Trinity Chiropractic & Physiotherapy Centre: Reviews
Fantastic experience: Excellent!!! I’m so happy with that place, they are the best. I’m going back with them!! ❤️
Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Trinity Chiropractic. Pamela is an excellent therapist. I would strongly recommend her to anyone.
Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic treatment with Pamela today. She did massage and cupping. Have had many massages over the years. This was excellent.
Fantastic experience: A lovely , professional gentleman greeted me at the reception of Trinity Chiropractic and Physiotherapy Centre, College Green, Dublin. Thank you Pamela for a most effective and calming massage. You asked the right questions and listened to what I needed. You knew how to cleave out the pain and you gave me advice about how to maintain my back health. A lovely, caring experience and I felt safe and relaxed throughout. I look forward to seeing you in three weeks, Gráinne
Fantastic experience: One of the best physio so far ! Thank you to the Therapist to be here in Dublin!
Fantastic experience: Abigail was amazing, I felt really good after 1 hour massage. Recommended l.
Positive experience: I had a one hour massage which was relaxing! It ended a little earlier than an hour, and they’re quite salesy right after you’re done - but those were my only qualms. I thought it was a really good value for the price!
Fantastic experience: Very relaxing and brilliant service
Fantastic experience: My experience was great!
Fantastic experience: Pamela is an excellent physio , being in your 30s and playing football creates different problems in different areas but Pamela always has a solution and makes you feel so relaxed. Highly recommened
Fantastic experience: Great professionals and a friendly place. A complete game changer for my well being!
Fantastic experience: This was an excellent experience. I had awful back pain when I first arrived and within a few sessions it was completely gone
Fantastic experience: The massage with Pamela was amazing! She is such a star!
Fantastic experience: Had a full body massage with Abigail and she was amazing as was her massage!! Yannis, the manager at reception was also a tonic and such a laugh! I booked my next massage with Abigail before I left the building and my heart was so open when I left the building. Thank you ✨️
Fantastic experience: Very helpful and polite
Fantastic experience: Would definitely recommend to anyone even if theres no visible injuries, especially if you do sport would recommend definitely a nice break to recover and come back stronger for sure
Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this clinic! I had a one-hour massage with Pamela and she was simply excellent at what she does — from asking the right questions to understand my discomfort to finding the exact points on my body that needed work. The gentleman at the front desk was also a pleasure to deal with — very friendly!
Negative experience: By far the worst 'healthcare' experience I have had! I've been very sceptical about chiropractors and went to this clinic out of desperation for ongoing health issues I've had for a couple of years. I was only disappointed. The first appointment went well as I thought the special offer price of 55 euros for a first appointment was fair and thought I'd give it a go. I felt that Richard Power gave a brief explanation about what he believed was happening to my spine but through desperation, ignored several red flags. Richard Power told me that I would need 12 sessions to start to feel better. Going by the other reviews, they must tell all new clients this. I found it very peculiar that with only a 10-minute chat about my injuries and doing a few adjustments that he felt I needed that many sessions and that they would give me a discounted price if I booked 12 sessions. I have never experienced a healthcare professional giving me a deal on a block of sessions. I ignored my better judgement and decided I would give it a go. After the second session, the receptionist was really really trying to sell me 12 sessions for a discounted price but I only agreed to paying for 6 sessions in advance. The 4th session really was the tipping point where I realised that the service at trinity Chiropractic was awful. If the session had of gone to her plan, it would have literally lasted 3 minutes. She ran her hand very briefly along my back when I was wearing a very thick cotton jumper (Which she insisted I keep on) and did 2 adjustments. That was it. She seemed almost offended that I mentioned that the session was too quick and that I asked her to explain to me her interpretation of what was going on with my spine. Asides from the short session, I realised that I wasn't feeling any different from before I initially went in and decided I did not want to go ahead with the further scheduled appointments. The manager later informed me that the remaining balance I had paid in advance would not be fully refunded, as the amount I paid was calculated based on the price per session when purchasing a block of 12 sessions. I had made it explicitly clear that I only wanted 6 sessions, not 12. In the end, the full amount was refunded to me. There are several red flags about Chiropractors that many people would not know. In Ireland, Chiropractors are NOT registered medical professionals. To be a registered medical professional in Ireland, one must be registered with CORU, the governing body for health professionals. CORU does not recognise chiropractors. Some healthcare insurance providers allow members to claim health expenses for chiropractic sessions, this is because of insurance companies are trying to provide a competitive rate of coverage that will include supplemental services, similar to physiotherapy. There is no solid evidence (meta-analysis, systematic reviews, large sized RCTs )to show that Chiropractic adjustments have long term positive impacts on spinal health. You are being lied to if you are told otherwise
Hi Conor,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations, and as requested we processed with your refund.
