Fantastic experience: My 2nd time in with Kieran with a PCL tear this time and he is a pleasure to deal with. Knowledgeable and takes his time drafting plans for rehab and exercises. Always kept me on top of exercises and checked in to see how I was doing. Couldn’t recommend him enough Top man

Fantastic experience: I attended a session with Evan in May this year. I have suffered from mild to moderate back pain for many years due to scoliosis. I was going through a particularly troublesome spell at the time. With Evans expertise I am now pain free, stronger and more flexible. Evan has encouraged me to push myself and gain more confidence with my exercise routine. My only regret is that I didn't engage his services and skills earlier.

Fantastic experience: Evan was such a pleasure with my son Ryan who has autism dyspraxia And ASD he done 5 sessions of physio and strengthening with Ryan and was so helpful in teaching him all the exercises he needed to learn to strengthen his core and back muscles. I’d recommend anyone to look into the aura sports centre in Lucan such a beautiful place from swimming to gym the coffee shop is stunning always fully stocked for after your workouts. Give it a try you won’t be dissapointed and Evan is a fantastic physio therapist . If you’re looking give him a shout . Thanks for everything Evan

Fantastic experience: I've received physio treatment from Conor Gibson at Reflex Physiotherapy which has been excellent. I've a ligament problem in my shoulder and arthritis in my hip. Conor's diagnosis of both problems mirrored the MRI I had received, which was encouraging. His treatment on the table and additional exercise regime has been really great and for me. 10 out of 10 for Conor...Great knowledge.

Fantastic experience: I had 5 session with Conor for various different issues, he was very professional and gave me great exercises to help strengthen and grow the muscles needed to fix the pain I was having. Took videos of each exercise and sent them on for me to do while at home which was a big help. Left with lots of helpful tips going forward.Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a Physio. Fantastic experience: I attended Reflex Physio in the Aura gym in Lucan, as I needed an urgent Saturday appointment. Evan assessed the injury and oversaw my recovery through a series of sessions which brought me from recovery through to maintenence. Everything was explained & demonstrated and I received whatsapp videos on how to carry out my exercises. There was a clear plan from day one and the experience was professional and very effective. I would highly recommend this physio and would return with no hesitation. Big thumbs up from me.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Reflex Physiotherapy based in Lucan. Easy to get to and plenty of free parking and based beside the gym which is great to be able to have some of the exercises demonstrated. I had a painful case of sciatica and under the guidance of Evan we came up with a treatment plan to firstly alieviate the pain but then to build strength in the necessary areas to avoid the pain coming back. Really impressed with how the experience went and I now have a maintenance plan on how to go forward.

Fantastic experience: I had 3 appointments with Evan and I am very happy with the care and attention I received. I would highly recommend Evan and Reflex Physiotherapy in Lucan. I attended with severe neck pain and after 3 sessions my pain has gone and I have a clear plan on how to keep active and prevent the injury from reoccurring.

Fantastic experience: I want to say thank you for the Physio sessions. Very clean environment. The expereice of the Physiotherapist was incredble. His patience, kindness and detailed explanation on what I needed to do to get my shoulder and back moving was so helpful and my recovery from the pains feels so good. I recomend this Reflex Physiotherapy in Lucan as you not only get the best session on visit, the videos of what I was doing correctly were sent to my phone to practice while at home. Having to go into the gym and get the Physiotherapist showing and helping me with the use the appropiate machine made a huge difference

Fantastic experience: I had been suffering from shoulder and arm pain for over a year, and it was seriously affecting my daily life. Before seeing Evan, I had already tried another physiotherapist and many different treatments, but there was little improvement. Within just two months, I saw Evan five times. He quickly identified the root cause of my problem and treated it effectively with joint needling. The exercises he gave me were also extremely helpful and made a real difference to my recovery. Evan is highly professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. I’m so grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with pain or mobility issues.

