Fantastic experience: I’ve had 7 dry needling sessions with Peter at Next Level so far, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him enough. Peter is very dedicated, takes his time, and always makes you feel comfortable and listened to. He has such a calm and friendly approach, which makes every session really easy and relaxing. I’ve been really happy with the sessions and the way Peter works. He doesn’t just rush through the treatment, he actually pays attention and makes sure everything is done properly. I’ll definitely be continuing my sessions with him. Really happy I found Peter and I would 100% recommend him to anyone considering dry needling.

Fantastic experience: I am a different person to who I was before Next Level R&R. I had issues with my knees after two knee replacements and also with my ankles. I was experiencing a lot of pain and had a tendency to walk with a limp. I have had two courses of treatment with Stephen and now walk without a limp, have little pain and a new lease of life. Peter recommended 6 sessions of needling and put together a set of exercises for me to do to help prevent my hips getting as tight again. Fantastic experience: Just had my third session with Peter today! I have to say he is an expert at what he does and really listens to your needs and is extremely reassuring. I initially went in with a TMJ issue in my jaw due to arthritis, tension, stress and feeling hopeless and that I’d eventually need jaw replacement surgery. Fantastic experience: I had all sorts of injury issues until I met Peter. I picked Next Level Rehab & Recovery because they offered a free consultation. I wanted to talk about my injuries and find out what the recommended treatments would be. I called and spoke with Barbara who told me how long my free consultation was for, and that Peter would look after me. I was completely put at ease by her informative and friendly nature and I agreed to go ahead with the free consultation. I received fantastic communication for every appointment. You receive an email first to confirm time & date, then the day before you receive a reminder text, then an hour before you receive an email reminder. You also receive a text the day after to check up on you after your treatment. This is exceptional. I had hip and knee pain and Peter listened intently and asked questions, then he asked me to do certain movements to see what my restrictions were. He quickly found the root cause and offered recommendations for the treatment. I was very happy he had found the source of the problem and I agreed to book in to start the sessions. Peter informed me I can book as many or as little sessions as I like as it will all depend how I feel after treatment. There is no pressure to commit to a minimum number of sessions. It is totally the patients call which I found very refreshing. I just finished all my treatments today. I am very well and injury free. Peter has a wealth of knowledge for all sorts of injuries. When he fixed my hip & knee issues I asked him to look at a shoulder injury which happened over two decades ago. I had such confidence in Peter and his treatments that I knew he would fix me. I cannot believe I am pain free after so long. Peter has given me daily exercises to keep my body injury free. It is thanks to Peter that I am back at my gym three times a week feeling great and confident that I now have Peter and staff at Next Level Rehab & Recovery to recommend to anyone else who is in distress or discomfort. Fantastic experience: Really recommend Stephen of Next Level Rehab & Recovery. I attended his clinic with low back pain as a result of an operation which was affecting my working and everyday life. He is extremely personable and put me at ease straight away as I’ve never had physio before and was a bit nervous. Fantastic experience: I attended the clinic over a 10 week period to manage a trapped nerve in my neck and an old broken collar- bone injury to continue my love of cycling and swimming. Doctors previously advised 'blockers to kill the nerve! By the power of massage, dry needling, strapping, exercise & the healing hands of Peter, I've enjoyed a full Summer schedule of cycling & swimming, pain and injure free. My posture has greatly improved on the bike & the rotation in my shoulders for swimming. Peter has been wonderful. Next Level will be my go-too in future. Thanks Guys

Fantastic experience: Have been both to use the recovery kit (cold and hot baths, sauna, compression boots) and physio. Both experiences have been excellent. Went to Peter with knee concerns and he has really helped improve pain and provide useful exercises to continue to strengthen around the knee. Easy to get to also and with plenty of parking. Fantastic experience: I woke up with neck/ shoulder pain. Went to doctor twice in the same week as could not sleep. Doctor gave me pain meds for pinched nerve but no solution. Up all night in excrutiating pain for 2 weeks, as it progressively got worse. Saw FB ad for free assessnent at Next Level Rehab and Recovery and booked an appointment. Lovely friendly receptionist who booked me in for an appointment. Peter assessed me and explained i needed some physio sessions and to also do some excercises at home. Peter is super friendly and made me feel very confortable. Explained everything in detail, what he was going to do for me and how I would have to participate in my healing with exercises at home too. Booked 6 sessions with Peter. After the 1st session I started to feel better. I had less pain and i knew I was at the right place to help relieve and heal my pinched nerve. Peter had explained my posture was not great and had applied tape to my shoulders at the end of each session to keep me in a better posture. After my 3rd session, i had stopped taking all pain meds and I was sleeping throughout the night. Peter applied the cups to my shoulders and back as well to help with stress relief I have now finished my 6 sessions and feel so much better.. I am still doing my daily exercises that Peter gave me, as maintainance to keep my neck supple. I will definitely be going back for massages and also the cupping for stress relief. I absolutely recommend Peter at Next Level Rehab and Recovery. Brilliant!

