Fantastic experience: I attended Limerick physio rooms recently as I had a very sore knee injury from running.Katie diagnosed the injury and developed a treatment plan which included specific strengthening exercises. I’m really pleased with the progress and am now back running and injury free. Would highly recommend Katie.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Sean after ankle surgery and he was brilliant from start to finish. He took the time to explain what was going on, gave me practical exercises that actually worked, and got me back walking properly much quicker than I expected. Really professional and down to earth, highly recommend him if you’re recovering from an injury or operation.

Fantastic experience: Had a very painful knee issue and had attended the VHI where they gave me a really awkward knee brace. Got a very quick appointment with Katie the day after where she did a really thorough assessment, told me to get rid of it, gave me plenty of exercises and the problem was solved after a few sessions! Was able to walk 20,000 steps a day on my holiday no bother. Cannot recommend them enough.

I have very little pain in my back since. Now we are working on my injured shoulder. And the new physio rooms clinic is very nice! Can't recommend Sean much enough. And he is very friendly too

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Katie enough. I started going to Pain Relief Limerick about a month ago with a knee injury in which I could not walk probably day to day or bend my knee properly. Katie was so professional and listened to my issues and helped me with my exercises. Katie took her time with me when I was getting exercises wrong and always had a smile on her face. My knee is now back to perfect condition and my stability has massively improved thanks to Katie. Thank you Katie and Paudie.

Fantastic experience: For around 3 weeks had been suffering with what I had thought was a lower back injury, which caused at times excruciating pains down my right leg and into my foot. I had been recommended Pain Relief by a friend and must admit I was some bit skeptical, however now wish I had gone there right away when injury happened. I booked in with Sean and he was excellent, was friendly and clear, he took time to gather in details that were needed before assessing and quickly discovering the injury was actually stemming from the hip and not the back after all. He worked on the area and finished by explaining two exercises I could do from home, allowing me to film him so that I had videos to watch to help. I can say that two days on and feel like a new man again, already been out for two long walks and pain has decreased significantly. Excuse the long review but want to give credit where credits due. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I attended the pain relief clinic after suffering from bad shoulder and neck pain for a week. It was recommended by a work colleague, and I was lucky enough to get an appointment the same day. Katie was brilliant, really lovely & helpful and clearly knew what she was doing and talking about. She identified the issue and gave me two very small exercises to do. I was sceptical that they would be effective given they involved so little movement, but woke up the next morning pain free. I was sent videos with the exercises I needed to do which was brilliant, and helped me make sure I was doing them right and hadn't forgotten anything. The clinic have called and emailed to follow up and check in, and the whole process has been brilliant, start to finish. I highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Went to Paudie with severe back pain that was impacting my ability to sit and walk. Within 3 weeks Paudie had me back moving. First physio I’ve been too that took the time to understand the day to day activities, lifestyle changes, etc. before making a diagnosis. Exercises and in person sessions were specific to the strengthening and flexibility I needed to do. 4 weeks after finishing with Paudie ran a 10KM race, which wouldn’t have been possible without him.

Fantastic experience: Had shoulder pain for years and wasted loads of money on MRI scans and consultants. Paudie sat down with me and talked through the symptoms. Gave me a few simple exercises to do which led to a huge improvement. Many thanks!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend the pain relief clinic and Paudie if you are looking for an excellent physio. I had keen pain and could barely walk but after 3 days of my first appointment, I started feeling better. I went on a trip where I walked almost 10km each day. The exercises look very simple but are very effective for recovery.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend the pain relief clinic on Mallow Street in Limerick. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a beautiful receptionist who was so friendly and helpful. My physio was done by Paudie who is a gentleman and makes you feel relaxed and calm. I had 5 sessions with him and the relief was astounding. He really takes an interest in you and even contacts you after you have finished with him to make sure you are doing OK. When he said I didn’t need anymore treatment I think I was a little disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended this clinic and Paudie by a friend. And I was glad. I had persistent pain and discomfort in my upper back for 6 years and tried numerous treatments from deep tissue massage, sports massage, acupuncture and chiropractor but none worked. I had 6 sessions and I am pain free now. I found Paudie was personal and I never felt I was just another number. He listened and apportioned treatment accordingly. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: If you are in need of physio, I recommend these guys 100%. I have been going to Paudie for few months with lower back pains, left leg issues and movement problems. Some difference from having up to 4 days with zero sleep due to pain and being unable to sit or lay down, now im walking, working and exercising again. Paudie is an excellent physio therapist, honest and has really good way to provide examples for much easier understanding of what you are going through, just make sure to follow the exercises and recommendations from Paudie as they will help you alot.

