Poise Physiotherapy is a women’s health physiotherapy center located in Blackwater, Wexford. Founded by Áine Kelly, a Clinical Specialist in Women's Health Physiotherapy, the clinic provides a warm and compassionate approach to support women at all stages of their lives, from pregnancy through postnatal recovery and pelvic health concerns.

At Poise Physiotherapy, the focus is on providing comprehensive support during pregnancy and after, ensuring effective and healthy recovery through specialized treatments such as the Mummy MOT and the Mummy-To-Be MOT.
