Fantastic experience: Cora is amazing! I went in with tension headaches and she massaged out my shoulders and neck and did a little dry needling and I felt so much better. I had this headache going on for 3 weeks! I wish I knew about this place sooner! They also work with insurance like Laya and VH1. I will be back for a longer session. Worth every penny.

I had some ongoing neck and disc issues and after a couple of visits with Kora there was a massive improvement. It is one of the best massages I've ever gotten too ! I will continue to book in for maintenance visits and I really like the osteopathy style treatments, kora listens to your needs and explains what she will be doing in each session. Highly recommend if its just a massage for tension or for more chronic pain this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: I had a very nice deep tissue massage. Nadia listened to all my preferences in terms of preferred pressure, areas to focus on and the fact I preferred a quiet session. She also gave me the full 50 minutes and did not cut my session short which a lot of other places tend to do. I would definitely go back. The only feedback I have is that the curtains were open ajar which made the room quite bright. It would have been more relaxing if the curtains were fully pulled. Still would rate the experience 5/5! ⭐

Negative experience: [BE CAREFUL WITH THIS BUSINESS] You can see my other reviews are general constructive, so I dont take writing a bad review lightly but I feel the need to warn others. Also, they give money rewards for giving 5 star reviews.... Where do I start. Edit: 3 . I had to make several edits in response to ever changing lies from the business in response to this :) Instead of owning their mistakes they try and lie there way out of it. E.g on me not reaching out to give feedback on lack of transparency for 50 minutes/vs 90 minutes lie from the business - see screenshot of my constructive email to them BEFORE my appointment. Right, that's another edit to prove they are lying once again. Edit: for 1. below, in response to the business response below claiming I wasnt forced to select 90 minute option , see screenshot which clearly shows you can either tick the fully body box for 90 minutes only or other non fully body options.. Edit 2 : I wasn't being helped on the phone as I said. Lack of help in the moment caused me to storm off. I was comfortable taking your word Laya was supported. However, as I happened to submit the receipt , it wouldn't accept it automatically. At that point I sought help from you to ensure it was going to be successful. To get peace of mind. You weren't helpful. This is the point I think you're still missing. Do better. 1. Lack of transparency on what 95 euro gets you i.e 50 minutes but not a full body massage . You only find this out when you've paid and need to fill an intake form. See attached screenshot. Sent email as constructive feedback. 2. Told me I was covered by Laya, however the receipt they sent me wouldn't register automatically via Laya app. I told them my concern around wanting to be sure I can claim back before starting the session (and paying an already stupidly expensive 95 euro fee) . While talking to an admin on phone while in the session , instead of helping provide the provider name , which wasn't clear on the receipt to me(or the Laya app clearly) the admin pressured me by saying there was another appointment at 2pm. Not a very relaxing experience. This caused me to leave . Soon after - 18 minutes into the 1PM slot I got an email clarifying the provider (see attached). Too little , too late. Wasted my time . 3. Wouldn't give me a refund, marked me as late/cancelled.

Fantastic experience: Had 50 minute session with Pim for first time today in Naas. I did many sessions with Kora in Portlaoise also, but after today Im just as impressed with Pim. Best and most effective sports massage I ever had. The experience and knowledge she has is amazing, and knew exactly what to do and the areas to treat that were effecting me and causing the problems. You get to choose how much pressure they use when booking and I selected the highest, and Pim was able to get right in to the spots she needed to. A very strong experienced little lady. Its a craft in itself. Kora has a gift also and such a nice person. Great company to deal with also, everything is so easy and the customer service team are brilliant and professional . receipt of payment in your email the following day for your insurance. Check out the packages they do.

I appreciated the advice and stretches he shared for when I’m at home. It felt like he genuinely wanted to help, not just get through the session. The space is clean and comfortable, with a nice relaxation room while you wait. I was impressed and booked another appointment before leaving!

I struggle with neck and back pain for years now and since I started getting massages here I started feeling a lot better. Exceptionally qualified and we'll trained staff, with with lots of treatment options. Also joined the pilates classes they offer with Allison and the classes are of great physical improvement. If you struggle with mobility, muscles tightness, all sorts of physical issues, this is the place for you.

He thoroughly explained everything he was doing and was very knowledgeable and the causes for tightness in my body. Fantastic experience: Had an amazing massage with Ger couldn't recommend any more highly. He's attentive and asked me about my work life and issues I was having to tailor my treatment for maximum recovery and relaxation. Also gave me a demo of home stretches to try. Another session booked in again. 10 out of 10 would recommend. (update) just been to my second appointment and I'm finding the repeat sessions are helping with my pains. Ger is top quality remembering the details of what we discussed in the first session and is focused on recovery and has a plan for me going forward. Looking to make this a regular visit as the relief is worth every penny.

I’ve had deep tissue massage, dry needling and cupping with Kora, all providing brilliant pain relief. I’d highly recommend Pain Solution for anyone dealing with some pain or for fellow athletes that need a high quality deep tissue massage. Pain Solution is clean, has toilet facilities and ample parking. All the staff are pleasant and professional.

Kora's professional expertise and mixed approach brought relief from the pain and tension in my back. Great location, easy to get to no worries about parking like in the towns. Large premises with a mixture of therapist's available. Easy booking solution to pick dates, times and specific therapist's if required. Was able to claim 50% of the cost through insurance which is a great bonus.

Fantastic experience: Had a 1 hour session here yesterday and I can't recommend it highly enough. For the first time in 2 years, I did not wake up in the night from the pain of the carpal tunnel in my hands. My lower back pain is hugely improved as well. I am so very impressed.
