Fantastic experience: Cormac was very informative once he made his assessment of the injury and set out a clear plan of Psyio exercises to do at home using a nice clear app. From the sources of the pain during the assessment, he explained the root cause of the injury pain sources and how the exercises will help.. He has a very nice manner about him.

Fantastic experience: I had attended an appointment here with James for shoulder pain. I felt very comfortable with his treatment and exercise plan. I found the check in with him very helpful if I was having any problems. All exercises were loaded to an app for easy use. He also helped me with some back issues. I never felt rushed in an appointment. I would highly recommend this clinic and James .

My daughter had ACL surgery and James provided her with an extremely helpful and great quality exercise programme over the last year, specific exercises and strength work for her needs. Fantastic experience: Tore my ACL over a year ago. I didn't know where or who to go to. A few friends recommended James in MyPhysio & Rehab and I'm so glad I went. I'm now 100% back training and playing matches again which I wasn't sure I would be. James gave me a structured plan and achievable goals which made my rehab effortless. Each time I went back the results were phenomenal, I could feel myself getting stronger and by seeing the progress it gave me the drive I needed to keep going. I had 3 and 7 month testing in Santry where I got my surgery. I felt so prepared going into these tests as James had given me targeted exercises to get me ready. This gave me the confidence I needed and the results showed. James also keeps you grounded and focused. Although the results were positive he didn't rush me back into running or turning too soon as he wanted to make sure I built up my strength correctly and that we stuck to the plan. One thing I found brilliant was the constant communication he keeps with you during the rehab. You don't get that in alot of places. Whenever I had a question or felt something was at me I text or emailed him and he replied straight away giving me the reassurance that he was fully invested in my recovery. As I said above, I'm now 100% back playing sport and this wouldn't be achievable without James in MyPhysio & Rehab. I would highly recommend if your struggling with anything or are just after picking up an injury to go into the lads, you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: Following a running injury, I was able to get an appointment with MyPhysio in Limerick at very short notice. The online booking system allowed me to clearly see what times were available. From my initial appointment with the physio Ella she was able to pin point my issue and was able to develop a specific recovery plan for me. By using the PhysiApp I was able to look back at specific exercises I need to do in my own time. By following this plan I could see week to week improvement. The plan was then updated during each return visit as my recovery progressed. I would highly recommend MyPhysio Limerick and in particular Physio Ella

Fantastic experience: Been dealing with tendonitis in my rotator cuff for over a year and had previously been to two other physiotherapists with no luck. After 3 sessions here its better than its been in months.

Fantastic experience: Having been injured when training for the Limerick marathon James was the perfect antidote. He had me diagnosed within a couple simple exercises, gave me a program via the app and had me on my way. I went back into him a a couple times to test my recovery before I went back to training. Couldn't recommend him higher!

Fantastic experience: Really good experience with James the physio here. I came in with a Knee injury from a soccer match. We discovered it happened because of a torn groin and my knee took the force of the turn. Thankfully no ligaments were badly injured and a few weeks rehab with James did the trick! Very efficient and thorough with his job. Would not hesitate to recommend James to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I went to James with a hamstring issue during my half marathon program. James found the root cause with one hamstring significantly weaker than the other and put a plan in place to build it back up. Thanks to James’ guidance I went through my training plan injury free and completed the half marathon and achieving a PB. Even if your not suffering an injury I’d recommend a visit to see can any weaknesses be identified and prevent injury in the first place.

Fantastic experience: Great clinic. Valentina and the team were so efficient in getting me seen for my injuries or any flare-ups. Have plans to do my first Half Marathon the physio Chris assessed my weak spots and gave me treatment and exercises to strengthen those areas. Went nearly full month off training due to pain but now its like it never even happened. Thoroughly reccomend them for sessions and pre-paying for sessions for a discount. Have been using them for over a year and will be happily returning.

Fantastic experience: I was having trouble with my calfs and hamstrings for 2 years until I met with James. He gave me a custom S&C programme, and I have been injury free since I started with him. Very knowledgeable guy and the rehab running and exercise programmes were excellent. Highly Recommended.

Fantastic experience: My son got a mild ACL injury, chipped knee bone and badly bruised knee cap. We started seeing James straight away. He went above and beyond to help and guide Tommy. Different weekly exercises emailed and printed every week, he made the exercise plan so Tommy could do everything at home no need for a Gym. Made a plan to return to football which he is now back doing. We got the highest quality of care I would highly recommend to anyone.

Dealt with him earlier in the year for a dislocated shoulder and have dealt with him previously with a strained hamstring, every time I felt I got a fantastic service. Great knowledge and way of dealing with recovery, as well as being fully invested in getting me back onto the pitch or into the gym. Willing to lay out achievable timelines and stages, unlike some other professionals who may not want to give you false hope. Great service and constant follow up, giving huge reassurance on the injuries so you have the peace of mind to get back to where you were before, and even beyond that. Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend James physiotherapist who has been treating my teenage son for his ( meniscal tear) knee injury at My Physio & Rehab Raheen in Limerick. From the initial consultation where James took a detailed history and comprehensive examination to the individualised rehab program he devised we have been very happy . Everything is patient focused . He explained the injury in easy to understand terms and how the rehab program would benefit my son . Its very reassuring to see the huge improvement in my son who was in alot of pain and was severely impacted not only in his ability to play the sports he loves but even day to day activities. The program of exercises is tailored to his needs and at each session time is taken reassess and adapt the exercises as indicated. At all times James is professional and empathetic and we know we are in safe hands.. It's clear to see that James is passionate about sports and fitness. Once they could begin physio post surgery they have not looked back since beginning with MyPhysio. The level of care and expertise given to them is phenomenal.
