Fantastic experience: I had been dealing with back pain on and off for a while and was recommended to see David by a family member. I went to see him in January and honestly couldn’t recommend him enough. Within a few weeks I was back to feeling like myself again. David is extremely knowledgeable and clearly very passionate about what he does. What really stood out to me was how he took the time to get to know me personally. He listened, understood what I was dealing with, and tailored the treatment to suit me, which made a huge difference in my recovery. I also did some strength and conditioning with Niall, who was excellent. The whole team there are kind, helpful, and very welcoming. A great place with great people, and I’m very grateful for the care and support that helped me recover so quickly.

Fantastic experience: I first attended Emma following the results of an MRI which showed a sprained ACL. The level of detail that Emma went into regarding every aspect of my injury was excellent. I looked forward to my weekly visits after following Emma’s personalised programme and the level of improvement was very high for each visit. The programme intensified on a weekly basis based on Emma’s measurement of my improvement. Today was my final visit to Emma where she measured the strength and stability of my knee and happily signed me off to return to full play.

Fantastic experience: I hurt my knee a few years ago and went to a different physio and they said to straighten my legs and I'll be good. I did this for almost 2 years but still have very bad pain in my knee. My first visit with David they had diagnosed the problem but sent me in the right direction and that was that I needed an MRI scan. The scan came back that I had a complete tear of my ACL and a bucket handle tear in my meniscus. The guys were very clear with the options I could take and I decided to take the route of surgery. I did some pre op sessions which looking back now was a great decision as it made the rehab after my surgery so much easier. I dealt with Adam with the pre op and Emma with the post op and both were incredibly friendly and showed incredible knowledge of my injury and the best way to get better and stronger. I have just recently finished my last session and my knee feels stronger than ever. I can honestly say that without roche injury clinic my life wouldn't be the same. Any queries or questions I had were answered so fast and they were so accommodating with appointments even with short notice. I would highly recommend for any injury.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Emma back in January with a back injury, and thanks to her care and guidance I’ve gone from struggling to train to completing 10k runs, half marathons, a 30km race, a full marathon, and even two Hyrox events. Fantastic experience: I would like to start by thanking everyone at Roche injury clinic for the great treatment and guidance throughout my 14 months of rehab especially Padraic. He was very approachable which made my rehab less stressful and I felt comfortable asking questions because I knew I’d get an easy to understand answer on how to fix a problem I had with things such as jumping technique, landing etc. Throughout my ACL rehab journey I had a few set backs along the way but Padraic always found a way to keep me motivated and pushing me even when I wanted to just give up. I would highly recommend Padraic to anyone looking for physio on an injury they have because he’s attentive, committed and results driven.

Fantastic experience: Niall has been an amazing physio for my 12 y/o boy who was complaining of the pain in his knee and wanted to get back to activities quickly. Niall was attentive, focused, patient and asked plenty of questions to make sure he understood where the issue was and how to tackle it. He was brilliant at explaining each exercise and brought my son to the gym room to practice them. After 3 sessions and some adjustments to the exercises my son is already feeling better and we are confident he is on the path to quick recovery.

Fantastic experience: Emma's knowledge and attention to detail is 1st class, breaks everything down and explains it in simple terms which makes it easier to remember.Went in with a shoulder problem and within 5 minutes explaining my symptoms she knew it was actually a neck problem, which resulted in different physio and got to the root of the problem & got relief straight away. Couldn't recommend Emma and Roches Injury Clinic enough.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Emma O’Donoghue for around six months and can’t recommend her highly enough. From the very first session, she’s been extremely kind, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in my recovery. Emma takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly and tailors each session to suit my needs and development. Thanks to her care and expertise, I’ve made a full return to football and significant progress, far beyond what I was told was possible elsewhere. She’s an outstanding physiotherapist and a real credit to her profession.

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff in Roche Injury Clinic. I have been treated by Adam for the last few months and my calf injury has been cleared up completely. The treatment and rehab program I received to combat this injury have been excellent and have given me confidence back in my body to push on and train back to the level I was at before the injury. Back to Adam in Roche Injury Clinic for a shoulder injury that has been bothering me for years and flared up in January!! The treatment and rehab plan have been fantastic and again my body has responded due to the care and work put in by Adam. Couldn’t recommend him or the Roche Injury Clinic any higher.

