Fantastic experience: I just love this physio-led Pilates class! During each session our physio/teacher Niamh leads us through a very well planned sequence of exercises always pitched exactly right for our abilities. Niamh is extremely attentive to each person's range of mobility so we are all confident in following her detailed instructions. Every class is varied and builds on increasing strengths and techniques. This is a very well run Pilates studio and I highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: Had problems with upper and lower back causing stiffness. Was in a lot of pain with trapped nerves. Back training within 2 weeks, and back in full training after 4 weeks after regaining a lot more mobility in my back. All the stiffness, legs pains, shoulder pains are gone.

Fantastic experience: Went in with a shoulder issue and had a great experience with Cormac in the Douglas Nemo clinic. He took the time to properly assess it and explained what was needed. He initially tried dry needling to reduce recovery time and sessions needed which I really appreciated, but was able to switch to traditional methods when that wasn't effective enough. Shoulder felt noticeably better after each session and the exercises were easy to stick with. Sound and very knowledgeable - would definitely recommend.

Cormac Bonar was excellent in treating a lower back problem, as well as preparing me for knee replacement surgery and the post-op rehab. Fantastic experience: I saw Cormac at Joyce Wolfe Physio in Cobh after surgery for an Achilles rupture, and I'm grateful for the support I got throughout my recovery. Early on, he picked up on the fact that I'm someone who likes to know what's coming up next, so he encouraged me to get the rehab protocol from my surgeon and we worked through it step by step, week by week. He was always great at answering any questions I had — really responsive and clear - and he had a great sense of when to push me and when to hold me back (which I definitely needed at times, since I was keen to get back to full strength as quickly as possible). There were moments where progress felt slow — especially with things like single leg calf raises - but Cormac reassured me it will happen and helped me stay patient and stay the course. With his guidance, everything came together really well in the end. I'd absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a physio who listens, tailors things to suit you, and knows exactly how to guide you through the ups and downs of recovery. Thanks again for your help last year!

Fantastic experience: Having injured my back over 40 years ago playing Rugby, I have endured years of on/off pain, muscle spasms, hospital admission on 2 occasions due to immobility. Since Jan 2023 I have been treated by Cormac Bonar. The initial treatment was "agony" but the term "no pain no gain" proved to be very true.
