Fantastic experience: Pulled a muscle in my back. Great to get reassurance, and explanation of why I felt pain when I moved in certain ways. Walked out feeling so much more confident and I tucked into doing the physio exercises. Audrey at the front desk wished me well too. All round, great spot. And got early appt before work!

He diagnosed my calf injury and he provided me with 3 exercises to improve it during the next following weeks. He explained the diagnosis and the treatment to me, which is great to understand what you are going through. The follow-up e-mail with the exercises is excellent. No matter how many questions I asked, he responded and I believe that's ideal for the customer. Caylan, the therapist that attended to me, knows what she is doing. She took the time to get a lil background story and kinda brought a solution in a holistic approach. I left the practice with relief, hope in what the future with no pain could look like and more importantly, an exercise programme to slowly get my back on track. Fantastic experience: Sean helped me to recover from my hamstring tear with the surgery in February, Sean had me back and ready to go for the Ulster Championship in the middle of May, which after surgery was only a slim hope, he helped me by giving me rehab based on my symptoms during testing on the H-RIG which helped us see the strength of the hamstring in an isolated position, all this got me back to running in 10 weeks and return to play in 12 weeks, which without Sean I couldn’t of imagined.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working with Sean over the last 10 months after the major knee injury. He’s always been there to answer any questions and give me the support I needed post operation. Sean has helped me regain full confidence back in my knee. Very professional and easy to deal with. Top of the range set up and and equipment leaving no stone unturned and my return to play. Fantastic experience: Just had gait analysis done.Robert looked after me and explained everything so well. The up to date technology could pinpoint issues that I knew I had but was now verified. If you’re having trouble with knees, feet, hips, back even neck, get a gait analysis done first. Just your moving footstep can pinpoint exactly where the issue is. Fantastic service. I definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I visited Physio Performance to see Sean after completing a big endurance run, and the experience was excellent. Sean took the time to properly assess my post-event condition and tailored the treatment to suit my recovery needs. He used shockwave therapy as part of the session, which I found really effective in easing tightness and speeding up the healing process. Sean was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly, which gave me real confidence in my recovery. Highly recommend for anyone coming off a major event or needing focused rehab.

Fantastic experience: I play GAA with a local club so I’ve had my fair share of knocks. I went into Physio Performance a while back with a hamstring strain, and they also helped me fix some recurring ankle issues that had been bothering me for ages. Since then, they’ve kept me right anytime something crops up. Audrey at reception is always really friendly and makes the process that bit easier. I’ve worked with Sean, Conor, and Caylan for physio and rehab , all really sound and know their stuff. Lately, when I’ve been feeling tight or a bit knotted up, I’ve started getting deep tissue massages off Ferdia and they’ve been a game changer in my recovery. They’ve looked after everything I’ve needed and genuinely wouldn’t go anywhere else. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Sean was my main therapist at the clinic. Had a great experience with himself. His knowledge base and ability to speed up my recovery process was great along with setting an action plan on how to further progress my strength and end ranges in the movement’s specific for taekwondo. His output was very positive and forward thinking and if I had any questions, the answers were very well explained, not just to understand the movements but the purpose/ target muscles and how it will benefit the physical goals I had set myself. Outside of Sean’s expertise I also was with Ferdia who I had a deep tissue massage with who also had an amazing amount of knowledge and was very open to help me understand what the purpose of the massage was for and how it will help me move more freely when competing. I’d just like to thank the team for being so supportive and helpful and would definitely recommend to other local athletes who need further training assistance or physio therapy.

Fantastic experience: I would really recommend Physio Performance Drogheda,a very professional service,friendly staff.I came in with a lower back issue.Caylan assessed and located areas to work on,went through mobility exercises to work on,sent exercises on pdf and videos on how to do them also.She gave a clear plan of the path forward.Follow up appointments have been great also and she really listens to you.I have noticed a great improvement and would not hesitate to come here again.Caylan is brilliant at her job and is such a nice person too.

After one session with him the relief I felt was unbelievable, two sessions in total and I feel brand new. Fantastic experience: Attended Caylan with major vestibular/balance issues. Had very little hope of improving. However, Caylan's knowledge and understanding of imbalance conditions, in addition to her ability to listen, analyse and reassure, immediately put me at ease and instilled the confidence that I could get better. Now a few months after my first consultation, with Caylan's encouragement and guidance, I am doing all the activities that I couldn't previously do. Thank you Caylan for everything.

Fantastic experience: From the outset Sean made me feel comfortable & he was very personable. Within 5 weeks I had gone from struggling to walk up & down stairs due to a swelling in my left knee, to being able the jog. Fantastic experience: I attended Sean O'Hanlon in Physio Performance, Drogheda with back and shoulder problems. Sean gave me an excellent series of exercises to build up flexibility and strength in both areas which cured the pronlems I had. These where backed up with videos sent through an app that I could refer to after the sessions. He also gave me acoustic shock wave treatment which I found very benefical also. I found Sean very professional and he has an excellent manner with his clients.

