Fantastic experience: I've had a few sessions with Paul and it's definitely working. I know ever condition is different but with some physios they get you to come back 2 or 3 times a week. But with Paul he gives you the exercises and gives time for them to work so only sees you every 2 or 3 weeks. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I went to Maria for the first time recently, I have a torn rotator cuff in two places, I'm 7 months in and healing very slowly, I was in some pain untill I met Maria, she was so nice and extremely knowledgeable and professional. With some work on my shoulder and some dry needling I had way more range of movement and easier to sleep at night, I'm looking forward to a few more sessions I should heal a lot quicker now, a massive thank you to Maria.

She was excellent, from talking through my issues to ensure we were targeting the precise problem area. She gave me specific exercises to do at home which I am still doing after visiting her a couple of months ago. I had about 6 sessions and am still feeling the benefits. A very positive outcome.

Fantastic experience: I attended M.W. Chartered Physiotherapy today 16th May for the first time. I was apprehensive about my visit as I have never been to a physio before now. I was so pleased that I had taken the advice of my G.P. and made the appointment, My therapist was Paul (Paul, I am very forgetful re the retention of names so I hope that I have successfully retained yours!!) Paul is a true professional and put me at my ease from the minute I walked in to the treatment room. He guided me patiently through a range of exercises and movements and i gained confidence very quickly and scurried home to get going with my "homework"!! I have already made another appointment for next Friday and I look forward to continuing with my journey towards good health under the excellent guidance of my top class tutor. Fantastic experience: I wish I could give more STARS! I've been dealing with upper back and shoulder issues for many years and I had just arrived in Ireland from New Zealand. After such a long journey, my back was really acting up and uncomfortable. Booked in to see Maria and after two sessions, the pain and discomfort in both the back and shoulders is gone. I haven't felt this good in 10 years! While the dry needling can be painful, it is well worth it. The results are fantastic.

Fantastic experience: Had my 1st session this week after spinal surgery was very nervous going in. Had a very detailed consultation and then shown and given an exercise programme to help me get moving again. It was very gentle and tailored to my needs and level. Exercises given are achievable for me and don't cause pain TG. I am starting to see light at the end of this recovery journey.