However, several statements in your review are factually incorrect and require clarification in the interest of accuracy and fairness.
1. Regulation of Chiropractic in Ireland
Chiropractors in Ireland are professionally regulated under the Chiropractic Association of Ireland (CAI), which governs educational standards, clinical practice, and ethical conduct.
All chiropractors at Trinity Chiropractic & Physiotherapy Centre are fully accredited CAI members and hold recognised international university-level chiropractic qualifications.
CORU does not regulate chiropractors — just as it does not regulate several other established allied-health professions in Ireland.
Therefore, your suggestion that chiropractic is “unregulated” is incorrect and misleading.
2. Treatment Recommendations & Care Plans
Care plans are determined by a patient’s case history, clinical findings, and evidence-informed recovery timelines.
Some patients respond quickly; others with longstanding issues require more structured care.
There is never any obligation to book a block of sessions.
Many patients attend pay-as-you-go and progress at their own pace.
In your case, you attended four sessions, and the remaining two were refunded, exactly as requested.
3. Patient Results & Clinical Standards
This year alone, our team has cared for over 1,450 patients, the overwhelming majority reporting improvements in pain, mobility, and overall wellbeing.
Our reputation is built on clinical professionalism, patient trust, and consistent results, not promotional claims.
The large number of public positive reviews speaks for itself.
4. Tone & Intent of Your Review
Your review contains a number of generalised statements about chiropractic as a profession that go far beyond your personal experience with our clinic.
It also includes misinformation regarding regulation and clinical evidence.
It is also notable that none of these concerns were raised with any of our practitioners during your care, and were only expressed after a refund was issued.
This raises reasonable questions about the objectivity and intention behind the review.
Constructive feedback is always welcome; however, when a review presents misinformation, exaggerations, or a narrative designed to discredit a profession, it is important that factual context is provided for the public.
We stand by the integrity, clinical standards, and professionalism of our chiropractors and multidisciplinary team, who are among the most respected in Ireland.
We sincerely wish you the best in finding care that supports your health and wellbeing.
Kind regards,
Trinity Chiropractic & Physiotherapy Centre

Fantastic experience: My massage therapist Abygail was extraordinary! She listened to my issues actively and worked her magic. I will definitely recommend her.
Fantastic experience: Pamela is the best... i feel so relaxed its like mind therapy.. 100% recommend them.. Best service
Negative experience: I’m writing this review with a heavy heart. I have had such a positive experience with Dr Laryssa, who is genuinely caring, professional, and compassionate. However, I feel deeply disappointed and saddened by how I’ve been treated by the management staff and receptionist. After my GP advised me to pause chiropractic treatment due to ongoing dizziness, I tried repeatedly to contact the clinic to request a refund for the remaining prepaid sessions. The phone rang endlessly with no answer, and when I finally reached the manager, she asked me to return in two weeks to sign for the refund. When I came back, after travelling an hour to get there, the manager wasn’t present. The male receptionist I spoke to was dismissive and rude and I felt helpless and saddened especially as this happened in front of other patients. I left feeling completely humiliated and on the verge of tears. I still have great respect for Dr Laryssa, but I sincerely hope the clinic’s management improves their communication and empathy toward patients.
