Fantastic experience: I have been to Phoenix massage a few times over the last year, getting massages from Robert and others and have always enjoyed them. Most recently, I got a sports massage from Ayusha and really enjoyed my experience. She had a thorough discussion with me in advance of the massage, asking where the issues were and what sports/excercise I was doing that would have caused this. She also took time after the massage to give me tips on changing my posture during certain movements that would result in better movement and less stress/pain. Fantastic experience: Would 100% recommend Phoenix Massage Galway. It was really easy to book an appointment through the website, I was lucky enough to get one for the following day and with a 10% discount Robert was incredible, so knowledgeable and professional. I have been to a lot of physiotherapists and massage therapists over the last two years because of a back injury and after only one session at Phoenix Massage there is a big improvement. I've booked my next appointment already.
