Dara Mahon Physical Therapy

Fantastic experience: Dara is an exceptional physiotherapist and a truly warm, kind-hearted person. I felt noticeable relief already after the very first session. I work in a medical company that produces knee prosthetics, where I repeat the same motion for hours at a time. After just a few months, I started experiencing severe shoulder pain—so intense that it even disrupted my sleep. (I had never had issues like this before!) When I asked at work for a recommendation, everyone unanimously pointed me to Dara. She has a deep knowledge of the body and took the time during our first visit to clearly explain what she would be doing and why, even showing diagrams of muscles and bone structure to help me understand. That gave me so much trust and showed how seriously she treats her clients Dara uses a variety of techniques—massage, dry needling, and more—but what impressed me most is that the pain disappeared after just one session! While I can’t leave my job at the moment, I now see Dara once a month, and I’m able to live and work completely pain-free I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need of expert, compassionate care. She’s a true professional!!!

Fantastic experience: The best physical therapist. Confident, educated, assured, and works wonders. I’m no easy client with a lot of muscular and tissue issues, so I’m cautious about who I see. I’ve been going to Dara very regularly for almost 2 years now and you won’t find me stopping any time soon. The relief I get from her sessions is huge. I’m telling anyone who will listen to go to her. Honest, genuine and most definitely value for money!

Fantastic experience: I had chronic shoulder/neck pain for over 4 years and nothing would help. The doctors sent me for injections, still didn't help. I came across Dara online and haven't looked back since. She is brilliant at what she does and I am delighted to have full range of movement back in my shoulder as well as no more painful spasms. She is such a lovely down to earth person and exceptional at her job. My mother is now seeing her also for knee issues and she is over the moon also. I would highly recommend Dara.

Fantastic experience: My mother went to Dara and had such a positive experience. She had a lot of pain down her leg, which had been going on for around 2 years and not improving. Dara is a lovely professional person, and did a great job in easing this pain significantly so that mom can enjoy her walks again. Fantastic experience: I attended Dara due to very painful trapped nerves in my back. I hadn't slept properly in days. I was nervous getting any treatment because I was in so much pain. She instantly put me at ease and talked me through what she would do to fix my problem. Between deep tissue massage and dry needling she had me sorted after one session. I slept like a baby for the first times in ages. I couldn't recommend Dara enough, knowledgable, friendly and an excellent physical therapist.

She really takes the time to get to the root of the problem and is good enough to talk you through it all while getting top class treatment. Wouldn’t be going anywhere else, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I found Dara very knowledgeable, she takes the time to listen and then decides on the best course of treatment. Dara worked on my legs, as i'm a runner my muscles needed to be worked on, with dry needling and deep tissue rubs I got great relief after Dara worked her magic.