Fantastic experience: Pamela was so lovely, so was the reception lady. Didn't catch her name, sorry Gracias, amor
Fantastic experience: Amazing massage session! Great service
Fantastic experience: Professional, friendly environment. Doctor Richard is very knowledgeable and always happy to explain and gives tips on how to help the treatment give longer benefits. The reception staff is always very helpful and accommodating when it comes to schedule or reschedule appointments ☺️
Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Trinity Chiropractic for nearly 3 years. They have helped me with my chronic back pain and kept me in work. I attend for both physiotherapy massage and chiropractic therapy. I find both complement each other and I leave feeling much lighter and pain free. The staff are so friendly, very professional and very approachable. I would most definitely recommend.
Fantastic experience: Really good service
Fantastic experience: Great doctor, great service. My back pain and neck pain was improved greatly, still attending the appointments to improve further. Highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: I took Chiropractic treatment for chronic back and shoulder pain. Pretty soon I realised that the chronic pain had much deeper roots. I very happy to say only with a few months of targeted treatment, my chronic pain has gone. The treatment even resolved unrelated issues that I never thought would become better through back treatment. All this without any medication, expensive surgeries or scans. I feel significantly healthier and have a much better quality of life. Thanks Trinity Chiropractic & Physiotherapy Centre!
Fantastic experience: I’ve had such a positive experience with [Trinity chiropractor & physiotherapy centre]From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. They take the time to really listen and explain what’s going on, and the treatments have made such a difference in how I feel. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely compassionate—exactly what you hope to find in a chiropractor. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality care!
Fantastic experience: 100% recommended! Improvement from the 1st session
Fantastic experience: I have been attending Trinity Chiropractic now for a number of months and it has completely changed and improved my posture and those aches and pains from working a desk job. Richard Power has not only helped me but assisted in teaching me daily exercises and stretches as a preventative measure. The reception team are so lovely, always welcoming me by name and with a smile.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been working on my spine and shoulders with Dr. Laryssa for a couple of months now, and the progress has been great. I really enjoy her approach and technique and I feel very comfortable letting her adjust me. I have also had a good few massages with Isabela and I can recommend it as well. All the staff is great at this practice and I am happy to have found them in Dublin.
Fantastic experience: I’m very happy to find this place, everybody is so kind and very helpful. My treatment is ongoing, but I couldn't be in better hands. I highly recommend the place to everyone.
Fantastic experience: Trinity Chiropractic provided a very welcoming and professional atmosphere and staff are great and treatments were excellent I've had chiropractix and massage aaand all were excellent
Fantastic experience: My experience here at Trinity Chiropractic has been really great. I'm a regular patient at the clinic. I highly recommend the service here at Trinity practice
Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this place for few years now and my back pain is gone. The staff is lovely and attentive. Always felt welcomed and taken care of. Would 100% recommend.
Fantastic experience: The team at Trinity Chiropractic have been great so far. I’m starting out my treatment and always feel that I’m in the care of highly skilled and deeply caring professionals.
Fantastic experience: I had a serious issue with my spine. A moderate severe “degeneration” of my disc (my spine was misaligned). Richard (chiropratic), did a great job to “unlock” my back and thanks of him I’m back to my life and my spine is great! Isobel (physiotherapist) is the best physio in all Dublin! She helped me a lot with all my pain along my back and arms due stress and the job I do, doing a great job within my back, arms, legs and muscles! I feel a new person! Stronger and all pain gone! Yanni(reception): he is a fantastic person! Very professional and very nice! I was feeling very welcome and being like home since on first day I come thanks of him! These guys did a great job for me and thanks them I sorted my spine, back problems! MariaM.
Fantastic experience: Richard is excellent and yani is very helpful!!
Fantastic experience: I really recommend Dr. Richard! I have lower back pain and after every session I feel better and better. Great choice!
Fantastic experience: Good experience and deal. Staff were friendly. Abigail was very good. She focused on the areas that had tension and gave me some stretches for afterwards.
Fantastic experience: I’ve always had a good experience at the clinic, all the staff are very helpful. I especially like Dr Laryssa, who has several different chiropractic techniques under her belt and really takes the care to adjust a care plan for me and give good explanations. Highly recommend !
