Fantastic experience: Went to Ellevyn for runner’s knee and couldn’t recommend her highly enough. The most knowledgeable physio I’ve been to, and I had the utmost confidence in her ability and advice from the start. She explained everything in a way that was completely understandable and gave really clear instructions and feedback on how to progress. Her approach was professional, evidence-based and progressive. Most importantly, she completely helped me get rid of the pain and gave me the confidence to return to exercise.

Fantastic experience: Ellevyn came highly recommended to me but we unfortunately are at opposite ends of the country so all appointments were carried out online which I have to say I was admittedly sceptical about, I couldn’t have been more wrong she correctly diagnosed the problem and implemented a progressive rehabilitation plan at each appointment, she ensured the continuation of my training which both physically and mentally were a priority. I couldn’t speak highly enough of this girl.

Fantastic experience: I had recurring issues with my hip flexor and tendonosis/ bursitis. I'd been to a few people and was resigned to the fact that it was here to stay and just have to live with it. However Ellevyn put me on a training regime that completely improved me. She identified the problem right away and continued contact throughout for feedback and improvement until I was back to normal. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Before this, my last time visiting Ellevyn's clinic was about 6 years ago, which speaks wonders about the quality of her treatment! She's a professional in every sense, from her knowledge of sports and excersise to her tailored plans for overcoming injury. Came in with a hip problem and after 2 sessions I was feeling so much better , 4 sessions and I'm back to full fitness. It's hard to put into words how good Ellevyn is at her profession until you see for yourself. Always my first recommendation for anyone looking for physiotherapy.

Fantastic experience: Ellevyn was recommended to us for our son who had a sports injury. Ellevyn was professional, knowledgeable, supportive and motivated our son to engage and work with the rehab programme she gave . She sent videos for his exercises . She explained the nature of his injury to himself in a way that he could understand . Always flexible with appointments to suit and the location . Went the extra mile, checking in on him outside of his scheduled appointments and updating his coach also . We would highly recommend Ellevyn .

Fantastic experience: Ellevyn helped me recover through two separate ACL reconstructions over the past few years, she has been incredibly helpful with her advice in and out of the clinic answering any questions I had and getting me back fully recovered. She is very supportive from the first appointment to the last and always motivating & encouraging you to improve. I highly recommend her to anyone with any issues, injures etc. as she will 100% get you on the road to recovery.

Fantastic experience: I went to Ellevyn after a shoulder injury and she was great- tested my range of motion, walked through exercises to strengthen it and sent me on the exercises after I left. I had a few follow up visits to check in and now have no issues with my shoulder. I would highly recommend a visit if you are in need of a physio. :)

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Ellevyn highly enough. She is so knowledgeable and thorough. She explained to me what was wrong, showed me what I needed to do and ensured that I understood what that was so that I could make steady progress. She is incredibly patient and supportive which was so important to me because I came to her quite frustrated about my injury. On top of providing treatment and a completely brilliant and professional service she also made me feel completely at ease throughout (even during Dry Needling).

Fantastic experience: I had knee injuries for over a year before starting with Ellevyn. I had been to three different physios and had done countless exercises but hadn't noticed any difference until I started online consultations with Ellevyn during lockdown. She questioned my history thoroughly and was able to pinpoint my issue. Not only did she tell me the root cause but she's extremely informative and knowledgeable, and explained it to me until I understood it thoroughly. She is very caring and genuine and went way over time in my first session answering any further questions that I had. Previously, I had been given typed up/printed exercises from other physios. I felt motivated to persevere with Ellevyn's exercises as she brings you through them in a step by step, clear manner via video messages. She really motivates you towards achieving your goals. Four sessions later and I'm back jogging 5ks, something that was unimaginable and which felt unattainable over the last year- I'm over the moon! I have since recommended Ellevyn to a couple of people who had been working with various practices relentlessly. Having started with Ellevyn, they feel reassured, relieved and confident while in rehab under Ellevyn's care! Fantastic experience: This January I've dislocated the lunar bone and torn all the ligaments of my left wrist. I've started physio around February, but then covid-19 happened. Thanks to Ellevyn I've started to have physiotherapy video calls, and I've to say she is the best I've tried so far, she will send you videos and info how to do the exercise properly and if you have any questions she will answer you quickly. I told her what my goals were (going back to climb and wakeboarding) and she advised me to buy some equipment in order to do "aimed" exercises. After only 3 months I'm finally able to go wakeboarding again, I am super happy about her treatment and I strongly recommend her, especially if you are into sports. I will attach my wrist improvement angle movements, and you'll remember, like she said to me : "the best exercise is a done exercise".

Fantastic experience: Ellevyn is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have been to see her with a few different injuries and have always been impressed with her methodical assessment of the injury and the proactive approach to rehab. She gives clear guidance on exercises and has sent over demonstration videos numerous times after appointments. I recently had a few appointments with Ellevyn on zoom during this lockdown malarkey and I wasn't sure how it would work but it was great. We had to improvise a little bit here and there but the assessment was the exact same methodical approach and she gave various rehab exercises after each session which were easy to do at home. My shoulder is now fully recovered and I'd be happy to have any future sessions online after the lockdown. If anything it actually suits me better because I don't need to take as much time off work to travel to the clinic!