Fantastic experience: Finished up my regular sessions with Paudie, having come with excruciating plantar fascia pain. He was fantastic, talked me through sessions where I was doubting my progress, always made me feel heard and understood. After the first session i was much better, he gave me exercises and stretches to do at home and after a couple more sessions i am back to normal. Fantastic experience: Visited Paudie after having some knee trouble during my workouts, knee was very stiff and hurting during movement. The first thing Paudie did was talk through the injury in an easy to understand way, he explained what may be causing it and assured me it was preventable and could be worked on. After a full assessment he gave me some simple exercises to work on improve the knee, with a realistic workload and timeline. I have several visits over the weeks check in on progress and he was able to accommodate me on short notice after a setback. Very professional setup, and more importantly, Paudie himself is easy to talk to and makes things very understandable and puts you at ease.

Fantastic experience: Going to physio at Pain Relief Limerick has been the one of the best decisions I have ever made. I suffer from hypermobile ehlers danlos and was in constant pain, constantly twisting and sub-laxing my joints. In the space of a few months my life has completely changed, my pain has lessened dramatically and I have increased my strength through the exercises given to me by Eimear. The exercise increased in difficulty at the perfect pace and were tailored to my ever-evolving situation. If there was ever an exercise that I wasn't feeling, changing it was never a problem and I was never made feel bad about this or missing a few days of exercise at home. The soft tissue work was fantastic as well and I always felt 110% leaving physio. I cannot rate my experience highly enough, physio has allowed me to get my life back and be able to do the things I enjoy once more.

Fantastic experience: I would thank Eimear for helping with my severe back pain, I had 3 sessions with her where she thoroughly listed to my story and gradually worked out stretches and exercises to alleviate pain. After first session I was able to have full night's sleep which helped me return back to work, during next 2 sessions additional exercises I was given helped alleviate dull pain which allowed me to function properly again. Exercises given to you are easily accessible through website with instructional videos that you can rewatch if you need to. Eimear is excellent listener that will make you feel comfortable and not rushed, but at the same time she will try to help yo with as little sessions as possible. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I attended Physio sessions with Paudie for an issue with my shoulder, which had been ongoing for nearly 12 months and resulted in restrictions in my gym workouts and day to day pain and irritation. Each consultation started with an in-depth review of what the issue was and where I was experiencing the pain, which then determined the treatment that day and subsequent exercises. I would definitely recommend going to Paudie as he was really focussed on my recovery whilst also encouraging my ongoing training as part of the process.

Fantastic experience: I suffered from back and shoulder pain which was giving me headaches all the time. After 2 sessions with Eimear I felt so much better and she provided me with exercises to do regularly to improve my shoulders. Now the headaches are gone and I only re-visit when I feel the pain coming and the mild pain is poorly because of my busy schedule are work. My session was with Emer who listented & was very helpful. Fantastic experience: Having been to different physios and physical therapists before, I think Paudie was the first one to help me make a long term difference in a short space of time after injury. I have been to him several times between knee, shoulder and back injury/pain. After one session he sorted my knee out and gave me some great exercises which relieved months of pain after just one session. I also feel Paudie enjoys what he does, as he is focused on your progress. I play two sports that most doctors and therapists would warn me off, but he doesn't discourage me from training he supports it and helps me figure a way to get back on track, which makes all the difference for me.