Fantastic experience: Had a good experience on my first visit for chiropractic adjustment. (Got a Groupon voucher). Overall a good experience, and everyone was quite friendly.. looking forward to my next session.
Fantastic experience: Amazing doctor,he has really helped me and provides a lot of information
Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr. Richard from the past 6 months and the improvement is outstanding. So happy with the results, no more back pain and better posture. I highly recommend it.
Fantastic experience: Finally have someone can let my body feel released ☺️ Intense massage but feel good afterwards Highly recommend
Fantastic experience: Very happy customer. Isabella is fantastic. Physio know-how with strength and intuition
Fantastic experience: Always a calm efficient place to visit but it still manages to be warm and friendly. I've been going for years and credit then with recovery from a bad accident
Fantastic experience: Always a pleasure to drop in for an adjustment. Everyone is as kind as they are knowledgeable.
Fantastic experience: Had an amazing massage here earlier today and I was very pleased. The staff are lovely and it was an all-round brilliant experience. I highly recommend this place :)
Negative experience: The doctor was polite, but the service I received was completely misleading. I had booked a one-hour exam + treatment, yet the whole session didn’t even last 30 minutes, and then they tried to charge me separately for the treatment. What made things even worse was the receptionist — an older Italian man — who was extremely rude to me and openly disrespected my wife, refusing to let her speak when she tried to complain about the situation. His behavior was unacceptable and absolutely unprofessional. This place does not deliver what it promises, and the staff clearly lack respect for their clients. I would strongly recommend avoiding it.
Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, your first Groupon session (€29 instead of €90) was completed in full. A €24 deposit for a follow-up was later refunded when we made the decision not to continue.
Our doctor explained she could have helped you further, but due to your partner’s interruptions and rudeness during your consultation & examination, it was not appropriate to proceed.
As many of our patients have noted in their reviews, our receptionist is consistently described as friendly, polite, and accommodating. Despite the argumentative and overly directive attitude of your partner, he remained composed, processed your refund, and wished you well. While our staff always remain polite and accommodating, we are not obliged to accept rudeness or misconduct towards our team members — treatment must be delivered in a respectful and professional environment.
We stand by the professionalism of our team and wish you the best going forward.
Fantastic experience: Changed my life for the better. God bless them
Fantastic experience: Just had a comprehensive treatment with Dr Richard. All staff always have interest to the patients as their number one priority. It is always easy to make further necessary appointments.
Fantastic experience: Yes, first time for massage here but very good job Definitely meet next time
Fantastic experience: As a therapist myself it’s great to have other experienced practitioners to go to. The location is handy and the reception staff are always helpful
Fantastic experience: Quiropractor was really good, really professional, he knows what he is talking about and very helpful as well
Negative experience: Rating: ⭐️ (1 star) Disrespectful Staff, Poor Customer Care — Regret Visiting This Clinic Review: I had an extremely disappointing experience at Trinity Chiropractor & Physiotherapy Center in Dublin on August 1st. I purchased a Groupon voucher (€29 for a 1-hour massage and spinal check), which I now deeply regret. Due to unavoidable delays, I informed the clinic that I would be late for the spinal check (scheduled at 12:40, massage at 13:00). Instead of understanding or offering any flexibility, I was spoken to rudely and blamed, even though I had paid for the service. No empathy, no basic customer service. When I arrived at the clinic, no one answered the intercom at the door. I could have stood outside indefinitely had someone else not let me in. The building is old, with no functioning lift—you must climb to the 4th floor. Once I arrived, I was met with cold, dismissive behavior from the receptionist, an older woman who seemed like she didn’t care about clients at all. She was blunt, unwelcoming, and continued to speak rudely both in person and over the phone. The massage itself was decent—thanks to Pamela, the therapist, who was kind and professional. But even that moment of relief was cut short. After the massage, I sat for a brief moment to recover (as massages can make you dizzy), but I could hear the receptionist rushing Pamela to move me out immediately, treating me like a burden rather than a paying customer. When I inquired about booking for my wife and myself again, I was met with indifference. They seemed more focused on upselling services and dismissing the Groupon voucher, claiming it’s only for new clients. Fair enough—but the attitude was shockingly unprofessional. At one point, I was even told, “If everyone uses Groupon, our therapist works for free”—which is insulting to paying customers. This clinic lacks basic hospitality and client respect. I was made to feel like an inconvenience from the moment I called. This isn’t how any business should treat its customers. Avoid this place. Do NOT buy vouchers for this clinic through Groupon—it feels like a bait-and-switch scheme with zero care for service quality or client well-being.
