Fontana and since then he’s received both physio and chiropractor care all in the same clinic, needless to say, he’s also feeling a lot better and is training better than ever.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Fontana for 4 years now. Although I don’t have any ongoing issues, I visit the clinic to keep my body in check. Dr. Fontana has now added another string to his bow. He has a physical therapist to concentrate on deep tissue massage incorporated into the consultation. Fantastic experience: I'm part way through a care package treatment With Dr. Quentin Fontavarava. He is a very personable and knowledgeable professional. Admittedly I came to the practice with a skeptical view of chiropractic practices yet thus far into my treatment program, I must admit, I have improved spinal mobility, marked reduction in symptoms of sciatica for which I initially sought treatment. Furthermore Dr Quentin has treated my golfers elbow, which had flared during course of treatment. Taking a holistic approach and winning over a skeptic is high praise. I'll consider bumping rating to 5 star further into treatment process if trend continues, I find it difficult to clear my mind of all skepticism and wish to be as honest and clear in my feedback as I can. Update: Its been a number of months since my treatment began, and 1 month since my last treatment. I have been physically active during and since. My #1 presenting problem,sciatica, is under control and for the most part resolved, I still have muscle tightness yet even that continues improving. Essentially I can now on a weekly basis work my office and residential setting jobs, complete 2 yoga sessions, 3 work outs, three to four 90 minute hikes and play full 18 holes of golf plus range sessions with some swimming kayaking and cycling with little to no foot pain, as well as having a snowboard trip with no real issues either. For context I would feel pain 10 minutes into a walk and it would get worse from there. This improvement, has in my opinion, been at least in part down to the treatments performed by Dr. Quentin Fontanarava and I'm very grateful for his interventions and expertise. Skepticism lifted for this client at least for this practitioner, I wholeheartedly recommend his clinic.

Fantastic experience: Currently nearly 8months pregnant and have been working with Dr Quentin to relief pregnancy aches and pains especially in lower back. At the start I was nervous receiving such treatment being pregnant however I quickly felt so safe in the hands of Dr Quentin. Fantastic experience: I was very hesitant using chiropractor services on my 5 months old baby but when I went in not only I was surprised with how great Dr. Quentin was with babies but also their customer service was incredible. My babies issues were resolved after just one treatment with Dr. Quentin. And although I'm aware everyone's issues are different and not all will be resolved straight away I was amazed by all that they done for us. It made huge improvement to our life.

Fantastic experience: Dr Quentin helped me hugely when I was pregnant and now again with my new baby. My little girl was breech late into the 3rd trimester and after a few sessions she turned sideways, then eventually we got her head down by around 39 weeks. The sessions were a great relief from pelvic and back pain too. I have started taking the baby now for colic/reflux , and she has improved already after the first session. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Excellent clinic and great customer service. I went in with sever lower back pain, after doing numerous test with the clinic. The doctor gave me an action plan consisting of 13 weeks of therapy. I can say that after the second session my lower back pain disappeared. Now after the 13 weeks of therapy my lower back pain is completely gone. It is worth mentioning that there is an app with exercises provided by the doctor so that you can do at home for pain relief and to gain muscle strength. I absolutely recommend this clinic!!

Fantastic experience: I had a road accident last year in August 2022, and since then I suffered from severe back pain and shoulder pain. It kept getting worse especially when I was under stress or when I was under-rested. I tried pain killers, exercises, and so much more but the relief was always temporary. I was lucky that I came across an adverisement for Clinic Fontana, and I booked my chropractic sessions with Dr Quentin Fontana. He conducted an initial disgnosis and based on the results, he developed a customised treatment plan for me. I have been on treatment since about two months and I have felt great improvement since then. My back pain and shoulder pain are improving; although the pain is not completely gone but I surely feel a huge difference. Fantastic experience: I am with Dr. Quentin for my chiropractic sessions. Initially came for some persistent back pain. After assessment, i learned i got more mobility issues that he could actually address (occassional stiff necks, arm numbness, etc.) that i really didn't mind having. Half way through the set course/ sessions and I am already experiencing some holistic relief Also, they are very flexible with bookings. Nicola is very easy and pleasant to deal with. Couldn't recommend this clinic highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I am very impressed with the staff and the standard of care here. This service should not be a last resort after eveything else has been exhausted. Most of us are used to going to doctors and hospitals and been prescribed pain killer after pain killer that does not treat the symptoms. Fantastic experience: I went to Clinic Fontana because a very bad lower back pain after pregnancy and birth. I was first seen by Dr Aurelien and later on by Dr Quentin who are both very professional. The first consultation was an assessment on the issue and pain, in order to decide how many sessions would I need. After only a few sessions, I could already feel relieved from some pain and it kept improving in time. Quentin gave me exercises to do at home to keep working on pain relief. My only regret is not to have decided to go earlier :) I would definetly recomend the clinic to anyone who suffers with severe back problems!

Fantastic experience: Since I started my sessions with Dr Quentin, i have less pain in my lower back, neck and shoulders. The flexion distraction table is a bonus as it relaxes my whole body before gentle manipulations is performed. With the themoscan done, i can also see the before and after results of the spine stress test results. Very encouraging to not only see the improvement but to also feel it.

