Fantastic experience: My second visit to Central Health Clinic was just as positive as the first. The chiropractor relieved my nerve pain almost instantly. I’ve recommended the clinic to friends, and many people I know travel quite far to come here. Eventhough their car park was very busy, I only waited 20 minutes. The consultation was very quick, efficient, and the issue was identified straight away. Will continue to recommend. Definitely worth the try!

Fantastic experience: We have a different baby after only three visits to Rory. Reception staff are so welcoming and helpful. The only service we have brought her to that doesn't overcharge. Thank you so much Rory for making our little girl so content.

Negative experience: Told me I had definitely a problem with my neck and would cure me in 3 visits . Between visits got an mri done and had a full tear in my rotar cuff. Very serious mistake . Be careful with this man

Negative experience: Zero treatment. Chiropractor didn’t even listen to me for the purpose of my visit. It was him doing all talkings. He just said general things which is go figure. Offered me some program to come dozens of times. So he didn’t do the treatment. Paid for nothing. This is the worst chiropractor experience I have ever had. I’d give 10 out of 10 for the front desk for their excellent job.

Negative experience: I find this complicated to write. I brought my daughter Mollie to see Dr. Rory Murphy, to whom I'd award 5 stars. He really took care of her and, consequently, of me when he noticed I was also in need of some work. Then came some shake up, whereby one could be booked to see another chiropractor employed in the clinic, which was fine. Dr. Rory was overwhelmed due to high demand (first red flag of bad management). However, you didn't know who you were booked into see. So my first visit was with Rory, then my next visit was with Chase, then back to Rory and then Chase.... Absolute mayhem. There was no internal communication amongst the chiropractors. So you were going for your 15 minute slot and trying to reiterate what the professional had explained to you in layman's terms to another professional. I said this to reception and asked could I please choose who I see, without any success. It was simply, no, this is our new model. As a result, I wasted a serious amount of money going here. I'm not even sure my daughter has been fully corrected, I know I still have unresolved issues, so it is a major let down by the clinic. I'd say I spent the guts of well over €500 here. If it were managed better, I'd say go and choose the chiropractor that you wish to see, that you feel listens to you and that you gel with. You're paying with your money; the practice should not get to decide who sees you in a private sector agreement. But currently, the way its being run, avoid at all costs as this is not a way to improve one's health, rather confuse you and lose faith.

Fantastic experience: Rory is absolutely amazing and gifted man

Negative experience: If I could give 0 star i would. Appointment booked for half 6. I got there on time and waited for 25 minutes or so in the waiting room which was empty and some people were leaving while i was sitting there. I was then sent down to a room to wait and fill a form out, I waited for over a half hour while I could hear other people coming and getting seen in the rooms around me, nobody was in the waiting room while i was waiting the whole time. You would be seen quicker going to the hospital without an appointment. The receptionist who was nice said sorry before I even said anything like she was used to this type of thing happening. Why take appointments that can't be filled.

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank Rory enough for helping my little boy Evan. I had an extremely unsettled baby for weeks. After our first visit to Rory we had a completely different baby on our hands. Content & happy. Such a fabulously run clinic. No waiting around for an hour. You are on & out in no time. Amazing. Cannot recommend enough. Wish I went sooner. Thank you.

Negative experience: Honestly the only reason I gave it 2stars is because the front desk staff are so friendly and will make an effort to get you an app asap. I’ve been to the clinic 4or 5 times and I haven’t experienced any relief. Although Rory is friendly I felt like he didn’t listen to my needs at all. Also the waiting times in the clinic are ridiculous I had an app for 18.50 and wasn’t seen till 20.10 which is unacceptable to be left that long.

Negative experience: Absolute charlatans, claims to know what’s wrong with you by just a glance and then “treats” you for something completely unrelated for 5 mins and wants to bring you back for more. Avoid at all costs

Negative experience: Claims to be able to fix you in 2-3 sessions. My experience- Absolute zero pain relief, time and money down the drain. Complete and utter waste of time. If something seems to good to be true it usually is.