We’re sorry your experience didn’t meet your expectations. However, it’s important to note that you arrived late, which limited what we could provide within the booked time. Our Groupon promotion is an introductory offer for new clients only, and this is clearly explained.
We’re pleased you enjoyed your massage with Pamela, who is part of our excellent team. With thousands of satisfied clients, we stand by the professionalism of our staff and the quality of our services.
Fantastic experience: Thank you Abigail. It was great experience for me . Thank you for all recommendations as well.
Negative experience:
Negative experience: Bought a one hour massage on groupon and only received half an hour worth of massage time. When I pointed it out at the end she laughed and said “oh sorry” and then spent 10 minutes showing me stretches I can do for my body. Not what I paid for. The massage was not great either. Would not recommend - receptionist is very rude too
Thank you for your feedback. Our massages are always scheduled for the full hour, but if a client arrives late the session must still finish on time so the next patient is not delayed. The stretches you were shown were part of professional after-care to support your health, not a replacement for your massage. We’re sorry you felt dissatisfied, as our goal is always to provide quality treatment and respectful service.
Fantastic experience: I had an amazing deep tissue massage for 60 minutes here, which actually improved my long lasting back, neck, and chest pain due to muscle strains from bad posture at work and stress. I left this place very relaxed. The physiotherapist also advised a few exercises to practice at home, and that also helped a lot. I would definitely be back
Negative experience: I found this clinic at a wellness fair and was a bit skeptical about attending due to reviews. As others here have mentioned it’s a small clinic hidden away in the upper levels of an old building. My 1st session was good but at my 2nd session I was told I would have to attend 12 further sessions. This was a red flag and I questioned how would they know my body would even need 12 sessions as I don’t have any actual pain and was attending more for simple realignment. I was offered a discount to pay upfront for the 12 sessions-another red flag. It’s all about money not about personal individualized care plans. What made it worse I received a call days later asking if I would like to attend there clinic so they didn’t even remember I had already visited twice before! I never went back and wasted over 100euros.
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad your first visits went well. To clarify, during a patient’s second session we always provide information about different care options. Patients are welcome to pay as they go, or if they prefer to commit in advance, we offer discounted packages to help them save money — but this is completely optional.
As a clinic, our focus is on patient care and long-term well-being, not sales. Recommendations are always based on professional assessment, and patients are free to decide what works best for them. We appreciate your input and remain committed to providing clear information and high-quality care.
Negative experience: It's a small hidden door actually on College Green . Loads of stairs to climb. There is an old fashioned lift . But I'm clostrophobic and couldn't use it. Receptionist very dour and not in the least bit helpful. Didn't get to see the Therapist, but heard she is good.
Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify that you didn’t actually have a massage with us, so your review does not reflect our service. This year alone, more than 4,800 visits have taken place in our clinic without issue. Our entrance is directly on College Green street, clearly visible, with both stairs and a lift available. In this case, it seems you were not able to make it to your appointment for personal reasons. We’d be happy to welcome you properly in the future should you wish to experience the care our therapists provide.
Fantastic experience: Went to clinic with back pain. After one session with physiotherapist Isabela I felt way better. Thank you Isabela. Friendly atmosphere and professional service. I 100% Recommend Isabela.
