Fantastic experience: After years of struggling with headaches and migraines, countless GP visits, physio sessions, and osteopath appointments, I finally came across Dr Muireadhach, who specialises in headache treatment—and I’m so glad I did. From my very first phone call with Emma, I felt reassured and genuinely hopeful that someone might finally have answers for me. During my initial visit, I learned so much about how the spinal cord and body work, which was both fascinating and empowering. The treatment itself is short and painless, and I noticed an improvement after just one session. I understood it would take time to feel the full benefits, and now, nearly two months on, I can confidently say I’m so happy I made that call. The clinic is warm, welcoming, and truly cares about its patients. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Positive experience: I only had two visits but unfortunately my C spine MRI results came back that the solution I need at the moment is surgical so my initial review is based on the two visits I did have which were exceptional service. Fantastic experience: My little boy was struggling with torticollis and reflux, and it was so hard watching him uncomfortable. I was so hesitant to take my son anywhere because he is on 24/7 low flow oxygen, but from the moment I reached out to Dr. Muireadhach’s office I felt reassured. From our very first visit, Dr. Muireadhach was so gentle, kind, and so reassuring. The improvements we’ve seen have been incredible, and I finally feel like my baby is getting the comfort and relief he deserves. Emma and Susan at the front desk have been absolute angels. They’ve been so understanding and accommodating with my son’s oxygen needs, and every time we walk in they make us feel truly cared for. This whole team has gone above and beyond for us. Fantastic experience: Currently bringing my 7 week old who was suffering really badly with colic like pain and severe reflux. We couldn’t put him down on his back for more than 2/3 mins he rarely slept and from the minute I phoned the clinic I was put immediately at ease by Susan, she was so empathetic to what I was going through with babs and even lovelier in person; her and Emma. Dr Murdock is nothing short of a miracle worker. 3 sessions in and we’ve already seen a massive difference in our son and believe me I was skeptical as nothing else was working. He falls asleep on his back now and car seats are no longer sore for him! We’re back napping during the day too!

Fantastic experience: Health Within came highly recommend to me from a friend of mine, I honestly haven’t looked back since, knee swelling has come right down, back pain is less every day and I’m even walking taller! It’s always daunting trying a new clinic , the starting all over again , discussing all your aches over again with another doctor , but I cannot express how amazing these guys are! From all of my very first enquiries on phone calls with Susan & Emma they put my mind totally at ease , explained everything in detail and followed through with emails with videos describing the procedure in detail. Due to other commitments some weeks I had to move a few of my appointments and the girls are always so helpful In assisting ! Nothing is a problem , they genuinely care , how you are feeling , your progress within the clinic each time you go back , and two more welcoming smiles you would not find ! You can see that they not only love their roles within the clinic but they believe and trust in the whole process itself due to their own personal experiences , this to me was a huge factor. Dr. Muireadhach is absolutely incredible , his knowledge and expertise are second to none with such a high level of professionalism. He will always answer any amount of questions or any worries you may have each time and his guidance and advice are certainly continuing to make a difference to me - I’ll be forever grateful

Negative experience: The staff at the clinic were incredibly kind and welcoming! they genuinely create a warm and caring atmosphere. However, my experience with the treatment approach left me feeling a bit disappointed. For about six months, I received the same type of adjustment during each visit, the treatment didn’t seem to evolve or adapt to my specific needs. It felt more like a one-size-fits-all approach, rather than something tailored to individual cases. I chose this clinic based on the great reviews and was hopeful that it would help with my chronic pain. Unfortunately, after several months, I didn’t experience any improvement, and the treatment didn’t address the underlying issues I had hoped to manage. While I appreciate the kindness of the team, the treatment itself wasn’t effective for me.