Fantastic experience: Had some lower back pain, Stephen identified what the source was and put in place a programme of simple exercise and stretching along with massages. I found him to be very friendly and professional. The out come is better than I thought was possible,pain is gone and I can now move freely without pain. Fantastic experience: I visited Next Level for some dry needling with Stephen and to try out their recovery facilities. Would highly recommend both. The dry needling got rid off some tightness that I had been dealing with for months and the recovery facilities are top of the range. The Normatec boots are worth the visit alone!

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of this clinic. At the beginning of the year I was barely able to walk and had excruciating pain when running all the time due to knee pain. Within six weeks of physio with Peter and after a lot of exercises and massages I was able to start running slowly and had no more pain while walking. I can now comfortably run 5km without any issues thanks to Peter. I would highly recommend this clinic and the therapists in it.

Fantastic experience: Hi, I had been in pain for about two years, I chanced to come upon a free physiotherapy session on Facebook with Next Level Rehab & Recovery. I didn't think they could help as I had been diagnosed with osteoarthritis & osteopena. I was putting all my pain down to this. When I met Stephen, we chatted for about an hour & he examined me. He explained exactly what was wrong & he could help. I was a bit sceptical at first. After two sessions I was sleeping much better & the pain was easing. After six sessions I am virtually pain free. I can't believe it. I am so amazed with the science of physiotherapy & how much it has improved. Stephen is very nice person & puts you completely at ease. He explained everything thoroughly as we went along also checked in with me the day after the session to if everything was ok. Fantastic experience: Stephen has been a great help over the course of the Summer to help get me out of constant pain and being able to use my left shoulder without the discomfort I had experienced since early 2015. The targeted treatment meant that I was focusing on building back up strength gradually over a period of time to get me back to a place where I can do what I was able to do before I injured myself. Fantastic experience: When I saw that Stephen’s approach is not to treat the site of the pain, but to discover the root cause and eliminate it, that was music to my ears. You listened to my story of the foot pain endured over the years, you properly evaluated the problem and set about exploring ways of getting to the bottom of my complex issue. I had attended many professionals over the years with mysterious pains in my feet. GP's, several physios, foot surgeon, MRI etc. etc. but nobody was thinking outside the box. Not one of the other professionals was trying to get to the source of the issue, only treating the symptoms. Like all good investigations, you followed all the leads. You were open minded as to what the culprit was. You didn't declare from the first day that the issue was this or that. You were honest with me and my faith in you was rewarded when you did identify the real culprit for my pain. Fantastic experience: Great experience, Stephen was very thorough in taking my physical history and understanding my problem and source of pain and discomfort. Over the sessions he worked on resolving my knees problem and discomfort and gave me easy home exercises to do to help me and my painful knee. I didn't realise how bad or how much my knee was impacting my day to day activities and movement. With Stephen's help, I had a painfree and action packed holiday with no knee pain or issues and I am back able to be active and exercise again. I would recommend Stephen to anyone.

I hobbled in with a bad flare up of an historical lower back complaint, having recently had trouble sleeping and daily discomfort. From the initial discovery session, Stephen's professionalism and interpersonal skills were evident. Stephen explained everything along the way and it was easy to trust and follow the plan he laid out. Fantastic experience: I have had ongoing neck pain for over 10 years. Nothing was giving me relief. I started attending Stephen's clinic in January. I am now pain free. I really liked his approach. Having taken a brief history of any injuries, breaks etc I would have had over the years, he examined the site of the pain. He explained, drawing diagrams what was causing the pain. After each treatment he gave me exercises to do to help my recovery. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Stephen highly enough. When I started PT with Stephen three weeks ago, I arrived with a long-standing shoulder issue (over 2 years) which was affecting my daily activities. In just three sessions Stephen has managed to regain full range of motion in my shoulder and through rehab exercises shoulder strength has increased considerably. The big difference for me however has been in my daily life where I am now Pain Free. Daily and sporting activities have become considerably easier. Stephen is very professional and easy to talk to. He answered every question and was very patient. He is also very knowledgeable in his field, explains the reason and effects of each hands-on treatment as well as the rehab exercises administered, and he works to make individualized PT plans based on pain levels. I will most certainly be calling on Stephen for all future Physical Therapy requirements.