He did a thorough assessment to address my back pain, and after just one session the pain was gone. He also gave me targeted exercises to resolve the root cause and strengthen the right muscles. After only three sessions, I’ve gained so much relief and confidence. Jamie is also an absolute delight to work with. Fantastic experience: Emma is incredible. I have been in treatment with Roche injury clinic for 12 weeks or so now. An injury that had stopped me running completely and kept recurring was quickly diagnosed by Emma and a plan was put into place swiftly. From the first meeting I felt completely comfortable with Emma and trusted her 100% throughout each stage, as a result I returned running way ahead of schedule, and have been rebuilding gradually and comfortably since. By far this has been my best experience at any physio, the entire team are very friendly and extremely helpful, but my experience with Emma has been second to none !!

Fantastic experience: I attended Roche injury clinic in may 2025. I was in extreme pain with my hip and lower back area. I couldn’t run anymore or complete my hyrox classes, everyday activities became so difficult to complete. Emma worked with me for the last few months. She is fantastic! I am back training for hyrox and beginning my running routine again. My pain in 10 times better. I am so happy and want to thank Emma so much!

Fantastic experience: Great experience here with Padraig, he built up a great exercise regime for an old rotator cuff injury. Fine tuned over a few visits and my shoulder feeling a lot stronger already, pain massively reduced.

Fantastic experience: Since I first started treatment with Emma, I have improved so much with the flexibility in my shoulder. I couldn’t hold my arm out in front or laterally without it getting extremely tired and sore. I struggled to do everyday tasks and with no answers no matter what I tried. Now Emma has me on the right track and I’ve improved so much with her help. She gave me all the right exercises and treatment. It’s the best clinic around, you won’t regret going there!

Fantastic experience: I'm a middle distance/long distance runner. When I first met David I had been suffering for months with a knee injury that I just couldn't get right, despite several attempts at rehab with other physio's. After just one session with David, I left with a new found confidence, which only strengthened with each visit, and as the weeks went on I saw huge improvements in my knee. Going to see David was the best decision I ever made and has allowed me to get back to doing what I love!

Fantastic experience: Padraic treated my son for a heel injury. The pain was greatly reduced after one session and gone after two. He also spotted a hip issue and gave him exercises to fix that too. Beyond the injury, he learned loads from Padraic and we feel he has the tools to prevent further injury and also his sports performance has also improved as a result of the sessions. Padraic was professional, thorough, and my son really enjoyed the sessions. I would highly recommend Padraic.

Fantastic experience: Plantar fasciitis. I developed pf in both feet in 2023 running thru the pain for about 6 month as it got worse. Till June 23 couldn't run for more than 400 meters without agony for next few days .. First few steps every morning.pain. .. so between. ..Insoles ..rolling a ball under foot... stretching...MRIs .you tube .. etc.. for next two years it never improved. I had resigned to this a permanent thing. Roche injury clinic was suggested to me in April 25 . Met padraig my physio and from may 25 to july 25 met for sessions in the clinic and followed his instructions. It's now early August and I'm actually running 5 ks again pain free again, ( done kilkenny tri a tri in july 25 Unbelievable.) Difference to my day to day life , work etc is such a difference not just physically but mentally also. After 2 years of being stuck with plantar fasciitis issues Padraig from Roches injury clinic is a 100 percent way to get it better . I'm so grateful to him . So thanks again Padraig

Getting to a complicated chronic sports injury/issue/issues, ignored for an extended period of time! It took a while to get me back on track but now feeling better than I have in years. Fantastic experience: After 2 physio's and 14months of hell trying to get back to running , I got in touch with David as my last chance . When I first met with him I couldn't hop on my left leg for 30secs. One day could run the next I couldn't After 2 sessions with him and 3 weeks later I just ran the Full Viking Marathon. Couldn't be happier. He knows his stuff and will get you were you want to be . Just amazing!

She was very quick to pin point my problem, she carried out the treatment required and gave me the appropriate strengthening exercises to do in my own time. Padraic has a person-centred approach to his work. He came up with a recovery plan that was manageable for me to implement in my day to day. Fantastic experience: Adam is very a competent therapist. I had a shoulder problem and he got straight into sorting it out. He's very thorough in his work and great for following up. He has a great knowledge of the anatomy and what triggers what. He also has a way about him which makes you feel relaxed even when he's working on the sore areas! I am very pleased with the results on my shoulder and I would recommend him as a therapist.

