Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Xavier Arnold. I had been struggling with sciatica, lower back pain and nerve pain which radiated down my leg. I had to stop walking/swimming and had many a sleepless night with constant pain. Painkillers didn't work, physio didn't work and my mri showed nothing. I had 1 session with Xavier and I was a new woman. The relief was instant and within a few weeks I was back walking the roads again, I was able to sleep without constant nerve pain. Xavier is a gentleman to deal with, professional, friendly and extremely good at his job.

Fantastic experience: I had issues around my left knee which had been diagnosed as a meniscus tear by one or two physios and that an operation would be required, but Xavier quickly realised this was a problem with the tendons around the knee caused by tight hamstrings due to increased mileage from running. It took a few treatments over a couple of months but the problem was eradicated. Any other ongoing tightness are sorted swiftly by Xavier to prevent more sinister issues from presenting down the line. Highly recommended. Many thanks. Aidan

Fantastic experience: I have suffered from rheumatoid arthritis for over 10 years and over the last few years my ankle has become very inflamed which made walking very painful and slow. I attended doctors, physiotherapists and rheumatologists and even had shock wave therapy to be told "You may just have to live with it" I attended Xavier a couple of times and was able to walk 110 kms over six days. I have attended Xavier a few times since and now walk over 5 kms at least 5 times a week. Xavier is a true professional, dealing with the whole body in a very holistic and non-invasive manner. Fantastic experience: Very positive experience with Xavier. Having struggled with a hip problem for a number of weeks I attended Xavier for a treatment and the outcome is amazing. No more pain in my hip and it really feels back to normal. I found Xavier to be engaging and really interested in working through my injury. I found his approach very holistic and was highly impressed with the his range of skills. It was my first time to be treated by an Oeteopath and it something I was really impressed by. Fantastic experience: Xavier is the best around! I have recently been diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis in my S.I. Joints. I went for a CT guided injection directly into both S.I. Joints to help reduce the swelling but it didn't work for me. I took painkillers and anti inflammatories every day to help with the pain and had weekly physiotherapy but nothing helped me. The pain got so bad that my GP put me out of work for 2 weeks to rest. During this time I found out about Xavier. After my first session I was out of pain and felt the best I had felt in months. I would highly recommend Xavier to everyone!

Fantastic experience: Xavier is excellent at his job. I was in a car accident over 6 years ago and fractured my spine in two places and had other multiple fractures. I have been to several physiotherapists and chiropractors throughout the years with very little success. Hes the first person that has helped me with my many injuries and now has me on the right road! Xavier is a gentleman and I would highly recommend him.