Fantastic experience: Second time going back to kieran , this time for an injury to my arm, excellent service and treatment , no longer feel any more pain in my arm and my strength has returned to preinjury levels. The pain was annoying for 2 months and I had lost over 50% strength in my arm, after the first week there was a noticeable difference, 5 weeks later and I am back to 100% , highly recommend Kieran and Reflex.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of Reflex Physiotherapy for a few months now and have seen amazing improvements with an old, troublesome ankle injury. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I also attend the Pilates classes and couldn’t recommend them enough. Suitable for all levels and great fun!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Kieran at Reflex Physiotherapy. I visited Kieran over a number of weeks as I was experiencing back pain and needed to return to marathon training. He explained the process and timeline and and introduced me to strength training to build strength in the area and did this with my running in mind. After a few visits I was back to running confidently again. Will surely go back if I experience issues again in the future.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Pilates for over 2 years now. I’ve had different instructors over that time and they are all excellent. Physio led instructors are the best. Evan has been my instructor for the last six months plus and he is brilliant. Don’t be fooled by his young age. He is professional , competent and very clued into the different levels of everyone in the class. He constantly challenges us with words of encouragement and goes around the room checking our technique is correct. I would have no hesitation recommending Evan as an instructor to friends family etc. you are the best!!

Fantastic experience: I've been doing Pilates every week with Reflex for over two years now, and they're really great classes. Every instructor offers different options to fit your ability (or level of tiredness), and because they're physios, they can tailor exercises for specific injuries. And somehow they manage to keep it light-hearted even though you might be suffering!

Fantastic experience: Started Pilates about six months after having my baby and it’s been really nice. The classes are super easy to follow and very relaxed. There are demonstrations with different levels, so you can choose what level you want to work at. Everyone can go at their own pace, which is really inclusive and comfortable. Such a gentle, doable way to get moving and feel stronger again.

Fantastic experience: Went to Conor with a knee injury, wasn't sure what was wrong. I haven't had issues in the best and I have been runnig for years. Conor was very thorough with his assessment. Explained my injury and why it happened. He put a plan together and also explained the time frame of what might me typical of my injury and a plan to get me back. Fantastic experience: I have visited Reflex physiotherapy on a few different occasions for my sciatica pain, and each time the experience has been excellent. They genuinely try to identify and fix the root cause of the problem rather than just treating the symptoms. My pain was always resolved within two or three sessions, which is impressive. I am really grateful for their care, professionalism, and expertise, and I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend the weekly Pilates classes run by Reflex Physiotherapy enough! Led by expert physiotherapists, these sessions are suitable for all fitness levels. Conor, in particular, has been fantastic this year—always attentive and generous with his time after class for any questions. Each exercise comes with different variations, so you can choose what works best for you. I’ve noticed a big improvement in my overall strength and no longer experience those annoying shoulder and neck niggles!

Fantastic experience: Since starting pilates with Reflex Physiotherapy about 6 months ago (age 70), I have far greater confidence in my overall level of fitness, especially in terms of flexibility and overall agility. The option of three levels of effort for most of the exercises works really well, allowing you to build up your fitness gradually, and the instruction and encouragement throughout the classes is excellent. I believe the pilates classes give a lot in return for a manageable level of effort in a friendly environment - highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Very well structured pilates classes with Evans and Shane. They are enthusiastic, push everyone to increase the core strength and available to chat after class to discuss physio problems. It is a relief to know my back issues are fully gone!

Fantastic experience: This is a great pilates class, it allows for all levels of experience and welcomes all body types and sizes. Being plus size I was a little worried starting a new pilates class, but I need not have worried. Kieran is great, and when needed offers me alternative poses, so I can do the class without missing out. The classes are geared to accommodate all levels, where you can move up to more complex levels when you feel ready and comfortable. Kieran is professional, supportive and while tough, helps you reach goals you didn't think possible at the start. Would recommend this class without hesitation, a great way to get back into pilates or ty as a beginner.

Fantastic experience: Started a few terms ago, no particular reason , just felt a bit creeky. I can feel a massive difference in my mobility & flexability. Love these classes, lots of guidance , support, fun & brilliant exercises. I missed a class last wk and dying to get back !!
