They have never let me down with their advice and professionalism which is at the highest standard. Recently I visited Jenny with a mysterious condition like tennis elbow - she went through a whole series of tests and pinpointed exactly what and where it was. Fantastic experience: The whole team are amazing and after a year of chronic pain from a back injury I now do not need regular pain killers and can start exercising again. They tailor recovery to your body rather than prescribed treatments that don’t always match. I attended three different physiotherapy teams before finding Total Physio. Fantastic experience: Went to see Fin twice, who in the absence of an MRI gave a more accurate diagnosis than two orthopaedic specialists in a neighbouring private hospital. Finn was personable, knowledgeable and obliging. Can’t fault the experience and service offered.

Positive experience: Lovely focused Pilates, great stretch but gently done. Good to have a physio taking the class and Elizna keeps a good eye to make sure it’s done right and no injuries. I gave 4 stars only cos I don’t ever give 5!!!!! Yvonne

Fantastic experience: Can't speak highly enough of Total Physio in Sandyford. I've been going to Patrick since the start of March 25 having broken my fibula at the ankle and major ligament and tendon damage at the end of December 24. I was in a cast and totally non weightbearing for 8 weeks. When I came out of the cast I literally could not walk with the pain, stiffness and weakness. I was given a clear plan of action and reassurance that was much needed which has got me back to walking, gym and on the road to being back to normal. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a shoulder injury for the last seven months and decided after MRI etc to see a Physiotherapist, I met Jenny Branigan at Total Physio and immediately felt I’d made the right decision . Jenny was so obviously knowledgeable and completely professional, she understood exactly what the issue was and most importantly how to resolve it. The exercises were so helpful and effective. Also the work that Jenny did on my shoulder to ease the discomfort was absolutely so appreciated and made such a difference! Also what was so excellent for me as often times I’m forgetful is that Jenny sends an email of the exercises we have covered with a video of exactly how to do them. This was of absolute help to me as I’m uncoordinated at the best of times, so I then knew how I should be doing the therapy correctly. Jenny also gave me bands to work with the exercises too. The advice and guidance on other issues with posture and simple actions that I’d done with not good consequences unbeknownst to me, prior to my consultation, all so invaluable. I am utterly impressed with the efficiency , friendliness, and high standards of Professionalism and even cleanliness of the clinic. The secretary was so kind and always so helpful in rescheduling if needed be. I would not hesitate to recommend these services and would most definitely come back should I need to, thanks so much to Jenny and her team! I’m so grateful!

Fantastic experience: Finn was great, very approachable and listened carefully while I explained what might have caused the pain in my knee. He examined the knee and came up with a series of exercises to improve it, and massaged the knee as well. I’d highly recommend Total Physio.

Fantastic experience: Patrick is a brilliant physiotherapist, I think the best I have ever been lucky enough to have work on my back. Having had three years of exceptional pain, neck surgery and physio in both Dubai and Ireland, he is exceptional. Thank you Patrick. You might even keep me working at a job which involves often 12 hours a day, six or seven days a week at aged 70! A lot to be thankful for.

Positive experience: I love Pilates classes at Total Physio. I have been attending them for many years. The team do all they can to tailor the exercises to your needs and abilities. Definitely feel better after the classes and intend to continue.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Patrick for a few years. This time I pulled a muscle in my lower back. I had to take prescribed medication to ease the pain. After a few days of meds I went to Patrick and he was able to manipulate my lower back so I could move more. He also gave me exercises to do so I could get back to doing my day to day chores, work and back playing my golf. Thanks Patrick

A fresh approach which the Irish medical system should fully endorse. She is incredibly bright and intelligent in her field and beyond with excellent gym exercise integration. Melanie can pin point and alleviate the sources of pain and tension with perfect dry needling technique.

Fantastic experience: Went to Total Physio in July and my only regret was that I didn't go sooner. I have been recovering from a knee injury for the past 3 years which caused me to struggle with running long distance. Jenny took the time to understand the challenges and gave me different exercises to do with a band. These exercises built up the strength again in my glute which relived the knee pain. I will be forever grateful for Jenny and the impact that she had on my Dublin Marathon running experience. Thank you so much and can't recommend Total Physio enough.

Fantastic experience: I am so happy I found this place. Having a sport injury after climbing, I was struggling with pain in my shoulder, even couldn’t sleep normally. Brendan was amazing, he quickly found the issue and gave me a good exercise program. After 1 week the pain was gone, after 2 I could do harder exercises like pull ups and push-up. I can’t thank Brandan enough, a true professional and a great person! Strongly recommend!