Fantastic experience: When I say I tried everything ie medication, physio, exercises, deep tissue massage the lot. None touched the pain. I came across health within and said I'd give it a go. I'm so glad I did. Muirdeach is an absolute legend. He's gotten rid of the pain completely and we're working on others. The girls Emma & Susan out front on the desk are 2 absolute ladies & are always available for questions etc. I love health within, it's given me life back without pain. Fantastic experience: Went to health within last April with terrible back stiffness every single day for a year, I had already tried an osteopath and physio and they had not worked. Since starting with health within I have never felt better my back pain and stiffness is gone as well as some pre existing knee pain I’ve had. Fantastic experience: I was in a severe in my neck and shoulders, headaches , fatigue, annoyingly sometimes it would be to the left shoulder but mostly to my right. Hip and knee pain even my foot.... This has being going on for years and the reasons were many. Several road traffic accidents in my 20s and 30s.  The icing on the cake was a quad bike accident head on and over the handlebars! I'd been to physiotherapy with some relief, rolfing, the same, reiki, and other forms of therapies, as well as the doctors. Lots of etoflam and nurophen. Never really sorted it out. I was demented one day with pain and for what ever reason I typed into Google chiropractors, Drogheda. The first one up was , Health Within chiropractors. I read the testimonials and there was one similar to my symptoms. Done! I rang the number and spoke to Emma. She said we can help. Brillo! After a few phone calls and a consultation process I was in for my first appointment. I went in thinking this guy will crack my back and shift some pain, not the case, he had this instrument. Hmmmm I thought, this won't do much. After assesment and using the actuator on me, l left the practice with the thought, another therapy tried, went home had dinner went to bed. Well, the next day I felt like I had been run over by a bus! I slept for most of them! Took me three day's to get over it, but after the three days, there was a huge reduction in pain, HUGE! Several appointments later, I said to Dr Muireadhach, it's like taking off a jacket of pain. I'm still attending the practice and it has changed my life. I have my energy back my pain levels are down from constant pain and managing that, to hardly any at all and no headaches. I don't have to spend my time in bed lying flat. I got my life back. Should have done it years ago. Anyways don't hesitate,  the team at this practice rock. You will not regret it. Get going and give them a call, nothing but good will come of it. Fantastic experience: I have had issues with back pain for years where I had times where it has really affected mobility. Over the years I have been back and forward to my GP and prescribed pain killers which overtime didn't work as well and ended up enduring horrible side effects such as indigestion and nausea. I have been attending health within for the past month and I can't get over the difference. My back is so much better and I am the most pain free that I have been in years. Muireadach was so clear and concise about on explaining how the activator works and I cannot recommend Health within enough as I have a good quality of life back. Susan and Emma are also really lovely and helpful. Definitely one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Fantastic experience: I came here with a suspected TMJ. The doctor quickly dismissed that, and two months and a few occasions later here I am 5 kg lighter, with a much better sitting, standing and walking posture, and a newfound general body alignment and awareness. No sign of jaw pain anymore. Dr Muireadhach has an uncanny ability to read the signs, draw logical conclusions using his intimate knowledge of musclo-skeletal and nervous systems, and their intricate interplays, and apply the right treatment. Fantastic experience: I have suffered with stinging/pins and needles sensation in one of my fingers on my left hand for several years and I have tried physiotherapy and other treatments which weren't successful. Fantastic experience: I was vomiting with pains in my hips. Many doctors and hospital appointments and no answers. Within 5 minutes of giving a run down of what was happening with me, Dr. Muireadhach knew what was wrong and how to fix it. Dr. Muireadhach is a wonderful man who explains everything so well, you know exactly what is going on and puts your mind at ease. Susan is such a kind hearted lady who would move a mountain to help you out. You will feel like a new person walking out.

Fantastic experience: At 3 weeks old baby Fiadh would not sleep on her back, had terrible reflux to the point of soaking her clothes regularly through the night & also favoured feeding off breast. We just assumed it was colic until someone suggested we try a chiropractor. We found Health Within on Google as it was close to us. The team were brilliant & we got a quick cancellation appointment. After her first visit we could not get over the change, Fiadh slept solid for two days & all night time sleep was in her own crib. Her reflux also reduced significantly. After 4 visits so far Fiadh will sleep in her crib at night & much more comfortable in prams & car seats. The team are wonderful, they talk you through everything. Dr. Muireadhach is so gentle & really worked well with Fiadh. Always focused on what worked to ensure Fiadh was comfortable. We couldn't recommend Health Within enough.

Fantastic experience: My baby was suffering from colic and slight reflux, would not nap during the day, had bouts of crying fits several times a day and just generally out of sorts. I had heard about Health Within Chiropractic from a friend who's sister in law had brought her baby and couldn't recommend them enough. I rang and was talking to Susan who was so sympathetic to everything myself and my daughter had been through with a traumatic birth and the weeks following weren't too great either. She booked us in for the nearest appointment and assured me that if there was a cancellation she would ring me which she did and we were seen in less than a week! From that first phonecall, to walking in the doors and every appointment after that we have always been greeted in the most friendly manner and so professional at the same time. Dr Muireadhach was an absolute pleasure and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to other mother's with small babies. As a first time mother I was put completely at ease when I seen how my daughter was interacted with and treated by Dr Muireadhach especially as she was only four weeks old at the time! Every appointment Dr Muireadhach asked how my daughter was doing hut not only that he always checked to see how I was doing which was very much appreciated, he is a true gent.

