Fantastic experience: I recently attended a seminar at McEntee Physio & Performance Centre in Navan about understanding osteoporosis and ways to keep bones and muscles strong. It was expertly presented by physiotherapist and business owner Barry McEntee. He discussed the importance of physical activity including weight bearing exercises and a healthy diet for osteoporosis and bone health. He gave a comprehensive insight into the effects of osteoporosis and a very detailed account of how to prevent and manage the disease. I found the seminar very informative and very interesting. He did an amazing job delivering a guide to strong bone health. I highly recommend this business.

Fantastic experience: Had my first consultation with Tara yesterday. The Centre is very easy to get to & has plenty of parking. It seems to be a very well resourced facility with plenty of space. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Running Resilience to any runner, whether beginner or advaced. The expertise and professional service provided by Barry and the team will stand to you in great stead.

Fantastic experience: Running resilience programme has really helped improved my running performance over 5k and 10k. Understanding the mechanics of the body during running has been great in stopping the niggles and discomfort. Staff are great and answer any questions and with the small class size everyone gets the support and corrective tweaks are easily identified.

Great class well worth it, you think your doing these exercises correctly yourself until you are shown properly by Barry who is there to coach and guide you along, the exercises are major benefit for running as there based on single leg and core methods, you will see the benefit with better balance and less chance of injury, if your thinking about signing up you won't regret it, thanks Barry and team.

Such friendly and welcoming service and they are always available if you need to call or email for questions or advice. Also really liked the use of the app to keep up to date with my rehab and such amazing aftercare service with regular check-ins and emails clearly outlining the objectives, aims and timeline for recovery after each appointment! 100% recommended Oisin, he is extremely knowledgeable and versed in knee injuries and is also understanding and very patient!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend McEntee Physio I had Oisin and he was so patient and his knowledge is beyond words They have so many different techniques to test an injury I was so impressed. Oisins advise was always spot on even if I didn’t like it but was Difiently worth it as I can run without pain again, Oisin was very responsive to any questions or advice I was looking for via email also in between my appointments which was also great help , I will continue with my exercises as per programme as not only did they help with the injury they seemed to help me run stronger than before witch is a plus, Forever greatful and wouldn’t hesitate to go back

Fantastic experience: Before joining the Strength for Life classes, I had never done any kind of gym classes and I was worried how I would cope! But there was no need to worry. The classes are small which lead to individual attention by the Physios at every station. Instruction is clearly delivered and everyone works within his/her own capabilities of strength, balance and flexibility. The classes are relaxed and friendly. I was really surprised at how much I had progressed after a few weeks. By the end of each session, I feel I have done a good workout. It’s also a great way to meet new people. Following on from completing my first term, I also signed up for the next term as I feel I owe this to myself for both my physical and mental health. Mary

Fantastic experience: One of the best physio i have visited. This place is well managed and that the physio training and guidence is helping us a lot in the frozen shoulder recovery process.

Fantastic experience: McEntee physio was recommended to me by my GP after a very bad ankle injury, I thought physio work would involve massage sessions over the year, I was pleasantly surprised at how much science was involved, tailored exercises were worked out and delivered at the end of every session digitally - ultra efficient! I had the same physiotherapist for each visit and my progress was explained in great detail with clarity and good humour, and in percentages which I found really useful. My ankle was brought back to working order in no time. I also had a niggling shoulder injury I've had for a number of years due to my work and mentioned this to Oisin, after much closer examination and Oisin got to the problem straightaway and within a matter of weeks it has almost been eradicated. I wish I had gone much sooner. McEntee physio are really on top of their game and I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: My neck/back was in absolute bits for over six months. It got to the point where I was considering getting pain medication. It was a constant distraction and I thought I’d need surgery. Thankfully Lorcan supported me and gave me exercises to do daily. Slowly the pain started to go and today I don’t notice it at all. Very grateful to Lorcan and all the team. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I did the last 6 months or so of my recovery from ACL Reconstruction with Barry. Barry was recommended to me as a physio who knew how to manage this type of injury, and it was a good recommendation. What was really good was that from day one with Barry, he removed the time component from return to play - 'You'll be back in six months'. That never came into the equation. It was all about being stable and mobile, being able to execute movements in a stable manner, and how I'd get to that point. It made the mental component of rehab a bit easier. I got a really good level of care. Barry provided clear instruction, was really detailed on how I needed to execute the exercises he provided to me and precise on how I needed to improve. When I returned to play, I was fully confident of the joint.

Fantastic experience: For months I had put off getting my hip assessed until it got to a point where I knew I needed to have it looked at. Barry carried out a thorough evaluation and talked me through what the problem was. Since then, with the help of the exercises I was given, I have regained full range of movement and it feels as good as ever.
