Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Paul at Tullamore Physiotherapy Clinic now for 3+ years for various sporting relating injuries. Paul is hugely professional in his approach to diagnosis and treatment. Paul is a keen triathlete which means he can really relate to my specific cases which are always linked to cycling or running. The range of exercises Paul provides for in between sessions are always achievable and the PhsiApp that he uses makes these really easy to follow and track progress.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with the level of treatment and follow-up care offered to me by both Anne and Paul on different occasions. They have actively listened to, and in turn, responded to any concerns I have had, in an empathetic manner, and have provided a realistic and achievable rehabilitation programme, when required. Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Paul reape and all I can say is ,he was so professional and friendly and made me feel so comfortable, and the service was excellent and gave me a programme to follow within a week I was fully recovered, considering I am a very active person between running a busy gym ,and my own training, I was very surprised how quick I recovered after only 1 session. Fantastic experience: I found Paul to be very knowledgeable and practical with simple to use exercises to aid your recovery.

Fantastic experience: Paul is an excellent physio. He takes a considered approach to your injury and gets you back by advising how to fix the underlying issue rather than masking it with massage, stretching and foam rolling. I was forever irritating my injury by trying to get back too soon. Paul's advice on how to manage your return to sport was perfect although at the time it might feel like you're taking too long. All I can say is trust the process! It helps that he's injury prone himself so understands where you're coming from

Fantastic experience: Had a problem with my acl from an old injury and I thought I would have to get an operation on it but I went to Paul from tullamore physiotherapy clinic and he put me right after only a few sessions with him and while following online exercises. Didn't need operation after and that's two year ago now. I would highly recommend tullamore physiotherapy clinic.

Negative experience: Very short visit only about 20 minutes cost the same as other places that do 1 hour treatments. Did not really sort out the problem areas. Had to go elsewhere to get full hour treatment that works on more than one area per session.

I got good relief with the treatments and when Paul wasn't happy with my progress he referred me for MRI and to see Consultant. He was correct in his fears as I had damage done. Fantastic experience: Very professional service with nothing left to chance. Paul is very thorough in his examinations/tests and prescribed a live recovery/exercise programme to meet the demands of your injury/difficulty. This is reviewed and updated on subsequent visits. Your exercise programme with audio-visual demonstrations are sent via email and are an added bonus to aid recovery. As a former high-level sportsman, I’ve worked with numerous physios over the years,- Paul is by far the best I’ve worked with. He doesn’t carry a magic wand, but he’ll identify your difficulty, prescribe a recovery programme and monitor/update same over a period of time until you’re back to yourself once again.

Fantastic experience: Excellent practice. Friendly and professional. I attended with a repetitive strain injury that had largely been ignored over 3 yrs bar some OTC pain meds. Thought I had done irreparable damage but after a few sessions with Paul I am already pain-free! The combination of deep tissue massage, daily exercises, acupuncture and good conversation made for a successful recovery in my case. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I'd to see Paul this week as I somehow had injured my neck over the weekend & was having horrendous spasms,going up my neck into my head. I got a last minutes appointment He was amazing & while I'm still sore,which is to be expected,the spasms have stopped. He was brilliant & I'll definitely go to him again

Fantastic experience: Brilliant physio treatment from Paul. I have been to a few physio's previously however what Paul did for my injured calf was amazing. My calf had been some 30mm larger than the other for some time, however after my treatment it is now of a similar size. Brilliant guy and I definitely would highly recommend him. If and when I get another sports injury, I will be asking Paul for his help again. 5 out of 5 for treatment, banter and fees. Kind regards Brian
