Fantastic experience: I went to the Pro-Health Clinic 15 months after a hip fracture and with old collapsed vertebrae, as I was still using a crutch. Hilary sensitively went through the relevant exercises, which I have continued to practice since my return to Tanzania. Now I feel much more confident walking again, and am stooping less than I used to. My sense of Balance is also greatly strengthened. Emma at reception was also very helpful. Fantastic experience: After my son was complaining with back pain, I decided to bring him to ProHealth Physio. They came highly recommend from friends that had used them in the past. Paddy look after my son and after a thorough inspection, he made his assessment. He explained everything to us and set out a plan for recovery. Fantastic experience: The first time Danny changed my life was in 2011 when I had a slipped disc in my back and was off work for two months before going to him. I was back in work within weeks and I ran three marathons after that. The second time has been over the last few years since I had my big toe fused on my left foot and followed that up with tearing my plantar fascia on my right foot and my right calf muscle. Danny started me on the road to recovery by having me literally stand up and sit down at the start, followed by a few months strength and conditioning sessions with a physio in their rooms before releasing me into the gym and I’m getting stronger everyday thanks to him and the team. I even did the Boyne 10k this year. Great holistic care!

Fantastic experience: Had trouble with my back for years I dealt with Conor when I arrived was only waiting about five minutes .he asked me loads of questions about where the pain was he explained what was happening and causing the pain showed it to me on a wall chart then he worked on my back for a short time.he then gave me some exercise to do every day and I have to say I’ve had great improvement I’m going back to see him in another week but I feel the best I’ve felt in a long time John Delaney