Fantastic experience: I can't thank Dr Quentin and his team enough for the relief I have gotten since attending the clinic in adare. I originally went to this clinic with my daughter as she was experiencing very bad constipation and trapped wind. She was usually were upset and uncomfortable going in and came out very comfortable and relaxed or asleep. The treatment and care she received was amazing and we finally seen a happy cooing baby after a few sessions with Dr Quentin. Before attending the clinic I was literally walking like a robot. I could not move my neck and I was in extreme agony. My GP put it down to muscles. I found it extremely difficult to look after my kids properly. I was surviving on little to no sleep every night and even had to give up driving. Dr Quentin advised me to go for an MRI which showed up two slipped discs in my neck. This is my 4th week with Dr Quentin and already I can move my neck, play with my kids and I am getting a good night's sleep. I was able to go back driving this week too.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr Quentin by my Son. He has been trying to get me to see him for my back for many months now after treatment from an Ortopedic Surgeon for disc prolapse failed to relieve my pain without medication. I am happy to say that after receiving treatment from Dr Quentin over the last number of weeks i am 70 to 80 percent improved, i still have a way to go yet on my plan, but i no longer take pain medication. My neck and shoulder tightness has improved, my lower back pain has improved massively and best of all is i can now get a good nights sleep without waking up in agony. Thank you Dr Quentin

Fantastic experience: After a year of trying to ignore my back problem I found myself suffering excruciating pain in both my back and leg(sciatica)I had to do something and choose clinic Fontana as it was nearest to my home and the reviews were good. I have never looked back since. Friendly, caring and professional. Their diagnosis matched a mri scan I had a week after I started my treatment. The only regret I have is that I didn’t start my treatments sooner. Five stars from me.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Dr. Quentin Fontanarava. I attend his Castletroy clinic as I was suffering with back pain from bad posture post pregnancy. I felt an instant improvement after my first session and was advised to do specific exercises which have helped with relieving any tension. Dr. Fontanarava is highly professional and knowledgeable and also offers very flexible appointment times.

I use him to help maintain my neck, shoulders and lower back concerns, which without it would have my productivity greatly reduced and have me living with unnecessary and constant pain. Fantastic experience: Sorry I didn't make an appointment sooner! As a 33 year old female been through 2 pregnancies/2epidurals in the past my back was causing me so much pain 24-7, affecting my everyday life. I was brushed off after an mri a few months ago so didn't think there was any hope for me. Clinic Fontana actually gave me hope. Dr Quentin has been a life saver and in just a short space of time, I'm still in the middle of my treatment but the improvement so far has made my life so much easier and I'm now getting sufficient sleep again. Fantastic experience: Very professional service for me and my baby post tongue tie revision. Dr Quentin provides a very careful & gentle service to my baby. I am also attending for my low back, hip, and neck recovering post pregnancy. I’m improving and growing in strength every day in combination with an exercise regimen. I think dr Quentin is helping my posture, and underlying structure of my body as I recover from pregnancy.

Fantastic experience: I'm 28 and currently pregnant with my first baby. I suffered with pain in my hips for weeks when I was around 24weeks which impacted my quality of life and made simple day to day tasks difficult. The practice was recommended to me by a friend and I cannot recommend Dr. Quentin enough as I've been pain free since the first appointment and the treatments have allowed me to continue on as normal and start to really enjoy this pregnancy.

Fantastic experience: I am in my 50s. I am attending to Clinic Fontana since few weeks because of my lower back pain, bad spine posture and banded neck caused by the nature of my work. I nearly gave up getting better when finally visited Dr Florian and he made me a great plan to treat my back/neck problems. After the third adjustment I surprisingly noticed that my lower back pain is gone (nothing helped it before, no medicine, no patches etc..). After every each of the treatment I feel much lighter, I feel much better and stronger, loosing stiffness and I actually noticed that I mind my posture much more then before. Fantastic experience: I was in so much pain I was in tears. I rang the number a few times, left a message but kept calling until I got an answer. The person who answered recognised my voice and then my name. She was a former client of mine. I told her what my issue was and she immediately told me exactly the same thing my gp said. Antoinette got me in on an emergency to see Dr. Florian. I must say you guys are absolutely amazing. I left the practice in adare and went home and got a few hours sleep which is the first comfortable sleep I have had in months. Fantastic experience: I attend Dr. Fontana every 6 weeks or so for maintenance, as I’ve a disc out C4/C5. Well worth it! I highly recommend, I had immediate relief from tightness in my back/hips, and had trouble sleeping. All released and ready for action.

Fantastic experience: I am delighted with progress after attending Clinic Fontana. Dr Quentin has helped with postnatal hip, back and shoulder pain. I am no longer in pain and am able to get back to exercise. I also attended with my baby for help with reflux and constipation and he saw great benefits. The clinic in Castletroy is very convenient with parking and modern clinic rooms.

He has helped my pain so much that I'm now on half my medication for arthritis and fibromyalgia which is something no one has ever been able to do for me and physically I am able to be more active.
