Fantastic experience: My 15 year old son (achilles and dislocated thumb) and my father (collar bone pain) have both been treated by James at Impact Physiotherapy and I cannot recommend him highly enough! James equipped them both with exercises and strategies to continue their progress at home. Overall, my experience with James was outstanding. Fantastic experience: I first attended James in Impact Physiotherapy 4 weeks ago having done a job on my calf at the end of August at a road race. After 4 weeks of trying to manage it myself I conceded that I needed some expert advice, guidance and help. James has been super getting me back on track, his knowledge, professionalism and expertise come through from first meet and one each appointment since. His guidance and care have got me to the point where I'm happy to test the boundaries to start back running by taking small steps. His assurance in my approach and explanation around what I'm feeling/finding outside of appointment is reassuring. The timings for follow up appointments are client led with reassurances from James that if I think things are coming undone he's only a phone call or appointment away. Clinic room is nice, clean and bright too. Thanks James for all your help and it's great to have you in my corner for when I pick my first road race of 2025.

Fantastic experience: I suffered from lower back pain for many years due to my height. After having several sessions with James I have been pain free for several months for the first time in years. Fantastic experience: Impact Physio definitely live up to their name. This physio has made such a huge positive change to my injury. I really appreciate the approach taken, not just a quick fix but journey to understand how the injury changes during the rehab and how to build back up over time. James is obviously very knowledgeable and takes time to explain each step which is fantastic. I trust Impact Physio to help get me back to full mobility!

Fantastic experience: When I moved back to the area, I went to 4 other Physiotherapist before I found James and I've been with him for more than a year now. He is really good at what he does. He takes the time to understand what your challenge is each visit, to ensure he works on the most urgent problem areas. When he gives you exercises to do at home, he is gives you a realistic plan based on your time to complete them. On top, he is generally just a really friendly person.

Fantastic experience: Very thorough assessment which pinpointed the issue quickly and I started to feel the benefit after the first appointment. Very easy to follow exercise and rehabilitation programme as all exercises are emailed to you with a video instruction. Would %100 recommend

Fantastic experience: Went to James with shoulder issues and he was brilliant at explaining what was up, working with me on a practical exercise and recovery plan, and being very flexible about the next stages to work around my schedule. His approach to lockdown safety is excellent too, I never feel worried about virus safety. I've also really appreciated that he sends follow up mails with exercise plans, receipts, and appointment reminders. That's a big deal to me because I'm so disorganised. I'm making good progress and feel a lot more relaxed about my situation now.

Fantastic experience: I went to James with two injuries that I had struggled with for over a year and he cleared them up after 2 sessions. He was really accurate in his assessment and gave me a program that cleared up my injuries surprisingly fast. I’d highly recommend him and I will be back if I need help again.

Fantastic experience: Went to see James today as had a flair up of a continuous hip issue. James was able to fit me in on short notice, and couldn't have been more knowledgeable, attentive and effective with his help. Although pain relieved, his advice on how to prevent future flair ups was just as beneficial and will be adhered to going foward. Fantastic experience: Went to James in Impact Physiotherapy a few weeks ago with what pain in my legs when running. After an assessment and a diagnosis of shin splints I was given a full rehabilitation regime that was thorough and easy to follow.
