Fantastic experience: I was experiencing severe and unprecedented lumbar pain which required drastic action. Having seen chiropractors in previous years in the USA, I figured that this was the way to go, so I gave Dr. Kelly a call. He did an analysis and let me know right off the bat that it would take several visits to clear up the problem. I resisted my natural impatience and followed Dr. Kelly’s program. Six weeks later I’m now about 95% pain-free and have regained my freedom of movement. I’ll continue to see Dr. Kelly at regular intervals for maintenance. Fantastic experience: I attended Premier due to a lot of heavy lifting at work and a past accident, leaving me with aches, pains which got in the way of mobility, sleep and exercise. Fantastic experience: I would summarise this practice as very efficient, informative and friendly. There is no long waiting time to be seen which is great. My alignment issue and treatment plan for it was laid out clearly from the beginning. During the course of the treatment there are checkpoints to see how you’re progressing both physically and mentally since starting. In my case I have seen a vast improvement in both as my lower back pain was reducing my quality of life. My treatment plan so far has been a mixture alignment correction during my appointments and exercises to build up the support around the back to keep it in the correct position. There has been a noticeable change week on week as the mobility of my back improves, after 2 months I am primarily focused on maintaining this through exercises and walking. Lastly, they are a very friendly bunch from Karin and Marie at the front desk to Dr Stuart Kelly, which can’t always be said for a business.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Premier Chiropractic I required treatment for sacrolitis which I had suffered with for years after having 3 children. It interrupted my sleep and exercise routines and I found it very difficult to sit still for longer than 30-45 minutes. Fantastic experience: I have been attending Nicola for the past 2 months and benefits to be general well being and physical health are huge . After my 12 week plan my pain has eased so much and I'm now able to sit and stand with no pain. Fantastic experience: I walked into Stuart's office 6 months ago in severe pain. Because of this pain I was also experiencing severe anxiety. I had seen two GP s who had no answers and didn't know how to treat me. Stuart was the first person to listen to me , understand the pain I was in and treat me. He could tell me why I had this pain and this wasn't something that couldn't be fixed. He worked on me and throughout explained each step of the process. Fantastic experience: We first brought our daughter to Nicola in Premier Chiropractic when she was 20 weeks old. At the time she had right sided Torticollis and because of that a prominent curve in her spine. We were attending regular physio and doing all the recommended exercises. Her neck was almost completely restricted to one side. The pain was constant, and the exercises hard to bare. I read online from a forum that chiropractic treatment can help and to be honest I was sceptical. I thought of the clicks and the pops but at that point I would have tried anything. I've never been so thankful that I found them. After our first consult the results were truly amazing! Nicola is fantastic. The sessions are short and gentle and my daughter loves them. She has just turned one year and has completely no signs of Torticollis or any curve. I can't recommend them enough. They've helped my daughter and I more than I ever thought and I'm so grateful for their care.

Negative experience: Having back pain I decided to get an appointment in Premier Chiropractic. On the first appointment, which cost 70 euros you get no treatment, just a chat. When I came back I was given a extra short 5 minutes treatment, a 25 treatments' plan and of course the usual financial plan including a discount if I paid everything upfront. This is what a call a scam... After 3 sessions and not feeling any better I went to see an osteopath who treated me for 1 full hour and charged 75 euros. When I asked him when I should come back he said he did not need to see me again unless I needed it. This has been 7 months and the pain has not come back !

I can't speak highly enough of the care and attention that is given by both Dr Stuart and all his attentive and staff. Fantastic experience: I always swore I’d never go to a Chiropractor. If I had a problem I’d go to a “proper doctor”. How wrong I was! I was in the Marshes Shopping Centre Dundalk, before heading to Dublin on the Matthews Coach. I was a bit early and decided to browse around the shops. In the foyer I noticed a promotional table flanked with an image of a skeleton and I strolled over to have a look. One of the ladies who were manning the table came over to chat to me and throw some light on what she was promoting. Truth be known I wasn’t really that interested, but did admit to having some neck pain from time to time. I made light of it because I didn’t want to get “sucked in” At the end of our chat I was curious and decided to take her up on the special offer of a first consultation for €20, after all you couldn’t go very wrong at €20. At the first appointment I was asked to fill in a very user friendly questionnaire about myself. I had a spinal x-ray and a very thorough assessment. The Chiropractor whose name is Nicola took all this information away with her and I went back the next week for the feedback. Nicola gave the feedback in plain English and without the promise of miracles; she just said she felt she could help me. I decided to have a course of treatment having first made it quite clear that I didn’t want any pulling or chucking or sudden movements. My truth is that I had bad pain in my neck for some years and for the last couple of those years I couldn’t turn my head without turning my body. From time to time the pain from my neck travelled up the side of my head and I suffered with bad headaches. In the course of my visits to the practice I met the two lovely receptionists Maura and Mary who are so friendly and professional and I felt at ease from day one. After twelve adjustments none of which were painful and all of which were gentle and effective I can now turn my head easily from side to side without fear of any pain either in my head or neck. I am now starting a maintenance programme because I owe it to myself. I was definitely meant to meet Nicola that day in the Marshes. If you are sceptical of chiropractors like I was, I suggest you take that quantum leap, have the first consultation and if my experience is anything to go by, you’ll never “look back”; or if you do you’ll do so on an easy axis” the improvement between my first and last x-ray was amazing.

He was flexible with my treatments and gave me tonnes of extra advise on how best to treat my ailments to ensure my recovery was quick and sustainable. He's the reason I was able to attempt and complete the CAMINO DE SANTIAGO in Spain (1,100km walk) - as days before I was due to leave I was doubting it would be possible. The newsletters on general health are very informative and are excellent reminds of the little ways we can improve our own health.
