Fantastic experience: Thanks to David and his team at Perform Physiotherapy for helping me complete my comeback from ACL rupture and achieve full return to sport at 9 months post op. This wouldn’t have been possible without all the services David and his team provides, from the check-ins, testing, exercise progression, feedback and mental clarity/reassurance he provides throughout your recovery, it all played a part in getting me through the tougher days in the recovery. Fantastic experience: Went to physio for a rotator cuff injury which always slows training progress. The building is in the centre of town and in great location. Inside is new and super clean and receptionist Alana is perfect person for the job. Both physios Jodie and Robbie are very knowledgeable and always helpful with the exercises that are needed for recovery.

Positive experience: I booked physiotherapy for ongoing knee pain. David completed a detailed assessment and explained the issue in clear, simple terms. Fantastic experience: I brought my son to see Aaron for a physio appointment a few weeks ago. I had a very positive experience during our session and was given advice/exercises to complete with my son. I took the advice and exercises on board. Within 2 days there was an improvement and in under 3 weeks the issue had fully resolved. I definitely feel the advice and exercises are what made the difference so thank you so much for your guidance, it was spot on. Fantastic experience: Was sent to Perform Physio by my Gp for what she thought was Plantar Fasciitis. I was assessed by Aaron and I wasn't ticking the boxes for this. Aaron talked me through everything and explained really well what he thought it could be. He worked on my feet and give me exercises. After a few treatments I was sent for an MRI and it was exactly what Aaron said the problem was. So he give me options and if I need anything just to ring them. But so far so good. I liked the way they open early and late evenings. I had few massages with Inessa to she was great. Thank You Aaron.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the treatment provided at Perform Physiotherapy. Having consulted for shoulder tendinopathy/golfer's elbow, and a stretched MCL, I am in the priviledged position to have consulted pretty much all the practicioners. :-D The whole team is very professional, and very friendly. David explained everything in a very detailed manner, and he helped me understand why my tendinopathy was not getting better. I liked his progressive approach, and how he agreed to take things to the next level with shockwave when he saw my condition wasn't improving. Shockwave really helped! Robbie's treatment of my MCL stretch was spot on. I also recommend Inessa's sports massages. She's a very attentive and empathetic listener too. Alana did an amazing job to try and accommodate appointment changes. Thanks again, and hopefully, that's the last you'll see of me. :-)

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend perform Physiotherapy enough; David is a brilliant physio who really cares about your recovery. I had a very significant injury, I broke my hip, I was told by doctors i’d never have the same mobility again, to hear this at 37 years old devastated me, David believed in me and told me within a year i’d have full mobility back and be able to return to strength training, I’m now 11 months post op, & back to the gym since February gradually building strength on a consistent basis, David’s guidance & expertise gave me the confidence to go back to the gym and regain strength, so I can mind my two young kids & lift them & keep up with them in the future, Thanks so much to the team, You literally changed my life!!

Fantastic experience: I partially tore my PCL and was going to a physio for 6 weeks where my injury actually felt worse after the 6 weeks than it did when I injured it. I decided to go to Aaron in perform physio as he had been recommended to me by a team mate. Week on week with Aaron i noticed huge improvements, I would highly recommend perform physiotherapy for anyone that wants to understand their injury better and be given clear instructions on how to rehab your injury and improve going forward.

Fantastic experience: Picked up a knock a few weeks before completing the Dublin Marathon in October. Attended Aaron who was able to tell me within 5 minutes what my issue was. Thankfully the advice and exercises Aaron gave me worked really well and I was able to complete the Marathon. The app with exercises is really clear and easy to follow. I would highly recommend Perform Physiotherapy.

Robert was so thorough & patient with my rehab & gave me the confidence to work through my injury & rebuild my strength. Fantastic experience: My experience with David & co so far has been fantastic. Having attended physiotherapy in several different practices both public and private over 17 years, and always being told "nothing could be done", finally I have a physio who is looking at my entire body holistically, linking in with my GP and providing tailored exercises for my specific problems. I couldn't recommend this practice more, in particular if you've felt let down by physios in the past!

