Fantastic experience: I found Yael on Google after reading online reviews as I was looking for an osteopath who specializes with women who are pregnant. After the first session I felt a huge difference with my pain, especially in the lower back and legs and I was able to walk normally after the session. She also showed me daily exercises and ways to help deal with the muscle pain at end of my pregnancy. I can definitely recommend Yael as she listens and does her best to solve your issues.

Fantastic experience: I wouldn’t trust anyone else as much as I trust Yael when it comes to body movement and overall mobility. Over the years, she’s helped me recover from a couple of injuries and significantly improve my general flexibility by always getting to the root cause and creating a plan that keeps me feeling good. More recently, I’ve been seeing her throughout my pregnancy, and she’s been incredible. She guided me through safe exercises to maintain mobility in my (very tight!) hips, and in the third trimester she’s been especially helpful in reducing hip, glute, and sciatica pain. Appointments with Yael truly feel like the best investment you can make in your body.

Fantastic experience: I attended Yael's clinic for help with a long term niggly issue and was very happy with the experience and the outcome. From the moment I arrived Yael was very welcoming and friendly, and she really took time to listen and go through the issue and the symptoms - and not just in the opening session but also in the follow up visit to see how things had progressed. Fantastic experience: Having had about a dozen treatments with a different person and skillset - but little actual healing, I came to Yael based on a Google search. I've been having ongoing problems with a sacroiliac joint to the point of disrupted sleep over too many months. It's still grumbling but more quietly and on the mend thanks to Yael's hands-on treatments and home exercises. Others have commented how Yael treats the whole person. I'd add that that stems from the depth and width of her own availability and engagement with each client. Quality at depth... I'm in my middle 60s and determined to enjoy my retirement actively. I feel blessed to have found Yael - and my body is doing well out of it too .

She's also great at giving realistic expectations of how many sessions an issue needs and I felt really heard when describing my medical history. She's science based and patient focused, and very forgiving if like me you are chronically late. Rescheduling through her website is also a breeze. Positive experience: I went to Yael on recommendation from a friend for shoulder and back issues. Not going to lie I was sceptical, as I had no idea what osteopathy was, truth be told I thought it was a bit "woo-woo". However, I was pleasantly surprised, Yael herself comes from a science background and obviously has a passion for evidence based science and a passion for women's health. She has an extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology and was able to explain in depth to me what may be the root of my shoulder issues. She did ask extensive questions about my health background, however, I think this is important as it shows someone who takes a holistic approach to providing care. As a healthcare provider myself I appreciated this. From here she creates a personalised plan, offering both exercises or hands-on therapy or both depending on what you feel you can manage at home. I woke up the next day with no pain which was great relief! I will be back to the clinic again, thanks Yael. x

Fantastic experience: Had really bad pain and stiffness in my shoulder and neck. Made an appointment online to see Yael and she really helped. Took a detailed history and with a combination of some manipulation and dry needling I found some relief quickly. She doesn't oversell more appointments either which I really like, but I have gone back and intend to follow up with some future appointments.

What surprised me the most was the thorough background check of the injury and the in-depth initial consultation that Yael carried out. Negative experience: Not holistic approach. Cold and all about money. Not what we expected from someone in this profession. Booked last morning for next day, with confirmation arrived 27h before policy of 24h cancellation expires. Yael we booked last morning, and unexpectedly person got very sick at night, became bedridden with fever, I txted first thing in morning once it got to social hours. Asked to change appointment due to unfortunate circumstances not to cancel. Person with fever not able to receive treatment. Just got cold message go look at my 24h cancellation policy. After half day back and forth gesture of good will 25% if I want. It could have been handled much better with more human factor involved and consideration. not interested in the person but only in money grab. Never met anything like this. disappointed in cold robotic machine like interaction. I have a business and I have cancellation policy but I don't ever jump on opportunities like this when there is obvious problem and booking was done just last morning with plea to change time To add we had to cancel another appointment because of illness and it was absolutely no issue to reschedule without money grab even thou that appointment was booked few weeks back not last morning. There is always a choice between money and common sense human feeling. Would like to receive at least 50% of my money back if you so firmly holding on to the rest. I want to receive my money back.

Fantastic experience: Yael is a wonderful therapist, she listens intently to the patient and spends time to really observe your movements and assess exactly where a problem originates and how it impacts your movements. She is excellent at choosing the best exercises to address your problem area and she will tweak and adjust them to suit your limitations. She spends the time ensuring that you do the exercises correctly, so as to gain maximum benefit without causing additional injury. She also provides hands on therapy and dry needling, for which she has natural understanding and never fails to provide relief.
