Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with this 365 physiotherapy clinic. The place is friendly and welcoming, and the physiotherapist Shahul is very professional. I noticed a big improvement in my back, shoulders, and knee pain. He explained the exercises clearly and made sure I understood what to do. I would definitely recommend him!

Fantastic experience: Highly Recommend Shahul – An Amazing Physiotherapist ⭐️ I had a full hip replacement six years ago and, for the most part, I had been feeling okay. However, since last year, I started experiencing a lot of problems and significant pain around my hip. Simple everyday movements became difficult and painful. Getting up after sitting on a chair or sofa was painful, bending was uncomfortable, and I couldn’t do squats at all. I found it very difficult to do any movement that involved my hip, and it was really affecting my everyday life. I started seeing Shahul, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. After just a few sessions, I began to notice a huge improvement. He gave me specific exercises to do and guided me throughout the process, always making sure I was progressing safely and comfortably. Now, less than three months later, I can honestly say that I am completely pain-free! I can sit down and stand up without pain, I can bend and do movements I couldn’t do before, and I’m even able to enjoy power walks again. Shahul has been absolutely fantastic, and I am so grateful for all his help, patience and expertise. He has made such a huge difference to my quality of life. Fantastic experience: Excellent service. Mr. Thirupal Ragi is a gentleman who is dedicated to helping me get back to my pre shoulder injury strength. After his assessment on the 1st visit he said my knee pain was common in people my age and if I followed his rehab it would be gone or greatly reduced in 3 months. Fantastic experience: I had three sessions of physio I my shoulder at 365 PHYSIOTHERAPY. The Physio Shahul could not have been mere pleasant. Fantastic experience: I had a really positive experience with Dimple in 365 physiotherapy. I had five sessions in total and was given a comprehensive programme of exercises with the option to report back on each exercise via an app. I was given advice and instruction between sessions through this app when required. Dimple has an excellent way of explaining things and a very warm and caring manner. I had dry needling on a number of occasions, as well as traction and some massage work. Fantastic experience: Have been seeing Thrupal Ragi for a couple of weeks now and the difference is huge!!! Its not just the symptoms which are treated but the whole body. Cannot reccomend Thrupal Ragi enough. You wont be dissapointed. 11 out of 10!!! Ps. I had a very serious injury and did not think i would be able to go back to work as its a very physical job, nor go hiking and camping again also that i would never be able to sit behind and play my drum kit. Fantastic experience: Shahul is amazing. A few sessions and my hip and knee pain is gone. He gave me exercises that I can use to prevent it happening again, but also educating me on why I have pain, and how to prevent it. I had shoulder pain on my last visit and he worked his magic, and i walked out the doors pain free after being sore for 2 weeks. Fantastic experience: I first visited thirupal 7 weeks ago after I sustained disc bulges in my lower back. I was out of work and wanted to go to physiotherapy to go back to work and speed up the recovery process. In my first session with him I walked in on one crutch as I struggled to walk to the front door. Within a matter of a few I was feeling a lot better and was able to go back to work as he assisted me through the sessions and also the rehabilitation plan he provided to me. Fast forward to now I am in a position where I am reletively pain free and see a huge difference in my mobility. I am able to go back to the hobbies that I enjoy. I am still currently visiting him to improve on my mobility. I recommend thirupal and the team at PHYSIOTHERAPHY 365. Fantastic experience: I had a shoulder injury from around 6 months ago and couldn't lift anything heavy above my head, after the first session about 90% of my pain and discomfort was gone and I feel confident with one or two more sessions i would be better than even before the injury. Fantastic experience: I came to Mr Thirupal with shoulder pain issues persisting. I had rang him the day of my worst pain and he had seen me within 3 hours of my phone call. He is very prompt, thorough and caring with his patients. He makes each session very personalised, ensuring I am not just one of his patients but that he really wants to help the recovery process for me.
