Fantastic experience: I went to David for physio after several recurring hamstring strains and lower back pain. After an assessment David put together a rehab recovery plan consisting of mobility work, gym work and running sessions to get back to the pitch. I have since fully returned to sport and couldn’t recommend him enough for physio in the Waterford or Kilkenny area.

Fantastic experience: David has helped me get over minor injuries and fatigue to body parts muscles the past 2 seasons. His advice and homework given on how to both strengthen injuries and rest & recover have been effective in getting the body back to 100% as quick as possible and maintaining fitness with little disruption to training and game time. His sports massage and recovery boots are a great asset for recovery at the height of busy periods.