Fantastic experience: percent recommend Ellevyn! Been to a lot of physios over the years and nobody has came close to how good Ellevyn is. The knowledge and regular training really comes across in every appointment, not to mention a friendly atmosphere. With out Ellevyn I probably would have had to go down the surgical route for a long term injury, but thankfully she had me keeping on top of things to manage it all. My advice is skip the rest and head straight to her instead!

Fantastic experience: Would strongly recommend Ellevyn. I attended her clinic in Letterkenny as I was having some neck problems with resulting nerve issues. Her consultation approach is thorough and informative. She is extremely systematic in her approach so the exercises designed for me made sense I saw consistent improvement over a number of visits. Fantastic experience: Couldn't recommend Ellevyn enough. I went to her after an accident with neck, back & arm complaints. With the rehab, recommending exercises & also advising me to go back to the gym, I now feel better than I did 5 years ago. Fantastic experience: I Had been suffering from really bad lower back pain. I had missed alot of football Hurley and training because it was to painful to do any of these. I tried a few different things but after just one treatment with Ellevyn I felt a massive improvement. I got 3 treatments in total and I'm back training and playing football, Hurley and training without any pain. I felt Ellevyn had great knowledge on sport injuries and all injuries and was of a great help. Fantastic experience: I started going to Ellevyn several months ago after chronic back pain that I had been experiencing was becoming unbearable. The final straw for me to seek physiotherapy was not being able to hold my infant daughter for more than a few minutes. On my first visit Ellevyn identified my problem. Through massage and dry needle work Ellevyn was able to provide immediate pain relief while also providing me with techniques and exercises to do at home to work on preventing the pain over the long term. My subsequent visits were spaced out well allowing me to work on strengthening my back and allowing Ellevyn to track my progress. It has only been 3 months since my first visit with Ellevyn and my back pain has all but gone. Now whenever I feel any slight muscle tightness reappear I am able to use the techniques provided to relieve it. To anyone who is looking for or considering visiting a physiotherapist for whatever reason I cannot recommend Ellevyn highly enough. She is professional, knowledgeable, and has helped me more than I could have hoped for.

Fantastic experience: I have been atending Ellevyn over the summer with glut and hamstring issues. Ellevyn assessed me thoroughly and took time to discuss the history of my injury. She did some dry needling which i found very effective and prescribed exercise/stretches to do at home. Ellevyn never pressured me into coming back for addition appointments. i would highly recommend Ellevyn for her professional and friendly service and wouldn't hesitate to use her again. Fantastic experience: I found Ellvyn Irwin absolutely great, went to her with a shoulder injury from benching and pull up and other gym work i was doing..she was very good, she did analyse everything before she did anything with it and did some dry needling on my shoulder bit strange at first but was a great job got the power back very quick in my shoulder.. would definitely recommend Ellevyn Irwin all day long... thanks Ellevyn Irwin

Fantastic experience: Have been going to Ellevyn with any sports injuries I've had for a couple of years now and she has successfully got me back in action from all them. Would highly recommend her clinic to anyone sporting and non sporting. Honestly once you go to her you will find it hard to go back to any other clinic as she is a level above others.

Fantastic experience: I had been suffering from lower back pain for a number of months to such an extent that it was having an impact on everyday activity. Having been recommended by a family member, I booked an appointment with Ellevyn. I immediately found her to be extremely professional and thorough in her assessment. Ellevyn provided me with a programme of exercises to remove the pain, followed by a programme to strengthen my lower back, all tailored for my specific needs. The exercises were easy to understand and not too time consuming. After two sessions with her, I began to notice a marked improvement. After four sessions, I am pain free. I couldn't recommend her highly enough, a true professional.

Fantastic experience: I was having problems with my knees. Ellevyn came very highly recommended. I got an appointment for the Letterkenny clinic. I only had to have to sessions, the first session where Ellevyn did some dry needling, and give me exercises to do from home. I kept practising my exercises at home and was quite happy at my follow up appointment to be able to say that I had had very little problems. Ellevyn had ordered orthotics for me at my first visit and had them ready for me at my follow-up. I found Ellevyn extremely helpful, knowledgeable and the service to be excellent.

Fantastic experience: I suffered with bad shoulder pain with many sleepless nights. Ellevyn was recommended to me from a friend who had a positive experience with her. She listened to everything I had to say and helped ease the pain there and then but after a week of doing the exercises that she gave me to strengthen my shoulder I felt like I had a new shoulder. At my second visit Ellevyn preformed a second strenght test which showed my shoulder strength had increased after following her advice and appropriate exercise. I was so happy with the results. Ellevyn is very professional and friendly and I couldn't recommend her highly enough.

Fantastic experience: This young lady sure knows her stuff. My son Ciaran attended her clinic a few weeks ago thinking it would be months before he would get back on the field with his knee ingury but thank the lord Ellevyn knew exactly what rehab was needed. The examination she gave him was second to none. I know it’s always up to the patient to do the exercises and to get them back on form but truthfully Ellevyn had a great way about her. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Ellevyn Irwin Chartered Physiotherapy. Personally I injured my shoulder due to excessive weight lifting and was unable to lift anything overhead. I had attended several other Physios in Ireland and abroad with ZERO success. In our first appointment Ellevyn diagnosed my injury immediately & discussed the rehabilitation process. Treatment included a process called dry needling which provided a quick relief of the shoulder pain, in addition I was given daily exercises and stretches to carry out between visits.
