Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment today with Rory O’ Donnell at Reconnect Physiotherapists for my neck, shoulder, and back issues. He is the first therapist who has actually made a noticeable difference from day one, providing instant relief during the session.Rory was incredibly thorough and mapped out a clear plan for my ongoing treatments, including easy-to-follow home exercises to keep the progress going. On top of the excellent care, the clinic has great free parking and the online booking process was completely seamless. I finally feel like I am on the right path to recovery. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Rory has been a pleasure to work with and has helped me to understand and rehab some of the complex injuries I have incurred. I have been to several physio's & what stood out to me with Rory was the level of detail that he goes into during each session. Rory provides a detailed rehab plan via online videos which I found really helpful as I could re-watch each exercise when needed & did not have to worry about remembering them from the session.

Fantastic experience: We have used Rory a number of times for sports injurys and he is a fountain of knowledge on how to rehab and strengthen the muscles to prevent repeat injuries. We never feel rushed and his after care is excellent also. I would highly recommend.

Then took time to explain the challenges ahead(with drawings and smiley faces) then gave me a set of exercises to work on tailored to my needs. I have no trouble recommending.

Fantastic experience: hi ,, just in the middle of treatment with Rory and he initially cured a bad pain in my lower back which had me all bent sideways and confined to couch,, separate to that I have been having discomfort in my lower back area walking and need to stop and rest. I was away for weekend walking around Brugge and with exercises Rory has me on I have been reasonably able to do 4 to 6k steps in a day without extreme back discomfort.. Still in the middle of treatment but to date improvement is excellent. I am in my early sixties and thought it was all age related but if u get your muscles working correctly you can improve a lot.

He explains everything in detail and provides easy to follow videos for home exercise. We are now working on a program to prevent reoccurrence. Would highly recommend! Fantastic experience: Went to Rory with age old back & neck issues, compounded by MS pains - gave me very simple, quick exercises to release when severe and help manage on-going and growing pains Rory is easily approachable, knows his stuff and extremely knowledgeable from his sports physio + treatment history. He listens to what you want, delivers what you need and gives you support to help yourself - even if sessions may not be as much hands on/ deep in tissues treatments as one might expect from a usual "physio"... Rory has a different approach to working with & healing yourself and it helps!

Fantastic experience: My son hurt his finger playing hurling with our local club. After xrays to confirm it was tendon damage and not a broken bone, we were told he needed physio. Our club recommended Rory. He was friendly and professional. He put us and our son at ease immediately and recommended some strenghtening exercises for our son to do. Fantastic experience: I went to see Rory after I pulled my neck while breastfeeding. I was in very bad pain for a week,I contacted Rory and he gave me an appointment for the next day. He saw me, he massaged some muscles, we did some exercises, he explained to me what muscles I was moving etc and only in that session it already made a difference but he also sent me homework. He added me to his online platform and sent me videos of the exercises I had to do every day and everything was very well explained. The first night I already slept better but after 2 days the pain was fully gone! Cannot recommend him enough and I will definitely go back when any other pain arises.