Fantastic experience: I can honestly highly recommend Physio Performance Drogheda and especially Seán. I attended the clinic with a knee issue. Sean diagnosed the problem instantly and explained it all so well. As well as treatments I was given a series of exercises at each appointment and as they have a really good personal gym onsite I could try all exercises before I left. My knee improved with each appointment and within 2 months I’ve been discharged. Super service!

Fantastic experience: Had serious issues with rotator cuff injury and was referred to the lads for physio. A mixture of visits for treatments and a course of exercises to do at home privately eventually cleared up the problem. Fantastic experience: I’ve had a shoulder injury for some time and after working with Conor, it has improved massively. Between strength testing and receiving a variety of exercises, the strength in my shoulder has increased. My shoulder feels so much better and I’m delighted with the progress I’m making. Fantastic experience: My experience with Physio Performance is with Mick. I had a hip replacement done in The Sports Clinic in May, 2021 and as part of my recovery I needed regular sessions with Mick to make sure my recovery was going the right way. He was excellent and guided me through the recovery period and thereafter so that I couldn't recommend him and his team enough. Any other issues where I've needed Physio treatment he has sorted me out extremely well.

Fantastic experience: I was 62/63 when I fell off my bike and injured my shoulder. I followed a programme of rehabilitation for a damaged rotor cuff injury with Micks team at Physio Performance. It was an online consultative programme and it was excellent. My injury has cleared up and my shoulder is pain free. And I am back on the bike again

Fantastic experience: When I developed vertigo, Caylan from Physio Performance, really helped me manage the condition. Through a series of graded exercises I was able to get on top of the symptoms and eventually get my life back to normal. Fantastic experience: I had to attend physio after an accident . From the moment I walked in the doors I was made feel right at home. I attended Robbie for a number of injuries ( knee, thigh, shoulder , wrists, ) to be honest he was a good for to my mental stress as well. He took time to listen, advise and recommend. Fantastic experience: I started physio with Mick in Physio Performance 2.5 years ago after a serious spinal injury which left me with foot drop and chronic back pain. Mick was very knowledgeable and tried different therapies to help me regain as much movement as possible and showed me new ways to exercise while protecting my spine so that I could get back to strength training. Mick was always there for support and if I had any questions or worries inbetween my physio sessions he would always make time to call me and ease my concerns.

Fantastic experience: Over a few months Mick cured the pain from whiplash I'd had for 18 years with a mix of physio, accupuncture, dry needling and advice for tv position & screen height for work. So professional, I highly reccomend Physio Performsnce.

Fantastic experience: Had extensive treatment for severe lower back sciatica which plagued me for years. Worked with Mick Fanning who I found very knowledgeable and professional. He never promised miracle cures and always kept it real. He has all the advanced treatment equipment and science. Provided exercise videos to follow between sessions and for after care which were a great aid. I don’t suffer from constant sciatica anymore and through his direction can manage my back issues day to day for trouble free living. Very grateful I enlisted his services.

Fantastic experience: Great crew here in Physio Performance - was in pain for about 2 months before I went here and after the first session with Sean - dry needling included - I had some relief. He told me that a 25% improvement would be a good start, but after just 3 sessions I was almost pain free. Also I found using the app was a great idea for reminding me to do my exercises- and even though I’m finished my sessions now - I still have the access (and the reminders) to log my exercises. Great service

Fantastic experience: After my knee surgery I attended Physio Performance , the care and attention to detail was excellent ,this greatly helped in my recovery . I found the time taken to explain the various exercises I was given helped in a great way to shortening my recovery period .I can fully recommend Mick & his very able team .

Fantastic experience: I came to Tony not completely out of shape and not looking to lose to much weight but more definition and more strength and I have to say Tony was superb from start to finish especially during a period where so many social events which made the process that bit harder . Tony was excellent at keeping on my case but also understanding my age , body and the challenges of everyday life as well as trying to train . His knowledge on all aspects of health and fitness is second to none and the progress I made was evident from half way through the process. He constantly checked in with me and kept me going through the harder sessions when the body was sore and tired. All in all it was a great 12 weeks and I would highly recommend Tony. If you buy into the process and trust what they say then you can’t go wrong .

Fantastic experience: Physio performance are amazing. CAYELAN was an excellent physio and got movement back in a frozen shoulder. So professional and.skilled. Great friendly service and so invested in her clients. Take my son there too and she is brilliant with teenagers too. Cannot express how helpful and knowledgeable she was with both our physio sessions and recovery. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Great attentive physio practice. They now have a great new premises with a comprehensive gym. I've been attending Mick firstly and other team members sporadically over many years for a niggling back and latterly an ankle. I've been given exercises to complete to maintain mobility. These are always straightforward to do daily. I always feel that I can call if I need a deep massage or further advice. My son now attends himself as a sports player

Fantastic experience: I went to physio, firstly cause it was recommended, I met with Sean and told him, why I was there. I had been experiencing extremely chronic pain in my ankles, to my horror and delight it was my calf’s and not my ankles Over the last 5/6 weeks I have been attending treatment with Sean , he is such a well informed , professional but kind physio. He has gotten me better and better each weeks , he listens attentively and works out what’s best for me. All the staff I have encountered are friendly and helpful.