Fantastic experience: I contacted Health Within Chiropractic having experienced sudden severe lower back pain after simply bending to pick something up. I was given advice over the phone on pain relief and given an appointment to attend for assessment at the next available vacancy. The product for pain relief was available over the counter from my local pharmacy and the advice received were very effective. The initial assessment was thorough and informative and treatments twice a week for the next six weeks or so relieved my back pain completely. The root cause of my back pain was attributed to a misalignment of my spinal nerve pathway which was likely caused by over forty years of compensating for a knee injury which contributed to debilitating arthritic knees. While the arthritic knees have been effectively dealt with surgically, the misalignment was likely contributing to chronic neck and shoulder pain. Treatments, gradually extending from every two weeks to now five weeks, have reduced the pain considerably and have given me back a mobility I haven't had for years. This combined with my new knees have improved my quality of life more that I could ever have imagined.

I went there with my back being in a heap for more than 9 years and within one appointment my back felt amazing and continues to feel amazing while I’m still attending! Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend them enough! We started going to the centre for my son (4yo) last October, as he constantly had a congested nose which resulted in recurring ear infections and even ruptured ear drums! After we started going there, he has not had an ear infection and the congestions resolve themselves within a day or two. Absolutely amazing! He is also able to breathe much better at night and is more energetic. I also started seeing Dr. Muireadhach about a month ago for recurring back pain and the results have been unbelievable! I have been not only without pain, but also with more energy, mental clarity and my bloating is gone. Again, cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Dr Muireadhach my son had so much pain from football injuries he had 2 injections over 18 months which did not work he was in so much pain he could not walk in comfort and was constantly taking painkillers Muireadhach was so knowledgeable he picked up on things on the MRI the consultants did not. He has been attending Health Within for 5 months, he is now walking without pain back doing exercise and running he has a new lease of life we had explored a lot of avenues and I spent nearly €4K on specialist injections physio. I am so grateful to Muireadhach for looking after him and of course Susan who is so helpful and pleasant they are a great team.

Fantastic experience: I started coming to Health Within Chiropractic Clinic five weeks ago after a lower back injury. Dr. Muireadhach has a friendly, outgoing personality and applies his trade very well. After 10 minutes of assessment Muireadhach identified my problem. Dr Muireadhach was able to threat me for lower back and sciatic nerve pain and straighten my posture over the following weeks. He has also given me sound advise on how look after my back for the future. Muireadhach and his Staff are very professional and welcoming and I will continue using his services. Fantastic experience: I have had three sessions completed for tinnitus caused I think by a trapped nerve in my neck. My approach to solving it is a three pronged approach - bought a very good office chair, a standing desk, and using the services of Health within Chiropractic. There are definite improvements. I cannot say yet which approach is most responsible but as is often the case with such things it is probably the fact that I am doing more then one thing that results are being achieved in an area that does not tend to have a cure (tinnitus). Fantastic experience: On my first visit we discussed our treatment plan. Doctor pointed the reason why I feel pain on the skeleton and that helped me understand it. Dr. Muireadach has patience to explain all things and he works with special instrument which one points right deep into treated area. I liked that because other physiotherapists couldn't reach quite deep just with hands. I felt better after one visit straight away.

Fantastic experience: I have a displaced disk in my neck and when it flares up, I'm in a lot of pain and I get terrible headaches. After each appointment I feel like all the painful weight had been removed from my neck and upper back area. After we moved to East Meath I was looking for a Chiropractor and that's how I found Health Within. Both Dr Muireadhach and Susan are fantastic. Even when I just go for my regular check-up, I'm always looking forward to go there.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of meeting Muireadhach who helped me through my pregnancy. I had the pelvic girdle pain which left very immobile. I found it hard to walk and even do little regular movements. I started attending Muireadhach 4 mths in my pregnancy which help relieve the pain and helped me cope to get to the end of the pregnancy with less pain and being able to do movements like my little walks again. So happy with the service and will attend again to help me recover and be stronger.

Fantastic experience: After some research I decided to bring my 6 week old baby to a chiropractor to help with colic and reflux. Fantastic experience: I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia at least 15 years ago, however I have suffered on off with pain and tiredness since I was in secondary. Over the last 15 years my health has taken a huge toll on my mental and physical health, and has prevented me from going many things. This has all changed. Everyday I suffered with a high level of pain in joints and muscles and meant I was taking 6 - 8 painkillers per day. Also I would have headaches everyday I would wake up with a headache and go to bed with a headache.now I am pain free, after just 3 weeks with practice. Negative experience: Very bad, went for 4 visits and my back was not helped in any way. My back was neither massaged or adjusted, all that was done is that he tapped me with an instrument which did nothing. He did this every single session, makes me wonder why he is a chiropractor if he's not going to give me an adjustment that does anything (when he said my back was out of place). Save yourself the money and try a physio like Relief Chartered Physiotherapy, they helped me completely return to normal after 3 visits! It turned out I had a shoulder problem all along which the chiropractor never even noticed. He gave me a completely different reason for my pain which was explained to me to be completely wrong.