Negative experience: Never felt better than since I STOPPED going! I didn’t know chiropractors are basically a cult, otherwise I could have saved myself almost 2k... Tip: if you’re told by one of them that you need a 12 sessions plan (and of course if you pay it all now, you get a discount, wow, so nice of them) run away! No health practitioner can predict how your body will react (and they’ll actually use that excuse to make sure you sign up for the next 12 sessions once the first 12 are over and you realise you feel the same or worse) and certainly not after looking at you 10 minutes. Plus their “adjustments” can be quite harsh on your body, making you think “it’s working” (another argument of theirs) when really your body has been forced to some position it will not adapt to and will feel different (if not painful and tired) until it just switches back to before. They also spread a lot of misinformation (health, food, “toxins” etc.), trying to scare you… while pretending to educate you. A way to keep their hold over you I guess, I’m sure most believe in what they say and don’t do that consciously, they are actually nice, but science is not just backing them up, quite the opposite. Pseudosciences like chiros or acupuncturists are only covered by insurance companies because their lobbies are powerful and we indirectly pay for it all. Sure an appropriate massage or maybe the occasional visit to a realistic hands-on osteopath can help mobility or relieve tensions for some, but keeping active with gentle exercising is all most of us need, and that’s free!
We take genuine feedback seriously, but we cannot identify you as having attended our clinic. If you did, please provide your full name and the doctor you saw so we can verify this. Your comments read more like a general attack on the chiropractic profession rather than a reflection of our clinic. For transparency, our policy is to review each case carefully and adjust the approach if a patient is not experiencing results by the first sessions — nobody is locked into anything. With over 4,800 visits this year, the overwhelming majority of patients choose to continue with us because they feel the benefits.
Negative experience: I recently purchased a massage session through Groupon which was advertised as a 1-hour massage for new customers. However, I was only given 45 minutes, and I find this completely unacceptable. Not only was the session shortened without explanation, but the massage itself was also disappointing. The therapist did not address my arms, feet, or upper chest/abdomen area at all. The focus was solely on my back and legs, which is far from a full-body massage as advertised. Had I paid the full, non-discounted price for this experience, I would have been extremely upset. Even with the discount, I feel that I did not receive the service that was promised. I would like an explanation as to why the session was cut short, and why the massage did not cover all the expected areas. I need explanation???
Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, your Groupon voucher was €32 instead of our standard €80 rate. All Groupon sessions are booked as 60 minutes. The only reason a session would be shorter is if a client arrives late, as we must respect the next appointment time — otherwise the full time is always delivered.
Regarding the treatment itself: at the start of every session, the therapist discusses the client’s needs and focuses on the areas agreed. A massage can be tailored to the back, legs, or other areas depending on what the client requests — it is not always a full-body routine unless specified.
We value every client, including Groupon clients, and always aim to provide professional service and good care. If you wish to experience a full-body session, we would be happy to arrange this for you at your next visit.
Negative experience: I was offered a 1 hour massage session and free chiropractor assessment by the groupon deal. Chiropractor assessment took longer than the time given to me so the massage appoinment started late. I was out in half an hour. It was rushed. Wouldn't go back for massage.
Thank you for your comment. As part of your Groupon voucher (€32 instead of the standard €80), you received not only a massage session but also a complimentary chiropractic assessment — at no extra charge. This assessment can sometimes take longer depending on the individual, which may slightly affect the massage time. Our therapists always do their best to provide quality treatment within the appointment slot, and many clients appreciate the added value of receiving both services. We’re sorry you did not acknowledge this or find it suitable, but we remain committed to offering professional care and good value to all of our patients.
Negative experience: I was offered a 1 hour session by my girlfriend. It was the groupon deal. The appointment started half an hour later. She seemed very rushed and did not listen well to what I indicated. Within half an hour I was outside again. I think I definitely benefit from a chiropractor, but not this chiropractor.
Negative experience: They are very unprofessional I tried to call the clinic for hours to reschedule my appointment and they don't answer for nothing I called the other day too and no one answered I had to go there in person to ask to change the appointment but even so they said they couldn't do anything.
We’re sorry for your frustration. All Groupon vouchers clearly state that appointments must be booked by phone. We answer and return all calls and voice messages daily, and this year alone we’ve serviced over 4,800 visits — showing the care and professionalism we provide. If you couldn’t get through at one moment, it may have been while we were assisting other patients. We always do our best to accommodate rescheduling within our policy.
