Fantastic experience: As a professional athlete myself, I’m extremely particular about rehabilitation and aftercare, I’ve worked with the top in the world and about a year ago I underwent extensive research before finding the right physiotherapist for my mother. I can confidently say this was one of the best decisions we could have made choosing Denis. My mom underwent an incredibly complex medical year and had three hip replacements and two of these surgeries were within a year. After her most recent surgery, she was completely unable to walk. She progressed slowly from being immobile, to using a frame, and eventually into full rehabilitation. Given the seriousness of this surgery and additional medical complications, we were advised not to expect a better outcome than her previous two hip replacements. However, since working with Denis, the results have been nothing short of remarkable. She is now walking better than she ever has before something we genuinely didn’t believe was possible. The level of expertise, precision, and commitment to long-term recovery has been outstanding. What truly sets this physiotherapist apart is the ongoing care and structured protocol. If you are willing to commit, trust the process, and stay consistent, you will not be disappointed by the end result. The improvement in my mom’s mobility, strength, and confidence speaks for itself. I cannot recommend him highly enough, especially for complex cases where experience and true rehabilitation knowledge really matter.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had several issues over the years, mainly back and neck and had been trying every kind of therapy to get relief. Nothing had worked till I met Dennis. I don't like taking tablets for pain relief and Dennis gets that, surprisingly few do. Within minutes he has his assessment done and he has never been wrong. And believe me I’ve had several very different issues. He has every kind of apparatus needed in his field of expertise and knows what to use and when to use it. He advises on exercise and aftercare, supplements that will help and has given me a kick up the rear when Ive needed it. I have referred several friends to him over the years and they have never looked back. Dennis will not keep bringing you back week after week if you don’t need to be there. And if I’ve ever been in trouble he will go out of his way to fit me in no matter how busy he is. A gentleman to the core and a brilliant physical therapist who exudes passion for his job and his clients, understands the workings of the human body better than any doctor I’ve ever met and is a genuinely great person. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough and can never ever thank him enough for what he has done for me.

Fantastic experience: Dennis was recommended me by my friend who had good experience with him From start I was sent to him my MRI results. He was know what problem I have . I can say he is so professional and intelligent in what he doing . When I come to him first time I had very strong pain in my low back and hips. After first section my pain going down good. I start driving myself. And have more mobility in my body. I didn’t see consulting in hospital yet because waiting for appointment in Cork . But I am sure Dennis will fix my problem before that happened. I am high recommend him like professional physiotherapist

Fantastic experience: I wish I'd found him years ago!! About 3 months ago my back 'went' again. Fortunately, this time someone i know said I should try Dennis O'Donoghue. I rang him the same day and he squeezed me in very quickly. It was obvious immediately that he knows his stuff but also that he has a real and genuine passion for it and for helping people. The assessment was thorough and brilliantly explained, then it was on to the treatment, tailored to my needs and using the gold standard techniques of today. The X factor here compared to other Therapists is Dennis himself... I believe half the battle is trusting and having confidence in the abilities of the Therapist. This happened extremely quickly... you just know by him that he knows what he's at and that's worth gold. He tells you what can be done and what can't. My condition is a work in progress but it's infinitely better than it was just a few weeks ago and improving all the time. I 100% recommend Dennis to anyone requiring physical therapy!

I had tried other places before but no one was willing to treat the issue hands on.I found him very helpful,knowledgeable & thorough on his assessment of the problem He uses a combination of hands on therapy,massage techniques & machines that really targets the problem area. Instead of pushing meds & injections he focused on treatment & long term management.He also gave me a personalised exercise programme to help me continue to improve on my own.I have only had a few sessions and already I can see improvement. In advance of surgery he helped keep my pain under control and was very honest to tell me when I needed to get the surgery done as there was no more he could do for me. Right he was, he is extremely knowledgeable and helped me so much throughout the process. After surgery, Dennis also helped me with rehab and found him brilliant.

Fantastic experience: As a Radiologist I've been working with Dennis for several years now and I find his detailed clinical descriptions in the referrals for scans excellent , which is very useful for myself as a radiologist since I can focus my scans on the region of interest which improves the accuracy's of the scans. Fantastic experience: Went to Dennis for my 1st session a few years ago after been recommended by family. My back was giving me trouble very regularly and had tried numerous physios and alternative treatments but to no avail. Dennis worked on me and recommended I come back every 2 weeks for 6 weeks and then once a month for 3 months. I can honestly say I've never looked back. It's now almost 2 years since my back gave me trouble as opposed to every 6 to 8 weeks before going to Dennis. He is so knowledgeable and explains what is causing the pain and what exercises to do to help. On many occasions I've walked in the door in agony and walked out with no pain. You have to try it to believe it. I can't recommended him enough.

His bedside manner, while brilliant, is bolstered by his intimate medical and anatomical knowledge. I had had issues with my knee and had gone to other medical practitioners with little to no results. After a recommendation from a family member, I went to see Dennis and within 10 minutes of our first session he had accurately diagnosed the issue and we started to outline a plan of action. He gave me a list of exercises that helped relieve the pain I was suffering from, started me on a healthy diet to improve my health and energy and has been an overall positive force in my life since meeting him. When I first attended him I could not go for a proper walk without having hip pain and often had to cut short my walk due to pain. I also could not sleep on my side at night with the pain. With Dennis’ help I am walking without pain and also can sleep on my side without pain waking me. I now just have maintenance physical therapy every few months to maintain my quality of life. I can’t thank Dennis enough for all his help.
