Fantastic experience: I am so far about a third of the way through my treatment and am amazed at how much I've improved already. I came with Hip pain, back pain and headaches, not only have all of those reduced dramatically, I have now much improved my sleep , my digestion and my general frame of mind. Since starting with Kate, I’ve seen an incredible improvement. My headaches have significantly reduced, my pain levels are much lower, and I feel better than I have in years. Chloe who also works with Kate is just fabulous always greets you with a smile and a chat and always so helpful with appointments and rescheduling.

Negative experience: Appalled in this day and age a company uses the excuse of a system crash to account for 'double booking.' During this crash, the system was still able to create an appointment and take the €80 fee. It was also still able to send the pre-appointment questionnaire. Then when a called, I found the receptionist none too pleasant to deal with either, no empathy for the issue, no offer of an appointment if a cancellation happened. I'll recommend to my family and friends to find a more professional business.

Fantastic experience: I was constantly dealing with headaches, eye issues, sinus problems, neck and back pain, and extreme fatigue. Everything felt chronic, and I was genuinely afraid I’d never recover. That’s when I decided to try chiropractic care, and I’m so grateful I found Kate. From the very first visit, she carefully examined my spine and immediately identified multiple misalignments. I started seeing her twice a week for adjustments and followed the home exercises she gave me. After a while, we did a follow-up scan and compared it to the first one — the improvements were clearly visible. But more importantly, I could feel the changes. My energy started coming back, my mood lifted, and the chronic pain began to fade. We moved to weekly sessions, and now I genuinely feel like myself again. Fantastic experience: I started my journey with Kate in November 2024. After just 3 months I'm beyond happy with my results. For years i suffered with shoulder pain, back pain, due to having double scoliosis, having a physical job and just not taken care of my spine. Ive spend years going for mri's. I alternated from painkillers & anti inflammatories for a quick fix but nothing ever worked long term. For the first time in i can't even remember when I'm now pain free. Not only has my pain gone but so much has changed for me. My mood has improved, my sleep is so much better. Overall my quality of life. Fantastic experience: Valerie Sweeney here. Just posting again to share my progress after 12 months of treatment with Dr Kate at the Vitality clinic in Tralee. There is no comparison to the anxious, bent, pain weary person I was then, to this new fitter, straighter and healthier me. I can now go for walks again and enjoy an exercise regime at the gym. I sleep better and I'm a less anxious person now. Other systems of the body have improved and believe it or not my sinusitis has improved dramatically. Fantastic experience: Where to start with all i need to say about vitality chiropractic tralee and the lovely kate and marie! Firstly let me start by saying chiropractic care is so much more than cracking and twisting which is what i understood it to be for years before i gave it a go(ignorance at its finest). Fear also played a part, having suffered with, all over pain for years, i thought 'im sore, there is no way im letting someone touch me let alone crack me' its really not what u think, and anyone who thinks the same as i did, i assure you if u need chiropractic care itll be the best choice you ever made. Kate could nearly tell whats wrong with you just by looking at you. I cant thank kate and marie enough for the changes they brought to my life with their care. Ive Been going there just under two months now, to be adjusted and the adjustments are the highlight of my day. I suffered with chronic pain for a number if years, im 36 years old and genuinely felt immobile. I couldnt Sleep in my bed because of pain, i ended up leaving My job because of pain i even seemed to develop food intolerances. I felt like the tin man from wizard of oz when he needs to be Oiled. My body would be in chronic pain even after taking a walkNot only that i was suffering from ear aches, throat infections, gum infections, digestive issues, bowel issues all on top of chronic pain. Youd be surprised the amount of issues that stem from being in need of chiropractic care and all of these issues stemmed from me Needing it. Kate is one of the most superb people i have ever met and knows exactly what shes doing. She made it possible for me to sleep in my bed after not being able to for 2 years, after the very first adjustment. I spent years going to the doctor being tested for all sorts and coming up with no Answers, and my pain was just getting even more antagonising and crippling. Theres still so much more to do in terms of receiving their care, but i feel so much better and more like 36 than 96. But from the very first day of going to see kate and marie, they made me feel like everything i was suffering from was validated. They understood immediately, and have done nothing but given me top of the range care and understanding. I honestly cant thank these two women enough. Not only is their professionalism top notch, they are the most caring people, they really identify with what your Going through, and pull out all the stops to help you recover. Fantastic experience: I am just finished my 6th week and I can honestly say I am loving the journey. I think it's a process you have to trust and do the work at home as well. I'm 31 and have been crippled with back issues for nearly half my life, I've had to take several weeks off work at different stages, I've had the scans, been to the physios, tried acupuncture, cupping, the lot. I have tried and tested it all and this is the first time I can manage my pain without medication or relying on it. I can walk comfortably, drive long journeys without being crippled. I am so happy with my progress that I cannot wait to see what the next 6 weeks holds. Fantastic experience: I went to Kate at Vitality during my first pregnancy in 2018 & felt amazing throughout my pregnancy, I had no aches or pains & had lots of energy. I strongly believe it was my weekly adjustments that resulted in a fast labour & birth. I didn't need pain relief & felt great. I brought my baby to Kate when he was 8 months old as he wasn't rolling over or crawling yet & after a few adjustments, he was rolling & started crawling soon after. Fantastic experience: Having enjoyed 15 years of competitive fighting (Judo) and competing all over Europe, the wear and tear on my body finally caught up with me (maybe a bit of old age too ) I had a fall and damaged all of my lower back and ended up having months of sports physio and pain killers. I visited a few Chiropractors in the UK and received treatment over the years which I found very helpful. However the difference at Vitality Chiropractic was after a full examination/consultation I was put on a programme which started of with 2 sessions per week over about a 12 week period, I had never had this before so was keen to get started. The difference it has made to my posture, flexibility, constant headaches (prior to treatment) has been amazing. Fantastic experience: I was suffering from headaches for 3 years. I also have a back and neck problem. I find it hard to go on my daily activities. My husband introduced me to the Vitality Chiro in Tralee when himself suffered from left leg numbness or sciatica. He then make his first appointment with Kate, very accomadating and professional. He find it very good and his happy with the outcome on his plan of adjustments. He keeps on telling me that he would suggest everyone should see a chiropractic, no medicines thats the best thing. So, i woke up one day that I cant live with this pain on my neck and back anymore so I made my appointment. My first adjustment the pain on my neck is gone. Fantastic experience: What can I say. I hobbled in to Kate , she suggested a 3 day week corrections for 3 months . Well I'm a month in and I am 200% better then what I was which was really bad. To give the reader perspective. I had an accident damaged my spine 10 years ago. Had a spinal stimulator implanted. Constantly having issues walking, my balance was off. I would trip into walls , my feet would not lift properly to climb kirbs and I would trip and fall. Now after only a month, no more tripping my balance is back walking down the stairs is no trouble back up another issue. My mental health has improved, my focus is back. I have another 2 months to go with Kate and then maintenance after that. For the reader. Chiropractic sessions are expensive so be prepared to fork over a good some of money , I was not sure if it would work for me but I Had to take the chance I tried everything to elevivate my pain, chiropractic care does not cure anything. It realines your body so you can focus on your life getting back on track. Here's to Kate and her staff thank you so much. I can't believe the change in me after so short a time. But since I’ve begun adjustments twice a week and was appointed an exercise regime, there has been a notable decrease in the frequency of my attacks.
