Fantastic experience: An incredible center with a great amicable staff that are both competent and truly knowledgeable with fantastic equipment. Personally my experience was highlighted by the exceptional care of senior clinician Isabel Slater. Her willingness to work a complicated case with a holistic and graceful approach was unparalleled in my 10 years of physiotherapy across Europe. I can only encourage anyone with chronic pain or chronic back issues to seek out DBC at UCD and, in particular, senior clinician Isabel Slater for the best care in Dublin and arguably across Europe.

Fantastic experience: Excellent, professional service from Pádhraic Linehan. I had very limited movement in lower back/hips and a good deal of pain, which is now resolved. A steady pace with very clear instructions on what to do between appoinments, taking account of my circumstances. Would highly recommend. Thanks Pádhraic.

Fantastic experience: My experience of DBC Belfield – the clinicians, approach to rehab, and facilities – is completely positive. Over the course of two treatments for two different injuries, the quality of care and aftercare I received from Karl was second-to-none. Through Karl’s expertise and the specialized physiotherapy gym in Belfield, I am back training injury- and pain-free having been to several physios before without any luck. In short, I can’t recommend DBC Belfield enough: expert physios, excellent facilities.

Their equipment is fantastic and treatment is affordable. The entire team worked hard to make sure my appointment times suited my schedule and I always got a reminder the day before. Negative experience: I had been experiencing lower back pain for several months and made my way to DBC for treatment. I received exercises that were aimed at relieving my pain but to no avail. I later went for an MRI and found that I had a bulging disk. This was particularly troubling because I was encouraged to continue my training which involves loading my lumbar spine.if I had continued to train under load the disk in my lumbar spine would likely have herniated.

Fantastic experience: I can`t thank enough DBC Physiotherapy at UCD specially to PhD, BSc (Physio), MISCP Karl Fullam. I came across this clinic online and I am so lucky for had found them. I had a re-injury on my right shoulder back in 2017. I was assessed within few days since I first contacted them. I had been also referred by my GP to be seen by a shoulder specialist. The appointment wasn`t going to be in at least 5 months time. Karl helped me to be seen by this doctor in a shorter time and my appointment was rescheduled already a month after. The sessions were focused on strengthening, deep tissue massage and recovering my movements back. The whole treatment was very affordable and also DBC is well equipped for all kind of sport injury treatment. For these reasons I highly recommend DBC @ University College Dublin.

Negative experience: I have gone twice once for ankle sprain once for shoulder injury, first time was good, decent rehabilitation exercises fine knowledge. Second time I went was left waiting while the physio was chatting then received some needling that was not needed and made my shoulder stiffer and more painful.