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about the Perform Physio team. Over the past year I’ve had appointments with Aaron, Robbie and mainly David and they are all absolutely incredible at what they do. I went from not being able to walk more than a few steps before I would nearly fall over due to poor balance from an ongoing upper spinal issue, to having no problem going out for a hike with my dog. David helped me to work on strengthening all of my hypermobile joints, particularly the instability in my neck, and my dizziness has completely gone away! And we can’t forget about Alana, always being up for the chats while I’m waiting to go into my appointment. The team has helped me to get my quality of life back and I can’t thank them enough!

Fantastic experience: I suffered 2 stress fractured metatarsal injuries and underwent surgery both times in the space of 6 months. Robbie the physiotherapist there who worked with me helped me with my rehab and getting me back to my best performance. I was in doing physio work with him 2-3 times a week for 15+ weeks and he didn’t miss a day, which made it feel really professional. He took me through my paces and helped me physically and mentally during the injury. It was a long process but it flew by working with Robbie, having a good laugh and getting rehab done properly and effectively. He helped me out with small bits and details in the gym and on the pitch that made a huge difference in my rehab process. It was a pleasure working with him and I can’t thank him enough for the patience and dedication he had put in for me, I recommend him to anybody whose suffered an injury and is looking for a physio who can help them get back to their best ability. Fantastic experience: This has been a really difficult year for me personally due to 3 major ankle and foot injuries but has been made so much easier by the help and support of David murphy and also Robbie who has been working alongside him! The environment set around the place has the perfect balance from laughing and joking to also seriousness in getting the rehab and conditioning done, which has made coming into training a lot easier considering I am away from the team. The rehab programmes are always different which is good as it means it’s not always the same constant exercises. What I’ve found most importantly about David as a physio is that he genuinely cares how you are feeling mentally and have always felt fine opening up to him if I’m having an off day. Thankfully I am back fully training now and injury free which I owe an awful lot to David as the time I’ve been injured has flown by and I still feel very fit due to the off feet conditioning programmes I was given during my rehab!

Fantastic experience: I have worked with David over the past 9 months , I had 2 separate surgeries and the level of care and knowledge is brilliant ! Checks in with me very often to see how I am! If I can’t see him over a period of time he will make still contact me with my plan and how I am progressing ! Would recommend him for a short term or a long term injury! Fantastic experience: I attended perform physio after struggling with ankle pain for almost a year after a fracture and some ligament damage. At the time I was struggling to walk for more than 10 minutes without discomfort in the ankle. David helped develop a plan which in stages got me back to walking comfortably without pain, running again and finally able to take part in sports again. Each step was carefully managed and expertly explained the benefits of each exercise. Would definitely recommend.

David very professionally assessed her sent her on for an Mri surgery etc. She has now made a full recovery with David's expertise, he reassured her working with her through her rehabilitation programme , He always treated her so well he took so much time to listen to her and go through her exercise programme with her.Aaron's ACL masterclass also had a great role in her recovery, not to forget Alannah that has to be one of the nicest girls we have ever met very professional . Fantastic experience: I have needed physio support for a right thumb tendosynovitis that caused me difficulty I'm playing musical instruments and computing for work since December. David provided regular assessments and updated my physio and workout sessions accordingly. With his support, I was referred to the sports clinic in santry for a steroid injection and followed up with his sessions. I am now back to normal playing music with no difficulty and feeling great again. The service provided was very professional, accommodating and adaptable to appointment times, and the direction given was very clinical and thorough. Thanks!

Fantastic experience: I ruptured my ACL and partially torn my MCL during MMA training in September 2023. I had my first appointment with David in December, and it turned out to be a turning point in my recovery journey, both physically and mentally. When I first received the MRI results, I was devastated. I felt like I will never be able to live a worry-free, pain-free life. However, David was incredibly supportive, professional and reassuring. He explained to me my options and supported my decision to go for a conservative ACL treatment. The experience in Perform Physiotherapy clinic has been nothing short of amazing. All the staff were always very welcoming and nice. After six months of dedicated rehabilitation, I can proudly say that I am pain-free and much stronger than I was before the injury. I am back to training in the gym with heavy weights, walking up to 20k steps per day, hiking, jumping, traveling, and most importantly have no more anxiety or distress over the injury and my future. David always took the time to listen, understand and answer all my questions, as well as reassured me when I had questions or worries. Every appointment was something I was really looking forward to. I am immensely grateful to David for his expertise and the care he provided. I now live a happy, active, pain-free life without having to undergo surgery.
