Fantastic experience: I was recommended Freda by family and she did not disappoint. Got to the issue and cause of pain immediately, gave me soothing treatment there and then and exercises which have really helped and recommended anti inflammatory which have really helped me from my doctor . After no luck from previous physio I was delighted to get sorted and am feeling so much better only a few days after seeing her. Prices are also reasonable . Thank you Freda!

Fantastic experience: Freda is amazing, I went to her with neck pain. Suffering for years, the knowledge she shares with exercises to go do as homework! And the explanation she told me about whats going on has really helped me. Her prices are so reasonable considering her experience and the patience time & care she puts into your session as a patient. She puts you at ease & can make you laugh even when your in pain so 10/10 Freda!

Fantastic experience: I went to Freda with a fairly traumatic back injury; she completely transformed my pain and mobility within a short period of time and then built my strength back up for longer term rehab using a range of different techniques. She was so lovely and kind to me when I was in a pretty bad way, offered very convenient early and late appts and great chats!! A physio like Freda is hard to come by - couldnt recommend more!

Fantastic experience: I am runner for last 8 years or so and recently had some calve issues. Freda quickly identified the issues and gave me some strength work to do. She also did some treatment on the injured area by using multiple techniques. I am happy with the progress to date and highly recommend.
