Fantastic experience: Niamh sorted my neck issue in a couple of sessions with a tailored plan to strengthen it. She is a great communicator and I felt very comfortable with her. She was very easy to chat to and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Niamh saved my achilles. After two sessions I was in much less pain and feeling stronger than I had been after four months with a different physio. She has a strong, hands-on approach to muscular manipulation which is rare to find these days, but it is the best possible approach and the results prove her skill.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Flood Street Physio for 7 months now on a regular basis to treat a variety of issues both small and severe. Each time I am amazed at how quickly each issue is correctly diagnosed and treated effectively allowing me to return to training in a very short space of time. Not only is the issue dealt with but you are also given easily performed exercises which help to ensure the issues do not reoccur in the future. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I've had 4 dislocations within two years and little medical attention but she gave me a lot of information, a wonderful massage and dry needling and I went home with a list of good excersise to reinforce my shoulder. Fantastic experience: I suffered with severe back issues for years and Niamh was the first out of everyone, between other physios and doctors, to put my mind at ease and actually give me a long term solution through exercises. She explains everything so simply and is amazing at her job. I felt so at ease with her and almost looked forward to my next sessions with her. While going for my back I suffered a separate injury for my ankle which resulted in torn ligaments and with the help of Niamh its almost as good as new again. Cannot recommend her enough. Very reasonably priced, accommodating appointments and very thorough treatments.

Fantastic experience: I had a bad shoulder for over 18 months. I went to few doctors they just give me anti inflammatorys. Finally I went to see Niamh at flood Street physiotherapy and I explained to her my Symptoms. She diagnosed that a muscle in my chest was tight. I went for a few sessions with Niamh, and the difference is great. I feel much better now. Can't recommend her enough.

Fantastic experience: I had a foot arch issue, which was resolved with the quick and thorough treatments I received. The strengthening plan was explained nicely and had produced long lasting result. With my now increased mobility by foot, I upped my exercise and had shoulder muscle issues which set right by great treatments and the use of a custom-made maintenance plan that she provided me. Would strongly recommend this Physio team to others.

Fantastic experience: Went into the physio with a knee pain which had been reoccurring for years and within a couple of minutes of talking to Niamh, she had worked out exactly where the problem lay and how to work though it, along with noticing another issue I hadn’t realised I had been experiencing with my hip flexors and sorting that out too. Great physio who put you right at ease, have already recommended her to a couple of friends, both of whom were also very happy with Flood St Physio.

Fantastic experience: I was suffering with a bad shoulder for a few weeks, not sleeping properly so i made an appointment with Niamh in Flood Street Physio and from the very first visit, I found great relief from the injury. Niamh was excellent and helped me get back to full health though massage, dry needling and adjustments and give me some simple but very helpful exercises to do to build up muscle strength. Fantastic experience: Niamh is an awesome physio! The day of my first session I limped in, but she had me walking out feeling better than I had even before my injury. In three sessions, she got me running again, fixed my ankle dorsiflexion stiffness, and has me working long-term on an old injury. She's extremely knowledgeable and patient with any questions you might have. And if you have any about whether you should see her or not, don't hesitate!

Fantastic experience: I was having pain in my lower back region, groin and neck. I didn't understand what was causing the pain. I went to flood street physio and Niamh explained to me how it was all interconnected. With dry needle treatment and the use of foam rollers and proper core strength stretches, i have been able to return to distance running and gym work. I found Niamh very knowledgeable and gave excellent advice on what i should do to return to fitness.