Negative experience: I have been there today to check with Rauri Murphy. Here is my honest opinion. He seems really nice but took 10 MINUTES not even for 60EURO. Didnt even listen to what I have to say just came in looked at me didnt ask about the pain or anything and started on fixing a different problem with my body I didnt even talk about instead of listening and taking care of what I came there with. Told me to come back next week. Im disappointed and I am geniuenly mad. To come to Mullingar I had to take a bus from Athlone then a cab because he is 3 km outside of centre I paid 16 for tickets and 16 for cab 32+60 for Visit. Wasted money and Im a student who had to save up for this.

Fantastic experience: I brought my baby Zak here after a friend recommended Dr Rory after he helped her baby. Zak was constantly unsettled and uncomfortable and would just cry all day nothing we done would help him unless he was brought out in the car or buggy. I had my first appointment with Dr Rory and other 3 appointments with Dr Ruon and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough! Zak is now like a new baby after 4 sessions to fix an alignment issue he had since birth that I would have been non the wiser of if I hadn’t have brought him here. Sessions are very quick and it’s easy to get an appointment and both Rory and Ruon are a pleasure to deal with they give you all the information you need and also exercises to carry on with at home. They’re great with the babies my last visit all Zak done during the treatment was smile at Ruon. They’re amazing at what they do and I’ll be forever grateful to them for giving me my happy, smiley baby back

Negative experience: Very disappointed

Fantastic experience: We thought our baby was ‘colicky’ because that’s what the GP said. Turned out she was in severe pain for the first few weeks and we didn’t even know till we took her to Rory. She’s now a different baby, very placid, full of smiles and rarely cries.

Fantastic experience: Rory is absolutely fantastic with a lovely manor. He fixed my girl Sadie's torticollis in just 3 visits! He is blessed with great hands and knows exactly what he's at! Can't recommend him enough.

Fantastic experience: If I could give more stars I would, dr Rory and dr Ruan are honestly god sents. My baby was constantly crying I brought him to doctors again and again and even brought him into hospital and was told he was crying for no reason but I knew he wasn’t I knew he was in pain, After 1 session with dr Rory my baby was like a new baby no more crying just laughing and smiling all day long I could actually put him down and no have to constantly comfort him. He ended up having alignment issues from the birth and dr Rory fixed him within 5 minutes. I tell everyone about this place and recommend it to everyone. I didn’t even have to wait long both times I went was in and out quicker than any doctors appointment I’ve ever had. I was supposed to have a 3rd appointment but cancelled because there was no need. Honestly amazing service 10/10

Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend Rory enough. He really helped our very unsettled and colicy 6 week old baby. After three 5 minute sessions over the course of two weeks he was a much more relaxed and happy baby!

Fantastic experience: Brought my 7week old son recently as advised by my lactation consultant for GERD. He had 3 sessions for 6mm misalignment and we are seeing him improve more and more each day. He was having green nappies, bad colic and reflux and was in constant pain and uncomfortable. I've followed the exercises given after treatment and he is a much happier baby, with his symptoms either gone or definitely alot less then before. I was skeptical at first that we could be helped but definitely would recommend the clinic. Dr Ruon Murphy was lovely to deal with each time and my son slept through each visit. He did get a little fussy as warned before treatment began but nothing major.

Negative experience: There once was a chiropractor from South Africa's land, Whose methods were shifty, oh so grand. He'd claim to know your pain with just a glance, And rush you through, with a smooth prance. He'd bamboozle you with his wisdom so bright, And make you believe, everything will be alright. But all the while, he'd have one goal in mind, To bleed you dry, and leave you far behind. He'd say "Come back in a week, for just a touch-up, And I'll fix you right, with no need to holler or hiccup." But when you returned, you'd be hit with a fee, And your wallet would be emptied, oh so easy to see. So watch out for this chiropractor from down South, And protect your wallets, with a strong mouth. For if you fall for his sly and tricky ways, You'll be in pain and broke, for many long days!

Fantastic experience: Suffering from back pain for a long time and had used several physiotherapists which sorted the pain temporarily but after my last visit with the physio started suffering badly with pains travelling down my leg. This clinic was recommended to me and I was lucky enough to get an appointment that evening, he was able to tell I had suffered whiplash in the past and was able to help me. I struggled to walk into the clinic but walked out a different man in such a short time, best money I’ve ever spent to get such great pain relief. Very professional and very nice man , very nice receptionists good customer service . Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend to anyone suffering with back/nerve pain to visit this clinic. I was in meltdown mode from pain in upper back, right down to fingertips and Ruon did a great job identifying the issue and helping me on the road to recovery. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Ruon Murphy has an uncanny ability to identify mis-alignments on sight, and correct them in short order. There’s usually a bit of a wait because the practice is so busy. IMO, though, it’s worth it. I’ve had mild back problems for most of my life and this clinic is the best I’ve ever been to.