Fantastic experience: I had a very positive experience here with Laryssa. I had immediate benefits from her subtle and effective treatment and she made a great plan to follow up the treatment. Just a word of caution if you are buying from Groupon. They offer a terrific introduction rate of apox €24 for a 45 mins, but follow up treatments were €80 for 5-10 mins which is just such a leap that many people will struggle to afford and the plan was to go forward with a dozen sessions!
Positive experience: The deep tissue massage that I had here was fantastic.
Fantastic experience: This place have looked after me since I was a kid. Always nice to be back in for a massage / chiropractic appointment.
Negative experience: The receptionist was extremely rude and slightly racist. She was very unaccommodating in providing available slots and was extremely impolite in the whole conversation.
We’re sorry to hear you felt this way. Respect and professionalism are very important to us, and we do not tolerate rudeness or discrimination in our clinic. From our records, you completed two initial sessions, and at the end of your last visit you mentioned you would check your schedule and call us back to arrange your next appointment.
We always strive to be accommodating within our availability, and we regret if our communication gave you a different impression.
Negative experience: The reception folks are quite rude and wouldn't even bother to understand the situation. They wouldn't honour their Groupon coupon as they didn't have a slot available initially and then the coupon expired in the meantime. They seem to discriminate against Groupon buyers; it might be better if they don't sell on Groupon in the first place.
We do not discriminate against anyone. In fact, this year alone we have welcomed over 4,800 visits from patients who are extremely satisfied with our care. Our clinic ethos is simple: to help every patient improve their quality of life by reducing pain, discomfort, and stress through excellent services.
Groupon vouchers are offered as a way for new patients to try our clinic at a reduced price, but they are subject to Groupon’s terms and conditions, including validity dates and appointment availability. We always do our best to accommodate bookings within those terms.
We value all of our patients equally, whether they come through Groupon or directly, and we remain committed to delivering the highest standard of care to everyone.
Fantastic experience: I had a good time.i highly recommend with Iveth. They are really welcoming and peaceful place… thank you so much
Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Isabela in Trinity Chiropractic and Physiotherapy. Excellent work and great advice on long term care.
Negative experience: They refused for me to move my appointment when in fact I had called a day before and left a message on the call line since no one picked up the call. Basically stole my €20 which they had made me pay earlier to secure the booking!
Fantastic experience: good service, liked the examination that followed by a treatment
Fantastic experience: It's amazing not to feel my back for once! I got a Groupon voucher, I was seen by Ivette, lovely girl, I asked for a gentle massage and I am relaxed like never before. On top of that I got a few tips on healthy spine & good posture. I'll be happily back again soon
Negative experience: Don't buy Groupon vouchers with them. They just stole 14 euros from me. They moved me whenever they pleased without asking first but only sending a message because the employee had some personal issues. I moved it to today because of them, an EMERGENCY came up with less than 24 hours and I could only tell them now and I was told I can't move it anymore. Don't buy the voucher or they'll steal your money
We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. Just to clarify, the Groupon you purchased was €32 instead of our usual €80 service – a genuine half-price offer, not money taken unfairly. We always do our best to accommodate changes, and we moved your booking previously. Unfortunately, with less than 24 hours’ notice we cannot reschedule again, as this is part of our standard cancellation policy. We understand emergencies happen, but these policies are in place to keep things fair for all patients and staff.
Negative experience: 75 euro for a 45 minute (was supposed to be an hour, she chatted for 1st 5 mins and I was told to stretch for the final 10 mins!) massage, definitely not worth it.
Fantastic experience: Wonderful. Very relaxing. My best massage so far. Would highly recommend
Positive experience: Massage therapists were absolutely lovely highly recommend really thorough and nice took time to go through if there were any specific points of tension! Receptionist wasn’t forthcoming at all and seems to be reoccurring with those using their groupon. Seemed very dismissive and snappy and felt uncomfortable talking to her . Other than that full upper body massage was excellent!
