Fantastic experience: Top notch physio. My job at a desk and a sedentary lifestyle has lead to shoulder and back problems, amongst other issues. The work done by the Colin and Cathal and my post-treatment exercises have helped my shoulder and back issues, and I was given a comprehensive program, which even now, if I get any niggles or issues I can simply work on those and my issues go away. I can't quit my job, but I can get work done and advice from people I trust. I highly recommend Physio Central.

Fantastic experience: This is not our first time attending Physio Central. The team are exceptional. My son had stopped going to Jiu-Jitsu as his knees were so painful that climbing the stairs caused loud groaning ( a 17 year old ). Turns out his weight distribution and loading on his feet were causing the issue. We are now on a progressive programme and I already see improvements. He's back at Jiu-Jitsu after only two sessions. He is so grateful as am I. I highly recommend them, as I have said exceptional. He was given simple and easy instructions to follow at home along with demonstrational videos personally tailored to help progress and support recovery. We would consider this expensive but the turnaround in my son meant that he was not taking pain-relief medication with no end of that in sight. Grateful for their expertise. Fantastic experience: I went there with a back ache and the physio made a lot of difference on the first day itself. I was called back a second time after which she told me that I didn’t need physio anymore. I was surprised because here I was ready to spend money but she felt I could recover on my own. I appreciate it now looking back because the exercises she put me through and told me to practice helped my backache and I’ve been pain free since. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Colin Brennan has been my physio for the last few months as I had a hip replacement. Colin has been very professional and patient with my care. One of the most important things he does is takes his time and doesn’t push me beyond my ability which to me is very important.

Fantastic experience: I had hip surgery this year & attended Colin Brennan in Physio Central. I must say it is definitely the best thing I have ever done. Colin done exercises with me 3 weeks after my surgery. I would like to thank him for his patience because I am now back as good as ever. I got full flexibility back in my hip. Giving good advice and exercises posted into the Salaso make it easy to follow. Also had a massage which was very beneficial to problems I had with cramping in my leg. . Fantastic experience: I'm out of pain thanks to cathal, can walk comfortably, he rehabilitated my injury and I'm walking now pain free Sometimes I do stiffen up and go back for a bit of maintenance, but there's never any pressure to keep going back, only if I need to. These guys want to get you better and definately achieve great results I know I'm always in good hands and they know what to treat everytime, i would highly recommend to anyone

Fantastic experience: I attended the clinic to see Cathal. I had bad bulging back discs and my sessions with him were brilliant. With back massaging and exercises I was amazed with my transformation. I seen that they also do office furniture which interested me as an office worker. They showed me their sit/stand desk which my employer has since gotten for me which has revolutionised my working day. They really are a great practice and so good there. I would recommend them highly. Exceptional customer service and care afforded to everyone. :)

Positive experience: I found this facility good. I was there twice, in connection with a leg injury. Both receptionist and phsyio were efficient and courteous. The physio definitely helped with my condition. The price was pretty good.

Cathal and aisling are amazing at what they do, they’re trained with the knowledge to help and give their opinion with any issues Iv had, and have always helped me recover with any problem Iv gone in with, some sessions are tough but well worth it and help with my recovery greatly! And great after advice with emails on what they’d recommend and video demonstrations.

Fantastic experience: I damaged my back awhile back to the point I could bearly walk! Could not get an appointment with any chiropractor and when we rang this clinic we got an appointment straight away, to be carried into the clinic in so much pain, I was able to walk out on My own with no help. Fantastic experience: I have attended physio with Colin on numerous occasions for various rugby and other sporting related injuries. Always sorted me quite quickly and gave online exercise plans to insure injury was solved and that I remained injury free. I also found that he doesn't call you back needlessly. If he feels it requires scan he won't wait around and also find that if he feels the exercise plan will do the trick then he won't call you back for additional session you can just contact him again if you feel it hasn't resolved itself with the exercises.

Cathal was really helpful and showed me numerous methods to help strengthen my ankle to help me get back playing. We were really concerned but after our session here, he was so gentle to him and really alleviated any worries I had. I had been to 2 other professionals but nothing was like our session. In addition to being extremely competent, thorough and professional, Cathal is very personable and a delight to visit. I really appreciate that he works to get me an improvement to my discomfort before I leave the session, as well as a path to complete resolution of the issue.