Fantastic experience: I brought my 8 week old daughter to see Rory after he was recommended by many people as she was constipated and had been suffering with constipation since she was 2 weeks old. I was told by GPs and doctors at A&E that "its normal" I knew it wasn't. Rory assessed her and told me straight away she had something called "kiss syndrome" and after reading the information leaflet given to me it was exactly what was wrong. Rory explained everything to me in simple terms that I could understand. He told me she would need 3 sessions to sort it out and that's exactly what happened. I couldn't believe it. My baby girl could finally go to the toilet and not feeling so uncomfortable and irritable. I would highly recommend. As for waiting times I think its brilliant they system they have set up they have different consulting rooms which Rory moves around to help minimise waiting times. I think this is great he sees as many patients as possible so your not waiting weeks for an appointment. I've sat in doctors surgery's for longer that I sat in that carpark waiting to be called and paid a lot more to not get any answers so no complaints from me

Fantastic experience: Brought my 3 year old to Rory on a recommendation from a friend. Yes there is a delay in being seen, the assessment is pretty quick which some people seem to find fault with but it gives me an indication of his knowledge and experience. Rory picked up on a separate issue with my little one that we were aware of but didn't realise he could treat and which he wasn't given any background of pre assessment. Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Biggest waste of time drove an hour and a half from Dublin to be told there was another hours wait we went in and he treated my 17 year old daughter and told “her if she moved her face her back pain would disappear in 3 sessions” costing €60 for 7 minutes of bull do not recommend one bit.

Fantastic experience: Brought my baby to Rory when she was 8 weeks , he knew within 10 seconds of holding her what was wrong with her , we had 3 visits altogether and even after her first visit she was like a different baby . She is a perfect calm happy baby now after her 3 visits . He is amazing at what he does defo worth the travel . Couldn’t recommend him enough.

Negative experience: Rory is brilliant & the relief you get is brilliant. But that's only after your pain has been made 10 times as bad from being left to sit it your car for over an hour! When I mentioned to the receptionist that it's not the best idea to leave people already in pain & with back problems sitting in cars for a 1-2 hour period waiting for a 10 minute appointment, that is it ridiculous that they schedule everyone at the one time. I was told that that is how their system books! System set up to get as many people in as possible & leave them waiting as long as possible! If I wasn't in such pain I would leave, my pain is worse than it was from spending the last hour sitting in my car waiting to be called for my appointment in a car park full of other patients doing the exact same thing

Negative experience: The man is a snake oil salesman with a God complex. Your consultation will be no more than 5 to 6 minutes. The guy operates on volume purely, he will enter the room and give you a well rehearsed speil with lots of mediacal terminology that you will not understand. He'll also tell you that you won't understand whats he's telling you! He surely knows this script off by heart. On to the bed you go and 1 or 2 clicks later and you're on your way. Temporary relief the mode of operation and there is no attempt to diagnose the cause of any pain you may have. You could arrive back a week later and he'll tell you that you look much better. This is without any sort of consultation or review. Anyone looking for a quick short term fix without having to apply any self sacrifice in the way of exercise or movement. This will be the place for you.

Fantastic experience: Amazing man and should be known as the Baby Whisperer .. 2 visits brought our 4 weeks old from *uncontrollable crying *distress/pain after feeding *not sleeping *a baby who hated lying on his back *struggling to wear a hat to a happy, content baby. A GP diagnosed Colic and that he was a Hungry Baby so recommended hungry baby formula which made all of the above worse. 1st visit to Rory and he diagnosed a neck injury from birth. One small painless adjustment and our baby was a different child. On the 2nd visit he said no need to come back. We now have a baby who sleeps and feeds well and is alot happier and content. Cant recommend this man enough

Negative experience: They need to do something with the scheduling as it is beyond a joke. Booked an appointment before and was waiting hours before I was seen, after that The last time I visited I was waiting in the car park for over an hour and a half after driving an hour to mullingar so I canceled my appointment and drove home again because the car park was full and was told there was still a load of people in front of my appointment.