Negative experience: Nov 2023. I'm sorry to have to change my rating now. My original post from last (which I rated highly) is below for reference.. Our son gifted us 2 Groupon vouchers from Australia recently. When we tried to book in, Siobhan (manager) said as we weren't new customers, we couldn't use them.. I reminded her we were "allowed" avail of their summer offer in August 2023, (emailed to us) although we weren't new customers (which I had disclosed when booking; they clearly had our details on their system). She reluctantly said she would honour the vouchers "this one time". On arrival today, the doorbell for 4 wasn't answered after several tries (as per their signage). When I telephoned, Jessica on reception said "you need to ring 2, haven't you been here before"? I explained the last 2 visits, the door had been open, someone was exiting and suggested perhaps they could update their sign, or inform customers to ring 2. She said it wasn't up to her, it was up to management, that I was being "rather rude", and I should be thankful they were letting us use our vouchers at all! I had never met her before so obviously this was all noted on our records..not exactly welcoming. I will say the therapist, Yvette, was very good. As he was leaving, Siobhan said to my husband "no more vouchers accepted". Why do the front of house staff care about Groupon vouchers..surely the marketing ploy of the business is to get new clients in for repeat visits (which they do try to push after your treatment) or via word of mouth recommendations? Perhaps the owner should make it VERY OBVIOUS to anyone gifting vouchers that they need to check the recipient has not been there previously? Nor should they email customers with offers which state "new customers only" if they are willing to take their money anyway. Nov 2022. Both my husband and I used a groupon voucher for a massage with Tais. Fantastic experience. Very thorough. Central location, warm room with relaxing music. Really helped his shoulder. Professional and helpful staff on Reception. Would definitely recommend.
Fantastic experience: First time here, loved it
Fantastic experience: From the very friendly receptionist Jessica to the very professional Dr Larrissa I would highly recommend this practice. I had a full body exam today which was also very informative and I look forward to going back for my next appointment x
Negative experience: I did not find the massage that good at all. The hands were rough and not enough massage oil. It didn't seem professional and. for the first time ever, I was bored with the massage and dying for it to end!The window was open so also noisy.
Negative experience: Receptionist extremely rude on the phone and didn't find the chiropractor I was given overly helpful in helping with my problems or with after care advice after some sessions. A pity as when I went here previously a number of years ago , the receptionist (a male) was extremely friendly and I found the chiropractor extremely helpful and worth the money. Will be looking elsewhere.
Fantastic experience: We were treated here for more than one year. The chiropractic care and the massages were always very relaxing and they managed to treat our back pains in a very effective manner. Their customer care is also excellent with a great team to take care of the patients.
Fantastic experience: I just flew in from the US and desperately needed a chiropractor. They were super nice, got me in right away and fixed my neck so I can enjoy my stay here in Dublin. Thank you so much!!
Fantastic experience: Such an amazing massage! Will definitely going back !! Yvette worked wonders on my upper back/shoulder tension, definitely the least tense they have been in months.
Negative experience: I visited them 2-3 years back and wouldn’t recommend. As mentioned in other reviews, they give you a huge treatment plan. I went for 2 sessions and the chiropractor only cracked one area while apparently I had issues all over my body. Each session cost €60 so you really don’t want to be paying that much for a 2 minute treatment. Wouldn’t recommend at all. They’re just there to make money
Thank you for your review. The first two sessions focus on consultation, examinations, and gentle adjustments so the doctor can see how you respond and apply the safest, most effective care step by step.
We do not give “huge treatment plans” — every recommendation is tailor-made for each patient. Our goal is not to “just make money,” but to provide safe, professional care that improves quality of life.
Wishing you the best in your health and well-being.
Fantastic experience: Best massage I've ever had!
Fantastic experience: Been having terrible back ache, shoulder pain and recently headache. Not relieved by physio and meds. Mended after! Thanks to Dr Ben with great sense of humour and makes you feel at ease!
Fantastic experience: I got a massage from Yvette, she was wonderful. Really helped a problematic shoulder. After one massage it's so much better. Great massage. Room a little cold though! Definitely going to go back
Fantastic experience: Absolutely delighted with my treatment from Iveth. She was very professional and asked me questions before my massage and made sure to focus on the issues that were addressed. Highly recommend!
Fantastic experience: Lovely staff and amazing massage!
