Fantastic experience: Ross helped me with my shoulder injury that had been getting progressively worse and was waking me up several times a night. He quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, with a treatment plan and exercises that really worked. My shoulder is now dramatically better and I’m finally sleeping through the night again. I’m very grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with pain or injury.

Fantastic experience: After seeing so many physios, doctors etc. Ross helped me come over a 3 year chronic back injury within a couple of months worth of sessions through excellent physiotherapy, chiropractic work and acupuncture and the easy to follow exercise programme which also shows his excellent knowledge of knowing how to isolate and accurately treat areas of injury. Fantastic experience: I’d been struggling with leg and glute strains from running that were preventing my progress. After trying a few physios, I kept having new issues flare up each time. I took a recommendation from a marathon runner to go to Ross 4 months ago & have been really happy with the results. Ross did a full assessment & was able to show me where the issues were likely coming from and gave me a plan that made sense for me as a runner, not just random exercises. He was also realistic with me about the time required to get back to my target distances without causing more issues & suggested milestones we could look for. Through the combination of hands-on therapy and targeted exercises I can now run without overthinking the impact small twinges might have on my goals. Through the process Ross was really supportive of my goals, professional & pleasant to deal with.

Fantastic experience: I went to Ross after having another flare up of sciatica and general pain in my mid and lower back regions, something I've experienced a lot since starting to work from home post Covid. He immediately was able to advise on next steps but after returning he supported me with long term exercises to get my core strengthened All advice and exercises were clear and I was well able to follow along and complete at home.

Ross has been very patient and reassuring during each session, working with me on a suitable plan that I am able to manage. He is motivating, helping me to progress month on month. Fantastic experience: I had persistent lower back pain for 3+ years which caused me to stop all my sporting & running activities. I had MRI's and countless other appointments with no luck in sorting my lower back issue. With Ross's guidenance and excerise plans I was able to build up my lower back strenght gradually which enabled me to get back to doing gentle running and conditioning training. The training and conditioning are ongoing. Ross was able to get me from a place of no activity and no motivation for activity to a place where I am now active and getting back to where I want to be with my running and sport. I would highly recomend Ross to anyone who is suffering with any aches or pains.

Negative experience: I had three sessions with Ross trying to treat low back pain. The exercises and treatment I was offered did not work the way I would expect and flared up the pain. After kindly letting Ross know that I would not be returning as I wanted to get a second opinion with another physiotherapist, I was told that the "problem is within me and my nervous system" and if someone will say otherwise "it will lead me on the wrong path and it won't be scientific". I was also told that my nervous system is overreacting to exercises. Unfortunately, I cannot agree on this either. After consulting another physiotherapist, I was informed that I have a reoccurring issue with the sacroiliac joint and several protruding discs in the lumbar and thoracic parts of the spine that need to be treated accordingly as they were main root cause of pain. I was offered alternative treatments before starting the individually prescribed exercise plan. I am disappointed by the response I received because I feel it is very normal to try to seek an approach that is best suited to individual needs. Sometimes simple "you need to move more" does not work.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Ross for almost a year now and not only did he help me fix some injuries I was dealing with but he has totally changed my attitude to injuries, pain and exercise. When I first went to him I’d been dealing with some back pain and was pretty demoralised with the lack of progress and info I’d gotten until that point. Ross was able to cut through the noise immediately, set expectations and just simplify everything. Very quickly I could see he had put me on the right track and has turned exercise from something that was giving me a lot of worry into something that I really enjoy again.

Fantastic experience: I had suffered with extreme neck and back pain for 2-3 years, the previous physio I was seeing was adamant I needed neck surgery to replace a disc. I had two 30 mins sessions with Ross who confirmed I was not a candidate for neck surgery. After those 2 sessions I have never felt better and the pain in my neck surgery is nearly disappeared! I would highly recommend Ross to anyone who is suffering with neck / back pain.

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter to see Ross for a back issue she has. I was very happy with the appointment. He explained everything incredibly well, so she could understand. He gave her some exercises to do and already she is said her back feels different in a good way. Hopefully before her next appointment we see even more positive progress.

Fantastic experience: I visited Ross due to my shoulder pain which was impacting my day to day life. Following a number of sessions with Ross, my pain was completely gone and I was able to sleep much better. I found Ross to be patient, understanding and a good listener, couldn't recommend Ross more.

Negative experience: Attended the clinic a number of months ago after a serious accident and paid €60 to be seen, was dismissed and ushered out of clinic after 10 minutes and was misdiagnosed with sensitive issues. Turned out I actually was suffering post concussion syndrome, fibromyalgia and nerve damage which Ross had no interest in investigating and misdiagnosed me. If I had of been properly examined at the time, my condition would not have progressed as bad as it is today. For a person with so much experience, I would have expected a little more than a 10 minute examination but next customer arrived and I was dismissed and misdiagnosed.

Fantastic experience: I’m a farmer and after experiencing bad back/hip pain to the point I was on painkillers and anti-inflammatories daily I went to Ross Allen Physio Clinic in Naas, after 5 sessions I was almost pain free and with continued exercise have been free from complaints since. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Really happy with my sessions with Ross. I was having some IT band issues and he was super helpful with addressing it. After one of the sessions, I was a little unsure about one of the stretches he gave me and so I mailed him about it. He got right back to me with a detailed description of each exercise which really helped. Highly recommended!

My shoulder improved immediately after the first session and my back is has significantly improved with the exercises he has given me along with the 3-4 sessions I've had since with him. Fantastic experience: I came to Ross with an unresolved back injury, one that had gone largely undiagnosed for 4 years. Under Ross' guidance, expertise and genuine understanding I worked through an extensive rehab programme that he designed for me over the course of about 6 weeks. Ross was incredible. Cant recommend him highly enough. He really is the best at what he does, as anyone that has ever been to see him will confirm. I have no hesitation in recommending Ross to anyone looking for an expert physiotherapist. The man is leagues ahead of his competition.

Fantastic experience: I had intense sciatic pain, a regular occurrence and went to Ross based on previous strong reviews. Within two weeks of intensive treatment, I could see significant improvements and major relief. I'm convinced it's the holistic approach he adopts, chiropractor, acupuncture and physiotherapy, working in tandem that worked. His exercises are tough and push you, but boy do they work. Have no hesitation recommending him.

Fantastic experience: I went to Ross because I had injured my shoulder and neck while lifting in work. He used a selection of methods such as acupuncture, deep tissue massage and chiropractic techniques to fix the problem. My pain and discomfort is now gone. I would highly recommend a visit.