Negative experience: I had a visit to Dr. Rory Murphy, brutally I was surprised at how the massage was done, it took 2 minutes whether it was a check-up or it was a massage (turning the neck or kracking) and that's all. If I shouldn't have anyone to compare as the other Chiropractic Doctor works then I would say maybe it should be OK.Never would comeback and never would recomend. Its Money pumpers. Didn't even give any receipt.

Negative experience: Excellent service and good value for money, but the scheduling and time keeping is ridiculous. U can be waiting 1-2hrs for your appointment, even though you have a slot booked. Was 2 minutes late one time and was told if I wasn't there in 5 mins d slot would be gone. Pot / kettle black . Seriously need to cop on with the timing. Its not an A&E.

Negative experience: Waited 1,5h with no luck while other clients were seen. Left disappointed. Some kind of picking cherries bad appointments!

Negative experience: I was there yesterday. Appointment for 4.30 they let me in 5.30 that man I don't know his name,it wasn't dr. Rory Murphy which was very good On my first visit there,(He knows what he does) but this man spent with me max 5min and charged me 35€ and he told me to make another appointment for the next day. This is a Joke.

Negative experience: Needs to change the appointment scheduling. Waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes after appointment and was ask to wait for 30 minutes more.

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend, my little boy had very bad silent reflux and colic. He hardly slept, very uncomfortable and crying alot. Rory Murphy diagnosed KISS syndrome and when I looked this up it was like it was written for my little boy! After the first 2 sessions it was like I had my baby he was content and happy, completely different. Overall we had 4 sessions.

Fantastic experience: I don’t do reviews too often, but credit where credit is due! I wish I’d heard of Rory Murphy earlier! Our baby suffered reflux from 3 weeks old. We heard about Rory when our baby was almost 6 months old. Basically our baby would puke up every feed. It would look like he’d vomited up the whole bottle. He was prescribed Zantac, and this seemed to improve it... it didn’t really! We gave him baby gaviscon- this would just cause him to become constipated. Our doctor just said he was “a happy spewer”. As he was thriving and putting up weight and seemed content even though he was puking up all day! We would go through multiple changes of clothes - ourselves included from the constant vomiting. And he was constantly constipated. We took a trip to see Rory, after our first session I definitely saw a change. Rory told us it would take a possible 2 more visits. On our second visit, Rory said that was it- he was good to go.... and viola he really was! He hasn’t gotten sick once since! I’m in shock! And his bowel movements are more regular! I’d highly recommend Rory to anyone! Just wish we’d met him sooner! Thank you

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Rory's since 1994, he is the most gifted practitioner I have ever met. I compete with horses and have had numerous injuries over the years and he has always fixed me instantly and also has worked wonders on both of my children as babies.

Fantastic experience: Not enough 5 star reviews here and its shocking, this guy Rory cured our baby in 3 visits at €35 per session. We would have paid thousands if we had it to find a cure. Constant screaming especially after feeds, tried EVERYTHING they tell you, worth the trip from Dublin. After the 1st session we had a holiday booked that we were not looking forward to, but he was cured for a full 10 days and we had the holiday of al lifetime!! 2 sessions later and it was cleared for good. This man is a saint and doesn't get due credit, extremely modest and genuine. Patrick

Fantastic experience: Rory is the absolute best. We travel halfway across the country to see him. He never asks you to come back anymore than is necessary. Rory is professional abd quick when dealing with you. Prices are extremely reasonable. Not sure what the deal with the waiting times is. I made an appointment for first thing a month in advance but was still waiting 45 minutes. Probably the only downside to this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Always perfect service. People are complaining about scheduling and waiting time, but probably they don't know the service quality. It's like everywhere, when you're looking for a top class service whatever is a tattoo artist, car mechanic or a doctor. I could wait half a day for Dr Murphy. Thank you!

Negative experience: Not happy. Appointment scheduled on 4pm well in advance. After 50 minutes of waiting in overcrowded waiting room I was told that I need to wait another 15-20 minutes. Walked out the doors in next five seconds, fortunately not emergency case so I could afford this. this place was recommended for good doctors. however reception desk need to improve scheduling.

Positive experience: Staff friendly and gave good explanations, brought my new born baby for issues with colic