Fantastic experience: Been going to Roche Injury Clinic for the last few years.IVe been treated for pains in my lower back, shoulders and arms and it was well treated. No pain anymore I’ve been well looking after by Caoimhe, Liam, Conor and Sam, all very professional and very attentive to every details of your health. Fantastic experience: Adam has helped me hugely with my low back issues and every other injury I’ve picked up along the way. He has used a wide variety of treatment methods and has designed fantastic exercise programmes for me. These have helped me to get through my injuries and will also prevent them from recurring in the future. He’s also a great fella who is a gent to deal with.

Fantastic experience: I was suffering from a very painful and stiff neck.I found this condition especially difficult when driving. I was referred to Roche Injury Clinic by a very satisfied former patient. Over the space of about 6 visits David managed to free up my neck with various massage , needles and exercise routine. I have now finished my treatment and am very surprised just how good my neck is. I now have full movement without pain which I did not think would be possible . David and the staff are friendly and professional and excellent at their job. I have no hesitation in recommending Roche Injury Clinic.

Fantastic experience: I was going to a different physio for 1 year and nothing was changing only gradually getting worse until I suffered a big back injury. After recovering from that I knew something had to change as I was missing out on trainings and matches. The club also didn’t want this so they got Padraic to have a look at me and after one session I felt a slight improvement so I decided to go to Roches and from the get go they had a plan of how to fix me and I was sceptical about it all but looking back on it the plan worked, each week I was getting better and better. Now I am fully able to play with no worries of injury. Padraic and all the staff were extremely good and cared about me and my injury’s. Can’t recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend David and his team more. I had ongoing issues with my back and neck and was incredibly frustrated having attended other physio’s with no improvement. David’s extensive knowledge and expertise have seen me make strides in my recovery I could have only ever have hoped for. Fantastic experience: Brilliant treatment, travelling from Carlow to Kilkenny to receive treatment on a problem that I had previously recieved 15 months treatment from another physio and I am finally seeing marked improvement. Padraic is very knowledgeable, consultation is collaborative where he listens, gains an understanding of the problem, treats it and gives very detailed recovery plan. Padraic and the wider team are always jovial and are more than willing to work together to administer different treatments in a single appointment.

David was brilliant and reassured me we'd get on top of it and we did. Through exercises and careful management I'm now back to the gym. Now my knee is at me , fix it please David .

Fantastic experience: Arrived at Roche injury clinic in August met physio Padraig who assesedme after falling off ladder and breaking my ankle had to use stair lift couldn't walk up stairs.He started me on a rehab programme and after 7 or 8 visits I am really doing very well could not have done this without Padraig I will forever in his dept thank you so much..Will Hoey

Fantastic experience: As an athlete I reached out to David with a shin splint problem last year. I was first of all so impressed with his prompt response. I can honestly say I haven’t looked back. David initially focused on healing the shin splints using a number of researched techniques. Once healed David then focused on getting me back training. David devised an individual training program which has benefited me greatly and aided in me achieving the results I wanted. Fantastic experience: I had problems with jolts out of my neck going on since 2019 and had gone to chiropractors and many different physios to try and sort out , with no joy , I went for a weekend away in Kilkenny in 2020, woke up in hotel and my neck was completely locked sideways and in awful pain,I googled physios near me and the Roache clinic came up , I was very lucky to get an cancellation at the time , and it was with the owner David Roache, after going in David was very interested in my problem and extremely kind and considerate, He immediately got on with treatment, the methods David used I had not experienced before at any other therapists, All modern technology and techniques I have to say I was extremely pleased with the results and left without pain , and returned the following day for one more treatment before heading home, and I carried on attending the clinic once a month going forwards, David and his team in my eyes are probably the best in Ireland if u have problems with your body , just to mention that David himself recently was at the Olympics treating the Athletes for any problems ,and also has Athletes from all over the world attending his clinic , which is testament to how good this service is I couldn’t recommend this place any higher than I do , amazing results , very satisfied,

Fantastic experience: I got in contact with David Roche after spending long periods of time on the sidelines looking on with a reoccurring hamstring injury. After 7 months of not playing and searching for a solution bouncing from different physios and getting nowhere, I was put in contact with David and within the first session he found the cause, drew out a plan and a timeline to be back playing. After 6 weeks David had me back playing my first 60+ minute game in 7 months, feeling so much more confident in the hammer.
